The current applied-survey research was conducted with the aim of investigating how to engineer transformational leadership based on collective self-efficacy and satisfaction with job resources of special education teachers in Yasouj city. The statistical population included special education teachers in Yasuj city in the academic year of 1402-1403, with a total number of 185 people, and the sample size was determined to be 125 people using Cochran's formula. A questionnaire tool was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was determined using content validity and construct validity, and its reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha method. To test the hypotheses, the partial least squares structural equation modeling technique was used with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings obtained from the structural model indicate the direct effect of transformational leadership on job resource satisfaction of special education teachers in Yasouj city (path coefficient 0.776, T-statistic 28.210), the direct effect of transformational leadership on the collective self-efficacy of special education teachers.
