بررسی ارتباط هوش هیجانی با رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار با نقش میانجی مدیریت برداشت

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین ارتبط هوش هیجانی با رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار با نقش میانجی مدیریت برداشت است، جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان)بودند، که تعداد آن ها 660 نفر است، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 242 نفر حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید و افراد نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقهای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه استاندارد رفتار های انحرافی در محیط کار رابینسون و بنت (2000(، پرسش نامه استاندارد هوش هیجانی وانگ و لاو(2013) و پرسش نامه استاندارد مدیریت برداشت بولینو و ترنلی (1999) بود که روایی پرسشنامه ها بر اساس روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پس از اصطلاحات لازم روایی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و از سوی دیگرپایایی پرسش نامه ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0 ، 80/0 و 90/0 برآورد شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح استنباطی مشتمل بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت .یافته ها نشان داد هوش هیجانی با رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار رابطه منفی دارد و مدیریت برداشت در بین رابطه بین هوش هیجانی با رفتار انحرافی در محیط کار ، به عنوان متغیر میانجی ایفای نقش میکند
The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and deviant behaviors in the workplace with the mediating role of impression management. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of correlational data collection. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of Isfahan Islamic Azad University (Khorasgan), whose number was 660. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was 242 people, and the sample was selected using the stratified sampling method according to the size of the selection. became The research tool was the standard questionnaire of deviant behaviors in the workplace by Robinson and Bennett (2000), the standard questionnaire of emotional intelligence by Wang and Lau (2013) and the standard questionnaire of impression management by Bolino and Turnley (1999). The constructs were examined and after the necessary terms, the validity was confirmed, and on the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method as 0.88, 0.80 and 0.90, respectively, and the data analysis was at an inferential level. It included structural equation modeling. The findings showed that emotional intelligence has a negative relationship with deviant behavior in the workplace, the coefficient of influence of which was -0.44, and impression management in the relationship between emotional intelligence and deviant behavior in the workplace. The title played a mediating role, and its coefficient was -0.66.
