        Abstract The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between principals ethical behavior and  teachers  and  personnel’s’ organizational citizenship behavior. The study used the descriptive (correlation) method of data collection. The participants in this study were 587 staffs  (teacher =500, officer=87) at school in Garmsar city. Two instruments were used to collect data. Principals’ ethicism was measured by one self-designed questionnaire based on four dimensions; utilitarianism ethics , rule ethics , social ethics, personalistic ethics (Latbetter, 2005). The teacher and personnel’s organizational citizenship behavior measured by another self-designed questionnaire based on Morgan (1991). The data were analyzed by using the Pearson product – moment correlation technique and multiple regressions. The major findings were as follows: 1) A significantly positive relationship was found between total  principals’ ethicism and teachers  and  personnel’s’ organizational citizenship behavior 2) A significantly positive relationship was found   between four dimensions of administrators’ ethicism (Utilitarianism , Rule, Social, Personalistic) and teachers  and  personnel’s’ organizational citizenship behavior 3) The multiple regression analysis indicated that administrators’ social ethic behavior and utilitarianism ethics behavior are significant predictors of organizational citizenship behavior.           Abstract:   The aim of the present research was to prediction student’s social capital upon their emotional intelligence factors. The research sample consisted of 400 students were selected by multilevel sampling from 11 reign Islamic Azad university. Syberia-shring emotional intelligence and Social capital questionnaire was used. Results of data regression analyses showed that: Emotional intelligence factors (Self-motivation, Self-awareness, Self-control, Social-consciousness, Social-skill), can predict social capital factors (General confidence, formal-civil participation, religious participation, role of contract sealing, friendly-neighborhood relationship, friendly-family relationship and organize confidence). Emotional intelligence predicted changes of social capital factors significantly. multiple regression stepwise analyses showed that among emotional intelligence factors, four of them (Social-skill, Social-consciousness, Self-motivation and Self-awareness) are enable to explanation social capital factors significantly. In general result shwed that among the emotional intelligence factors, Social-skill factor make enable to explanation social capital changes.   Manuscript profile

        Abstract This study primarily aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational learning and Knowledge management among Faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch. The statistical population of this descriptive-correlational study was consists of Faculty members. Using a simple accidental sampling procedure, 74 faculty members were selected and respond to the questionnaires. The data of the study came from three questioners, that is, organizational culture questionnaire with 0.79 Reliability, organizational learning questionnaire with 0.85 Reliability and Knowledge management questionnaire with 0.96 Reliability. The data was analyzed by step by step Multivariate Regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Meanwhile, the following results were obtained: There was a significant relationship between organization culture and organizational learning and Knowledge management. There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and dimensions and Knowledge management.           Abstract This research was administered with the aim studying structural models of relationship between educational justice with results and education satisfaction, education citizenship behaviors and educational cheating among psychology students of Islamic Azad University, Esfahan branch. Three hundred fifty seven persons were selected via convenience sampling, and responding to educational justice questionnaire (EJQ), educational satisfaction scale (ESS), results satisfaction scale (RSQ), educational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (ECBQ) and educational cheating questionnaire (ECQ). Research hypothesis were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Results revealed that, there is positive significant relationship between educational justice with results and educational satisfaction; also there is direct-negative significant relationship between educational justice with educational citizenship behaviors. There is positive significant relation between results satisfaction with educational satisfaction and finally, there is positive and negative significant relation between educational satisfaction with educational citizenship behaviors and educational cheating .         Abstract The aim of present study was collecting and analyzing elementary school teachers' oral questions in Sama schools of Islamic Azad University in district five. For this purpose the teaching processes of 32 teachers (20 women and 12 men) in four grades (grades two, three, four and five) in five cities were recorded by means of MP3 player. The recordings included the subjects of Persian, Mathematics and Science for ten sessions. Inverse questionnaire and rating scale were used for extraction of collected information. Data were analyzed by descriptive methods and chi square test. The result of the analysis of 960 sessions and 11617 explains with reverse questionnaire and rating scale shows that: The relation between grades of education and the reason of explaining was statistically significant. Also the relation between reason of explaining and types of subjects and explaining approach and grades of education were significant. Teachers prefer to explain concept training, goals and targets, outcomes, cause and effect, process and methods. Teachers, using the modern and complex approach of explaining by increasing the grades of education. The weakness points of teachers in explaining were include: clarity of introduction, suitable sentences structure, enough concrete examples, suitable silences, giving direction verbal clues, using suitable material and educational media, clarity of explaining approach, gradually summarizing subjects, changing the speed of talking or level of subject, and review of students ‘participate in arguments. Due to the importance of explaining, more attention should be paid to this subject in teacher training and in –service training courses. Manuscript profile

        Abstract The current stdy deal with the quality and pathology of leisures of youths between 12 to 17 years old of Lorestan province. In so doing 620 youths (Who determined by using of Takman table, among with 360000 statistical  population) and 150 youths problem experts (as whole) were selected by cluster sampling method and were given questionnaires. The result of study showed that: First, youths pass their leisures in cultural, recreation, free study, religious, skilled, desireable and undesieable roving, and sport activaties, second the major pathology of leisures are organizational-structural, cultural, insufficient public participating, economic position, weakness in giving information and shortage of motivation.
