چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج طرحواره محور بر ارزش‌های ازدواج و تصویر ایده‌آل از همسر در دختران مجرد شهر اصفهان بود. این بررسی به روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دختران مجرد زیر 30 سال شهر اصفهان بود. بدین منظور 30 دختر مجرد با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه (15 نفر) کنترل و (15 نفر) آزمایش گمارده-شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش گروهی پیش از ازدواج طرحواره محور در 15 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کننده‌ها در مرحله پیش از مداخله و پس از مداخله به پرسشنامه‌های ارزش‌های ازدواج دلخموش (1386) و نگرش به نحوه انتخاب همسر کوب، لارسون و واتسون (2003) پاسخ دادند. با این تفاوت که گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش پیش از ازدواج طرحواره محور بر ارزش‌های ازدواج تأثیر معناداری داشته است (05/0P<). در متغیر تصویر ایده‌آل از همسر نیز، در مرحله پس‌آزمون تفاوت معناداری بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل وجود دارد (05/0P<). بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت آموزش پیش از ازدواج طرحواره‌محور می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک مداخله مهم و کلیدی قبل از ازدواج در نظر گرفته شود. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند مورد استفاده مشاوران خانواده و ازدواج قرار بگیرد.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of schema-based pre-marital instructionon the marriage values and the ideal image of the spouse in single girls in Isfahan. This study was performed using the quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population of this study consisted single girls under 30 years old in Isfahan. For this purpose, 30 single girls were selected through convenience sampling method and were divided into two groups: (15 people) in control and (15 people) in experimental group. The experimental group underwent schema-based pre-marital group training during 15 ninety-minute sessions. Participants answered the Marriage Values Questionnaire by Delkhamoosh (2007) and Spouse Selection Attitudes Questionnaire by Cobb, Larson and Watson (2003) in the pre-intervention and post-intervention stages. The only difference was that the control group did not receive any intervention. Findings from the covariance ANCOVA showed that pre-marital instruction the ideal image of the spouse in the post-test stage (P/00.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the schema-based pre-marital education can be considered as an important and key pre-marital intervention. The results of this study can be used by family and marriage counselors.
