        Professional ethics and organizational culture is one of the fundamental problems of all human societies. The concept of professional ethics and its relationship with organizational culture is one of the key topics discussed today by scholars in various fields such as sociology of organizations. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of adherence to professional ethics with the organizational culture among the employees of the Department of Culture and Islamic Ershad of West Azerbaijan(2014-2015),using survey and descriptive-correlative method.  Statistical population includes all employees in West Azerbaijan Culture and Islamic Ershad (135). To collect the required information two questionnaires of “professional ethics of Kadvazier model” and “organizational culture model of Stephen Robbins” was used based on Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were ×/84 &×/89 respectively. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software and the hypotheses tested using two techniques of coefficient correlation and variance analysis. The results showed that, there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and professional ethics. This means that by increasing the professional ethics of employees in organizations, organizational culture increase in general. It can be concluded that, the employees professional ethics with an average of 65.05 from expected average of 48 is in high level and their organizational culture with an average of 118.18 from expected average of 111is in medium.  Manuscript profile

        This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between the religiosity and the lifestyle among Shahindej citizens. The population the study was 29000 citizens has been from whom 379 individuals (over15 years old) were selected by Cochran formula and multistage random sampling. A standardized questionnairewas distributed among the population of the sample. The constancy of the questionnaire showed a high coefficient for continuing of the study. By analyzing the questionnaire and examining the hypothesis in a descriptive statistic and comprehensive way the following results were obtained: There is a meaningful relationship between the variables of body management, interpersonal communications, norms of consumption, education level, age and the degree of religiosity of Shahindej citizens. And there is also a meaningful difference between the variables of the citizens’ married life and the degree of their religiosity. Manuscript profile

        The communications revolution and globalization in present era have had a big impact on different aspects of human life of which the impact of internet and social networks on identities is the most important. New media especially internet with the change in the concepts of time and space, change in the new forms of communication and introducing new identity references cause to the emergence of new identities and unstable mentalities. In this paper the between the impact of Facebook on youngers’ identity has been considered. It is a survey and the data gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire among Facebook users in Tabriz University in 92-93 educational years. The results show that, the users’ gender identity is affected by the membership in the Facebook. High and persistent use of Facebook can cause to gender identification disorder.         The present study investigates the sociological factors associated with married young people’s delayed marriage over 30 years old, in Bonab. The theoretical framework of the study is Parsons’ structural functionalism model, Robert king Merton’s theory, William Goode’ theory, Schelsky, Granshaym, Thompson, Giddens and Max Horkheimer theory. The method of the study is survey and statistical Society of it, is married young people over 30 years(between 30-39 years) old in Bonab who were 996.Using Cochran formula and systematic random sampling method, the sample size obtained are 197 people. The results show that, there is a meaningful relationship between variables such as willingness to further education, fastidious, tendency for female youth employment, employment problem of young male feeling and the desire to have a single life with delayed marriage. Also, there isn’t a meaningful relationship between socio-economic bases, the youth trust towards each other and the rigor of marriage in the family with delayed marriage. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is the examination of the relationship between social and cultural factors with the selection of field of study criteria among Islamic Azad University of Tabriz students.The nature and content work of this study is survey and descriptive and the purpose of the study if applied. The population of the study is all MA and BA students in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz in 93-94 educational years (25947) of whom 379 were selected as the sample of the study using Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather data which is based on Likert scale. In order to test the hypothesis, Pearson correlation, T tests and one way AN OVA were used. The results show that, there is a meaningful relationship between academic credentials orientation and income and labor market. Also, there is a meaningful relationship between others’ encourage and cultural capital with personal interest, social prestige, income and labor market.  Manuscript profile

        This research studies the structure and news coverage of Daesh comparatively in Iran in IRNA, Persian BBC and VOA websites. This is an analytical–descriptive method and the data were collected by studying the available documents and analyzing the contents of the mentioned news sites and are presented in descriptive tables. The structure and the way of news coverage in these websites are different. These websites highlights the element “that” and the news value of “the fame” and this demonstrate their subject orientation and discourse orientation. Finally it is concluded that most of the news in these websites are non-productive and from this respect IRNA’s contribution is more than the two other websites. From the subjective point of view, the resistance of Daesh, the use of Jihadi groups and trying to present them Islamic and introducing Daesh as Islamic government and not mentioning their terrorist nature, is the focus of these websites. IRNA and VOA emphasizes on hard news and BBC emphasizes on soft news or reflecting an event with its further information.Among interactive features and multimedia used in these websites, image is used mostly.         This study aims to investigate the relationship between type (genre) and amount of watching Turkish series and female students’ lifestyle. The method of this study is survey. The population of this study consists of female students in Islamic Azad University of Uremia in the first semester of 94-95 educational year. The volume of the sample is determined by Cochran formula as 362 and this is done through random sampling method. The data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire which was analyzed by SPSS software. The theoretical framework of research is based on the views of "the influence of media" such as “cultivation” theory, “media dependency” theory, “social expectations” theory and theory of lifestyle by Giddens and Bourdieu. According to the results, the majority of female respondents (56/4 %) claim that the effect of the Satellite Turkish language series on their lifestyle is low. The most important results also show that: There is a significant relationship between amount of watching Turkish series and also, there is a significant relationship between amount of watching the Turkish series and way of spending leisure, how to dress (fashion), interpersonal relationships, religious attitude. There is no significant relationship between amount of watching Turkish series and level of consumerism. Manuscript profile

        This study aimed to evaluate the prioritization of media use for brand awareness in the insurance industry. Regarding the purpose of the study, it was an applied and survey research.At the first phase of the study to identify the criteria, the study population was consisted of the insurers of the insurance companies of Tehran, and at the second phase, the experts' views were used to prioritize the criteria. The results of the pair-wise comparison of the main criteria showed that the media consumption (0.164) was in the first priority. The updated media (0.140) was in the second priority. The assurance (0.121) was in the third priority. The ability to transfer content (0.119) was in the fourth priority. The content media and media distinctiveness were in the subsequent priorities. Of these weights, ARAS-G method was used to determine the best media. Seven media including television advertising, radio, and billboards across the city, newspapers and magazines, internet, friends and relatives were evaluated based on the twenty-eight criteria. Finally, it was revealed that friends and relatives (social networks and word of mouth advertising) (0.998) has the highest priority. Television advertising was on the second place and the third priority was cyberspace and internet.  Manuscript profile
