چکیده مقاله :
در سال 1391 تعداد 36 نمونه شیر خشک نوزادان با نشان های تجاری مختلف و تاریخ های تولید متفاوت از نقاط مختلف شهر اصفهان خریداری شد و با استفاده از روش غربال گریELISAجستجو و میزان ملامین در انواع شیر خشک نوزادان تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج آزمایش ، در هیچ کدام از نمونه های شیر خشک نوزادان مقادیر بالاتر از حد تشخیص کیت µg/L)10) مشاهده نگردید. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در این بررسی، مصرف شیر خشک های نوزادان موجود در بازار اصفهان در سال جاری خطری از نظر آلودگی ملامین برای سلامتی نوزادان ندارد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Thirty-six samples of infant formula with different production dates and various brands were purchased from Isfahan city during 2012. The samples were assayed for the presence and quantity of melamine by ELISA screening method. According to the results, in any infant formula melamine contamination was observed above the detection limit of the kit (10 µg/L). Therefore, it was concluded that the infant formula at Isfahan retail is not considered a health hazard from the melamine contamination point of view.
