Travel habits play a key role in choosing travel mode in a way that Structuring and guiding the user intentions based on the collective interests lead to an organic formation of urban transport planning capacities. The aim of this article is to identify the Permanent pattern in using private and public modes of transport, so the transport behavior of Tabriz can be planned. For this purpose, the cluster method has been used to classify travelers based on habit index or frequency of particular travel model. Methodology of the article is descriptive, analytical and survey. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and obtaining comments in relation to public relocation in Tabriz. The samples were estimated randomly using Cochran formula for 1100 people in 166 traffic area of Tabriz as one-step cluster sampling, then analyzed through multivariate variance tests. According to research findings, seven patterns of travel choice mode were identified, among them, users with the ability to change the travel mode and public transport users are substantial clusters which show different behaviors and features compared to other clusters. Therefore, this idea is confirmed that different patterns of travel mode may be directed towards various methods for effective transport plans. Manuscript profile

Councils are the tools of civil society that after the victory of the glorious Islamic Revolution, with regard to the emphasis and innocents Holy Quran and also due to the necessity of implementing decentralization and local organizations, their formation was considered. In this study, using constitution and law administration tasks, duties and Council elections has been the responsibility of the Council to review and compare the three periods of Council approvals in the Kashmar city in three areas of development - physical, social - cultural and economic - financial have paid. The research method is analytical - descriptive and quantitative analysis and substantive decisions of the City Council in three periods of activity were evaluated using analysis of variance. However, the result of analysis using ANOVA test shows a lack of strategic vision and clear vision for urban development, reflected in the decisions of the City Council. However, in comparison approvals in each of the three areas of civil, economic and social, nearly ⅔ approvals related to the field of development, approximately ⅓ of the economic and only about 8.5% of the total three resolutions related to the cultural. This indicates that the social - neglected to a large proportion of the city council and in the economic domain, although steps have been taken, but the main concern of the Council of Civil is Sector development that are of interest to most citizens. Results of Initial analysis of objective walkability indicators, main goal of this study, ranking of neighborhoods, in 1th region's of Rasht city, in terms of the overall index were obtained. According to the results, ability to walk of neighborhoods reduced by distance from the city center to the border areas, and this index is at the lowest level in rural-urban neighborhoods of suburban. The present study was carried out with the aim of evaluating the environmental capabilities of villages in Vakil Abad village and by documentary and survey method with interviewer and questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is based on the census of 1395 including 1717 households, Using the Cochran formula, 310 people were selected as the sample size and The method of choosing a household to complete the questionnaires was based on a simple random method. Descriptive-analytic research method and in terms of application purpose, using SPSS 22 software and statistical analysis and Arc Gis is used to draw maps. The results of the research showed, Vakil Abad villages suffers from imbalances and Its effects are observed in all social and economic fields. The spatial distribution of activities and facilities was not uniform and the concentration and dispersion of population and activity were different in different regions. The lack of water resources and limitation of soil resources, the dryness of the air, the annual rainfall, the light soil texture and the inability to preserve and save the moisture and the poverty of rangelands are among the fundamental constraints. Also, severe natural resource constraints have weakened the ability to maintain population and low population density, and limits the rate of agricultural, industrial and service activity and the limited benefit of development factors and indicators. Transportation is one of the most important constituent parts of urban life that determines the shape and way of social and economic development of the city. In this regard, the quality of transportation in Hamadan city, which can be very useful in its development, was considered. The nonparametric regression model and artificial neural network were used to assess the citizens' satisfaction from the transportation system. For this purpose, first, a questionnaire was developed based on three main indicators (equipment and facilities status, physical status, management status, and service delivery). Citizens' perspective was gathered. Then, using a nonparametric regression model, independent indicators and satisfaction as an independent variable were used. The correlation and root mean square of the output errors of this model were 0.914 and 0.334 respectively. In another approach, using an artificial neural network, a model with three intrinsic neuron structures, one hidden layer and one output neuron was constructed. The output correlation of this model was 0.998 and the mean square error of the error was about 6 times lower than regression model. The results showed that the neural network model with both linear and nonlinear correlation estimates is more versatile and more suitable than nonparametric regression. On the other hand, price indices with coefficient (0.885), equality and welfare with (0.795) and decrease in demand for travel (0.790) are the most effective indicators for citizens' satisfaction with urban transport network.
