The present study aims to identify the effective strategic factors of organizational intelligence relation with employee’s performance in Alburz Insurance Company. The research is mixed (qualitative- quantitative). In qualitative phase, the grounded theory approach was applied. The participants were selected by purposive sampling in this phase. The research tool was semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative phase, in order to fit the obtained model from qualitative phase, a researcher- made questionnaire was prepared and random-sampling from Alburz Insurance experts was performed. The statistics population includes 670 experts in central offices and 53 branches all through the country. For explaining the relations between the variants, structural equation techniques with partial least squares approach (pls), and smart pls software was used. The qualitative phase showed that the categories of process and the organization strategy, extra-organizational relationships, and organization knowledge are considered as effective strategies on organizational intelligence relation with employees’ performance in Alburz Insurance Company. The relation between the dimensions and categories was significant and the achieved model in the qualitative phase was confirmed. According to the proposed model in this study, the results show that the organizational intelligence with the impact of strategic categories (organizational knowledge, the process and strategy of the organization, and extra- organizational relationships) has positive and significant effect (with 0.184 path coefficient) on organizational performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership with performance and job self-efficacy of first grade high school teachers in District 9 of Tehran. The present study is an applied descriptive research that has been conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this study is 295 first grade high school teachers in District 9 of Tehran, of which 167 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling and by distributing a questionnaire, the required data were collected. The research instruments are three standards of ethical leadership standard, standard performance questionnaire, and job self-efficacy questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used to analyze the data by SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between ethical leadership with job performance and self-efficacy of junior high school teachers in Tehran's 9th district. Changes in job performance and 39.9% of changes related to teacher self-efficacy explained by ethical leadership have an effect on teachers' self-efficacy more than job performance. Among the components of ethical leadership, fairness has the greatest impact and relationship with the discussion of job performance and job self-efficacy. Manuscript profile

The present study is an analysis of the relationship between managers' self-knowledge and organizational health and maturity in the education department of district one of Sari. The research could be considered a descriptive correlation in terms of data collection method and practical in purpose. The statistical population( 190 people), includes all the managers of the three education levels in Sari, District 1, and the statistical sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan table was 127 people. In this study, stratified random sampling method considering the gender was used. For data collection,  two methods were used: library method and field method. Three standard questionnaires of self-knowledge were used by David Watten and Kim Cameron (1991), Organizational Health (OHI‌), Hui et al. (1996) and Spiders (2007) organizational maturity were applied for the research tool. The validity of the tools was confirmed by experts and specialists. Based on Cronbach's alpha test of self-knowledge, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated 0.87; organizational health was 0.91 and organizational maturity was 0.65. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, variance, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test and multiple regression test) were used using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between managers' self-knowledge and the components of organizational health (institutional unity, manager influence, consideration, constructiveness, resource support, morale, scientific emphasis) and organizational maturity in the education department of District One. This study aimed to provide a pattern of life skill education management for primary students based on trifurcation factors. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included 1457 primary teachers of Rafsanjan. Applying Cochran formula, the sample size was estimated at least 304, which were selected by simple random sampling. In order to explain the results better and discover the hidden cases in quantitative phase, 13 depth interviews were conducted in qualitative phase through purposive sampling method in the form of snow-ball. The data-collection tool in the life skill education component and trifurcation factors was researcher-made questionnaire. Its reliability by confirmatory factor analysis, its face validity and reliability by Alpha Cronbach calculation were estimated respectively 830.0 and 81.0. The research executive pattern was analyzed using the collected data from questionnaire and also applying descriptive and inferential statistical skills. The research pattern was proposed with 15 life skill components and 10 trifurcation factor components. The results of the research show that textbooks as one of the components of trifurcation factors are among the most effective components on mental health promotion. It can predict 6 life skill components; communication, representable skills, self- responsibility, work ethics, management, and healthy life skills. And society as the other effective component from behavioral trifurcation factors, can predict 5 life skill components; decision-making, creative thinking, targeting, problem-solving, and self-consciousness. And the next effective component of trifurcation factors include family, television, and school. Each is capable to predict 3 life skill components Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to provide a model for the professional development of mathematics teachers based on the brain training approach in the Iranian educational system. This research is of qualitative type and is in the category of systematic reviews. To answer the research question, the key findings of the texts were coded and then categorized. The method used for purposive sampling. Prism flowchart was used to select the best text. The result of this effort was 109 articles in the first phase of data collection. Finally, 29 articles were included as the final records in the research. The study of these texts resulted in the selection of key findings, their coding, and finally access to the categories that formed the dimensions of the model. The findings of the present study regarding the identification of the dimensions of the pattern of continuous professional development of mathematics teachers showed that the identified pattern is based on 9 dimensions. The dimensions of this model, in order of emphasis in previous studies, are the connection between neuroscience and mathematics education in the classroom with the help of neuroimaging, changing the method of teaching mathematics by understanding brain function when learning mathematics, students' academic achievement In mathematics with the help of adaptive learning, brain structure and mathematical processing, the role of working memory and attention control in mathematical progress, limitations of educational neuroscience research in its application in the field of mathematical education, the use of numerical processing in mathematical progress, comprehensive model Math processing and development of a brain-based training package to assist math teachers in teaching. Proper implementation of the continuous professional development model of mathematics teachers based on the brain training approach in the mathematics classroom can lead to significant differences and effectiveness in teachers' teaching, which has positive effects. In the city of Tehran, four categories of factors have played a role in urban development, and the interaction of these factors has resulted in an unbalanced urban development and a disproportionate distribution of facilities during the last hundred years. Economic factors, social factors, cultural factors and historical-political factors can be mentioned as the most important factors of urban development. The general purpose of the current research was to analyze the sociological management of the development process of the economic, social, political and cultural factors of Tehran in the past 20 years. The research method used in this research is documentary and historical. Using census statistics, four indicators including; Social, cultural, political and economic factors have been determined in the development of Tehran metropolis, and using cluster analysis and factor analysis, research hypotheses were examined and then confirmed. Based on the available information and data and among the indicators proposed at the city level, 4 social factors have been considered: education, family relations, social relations, press and population. In political historical factors, indicators of political periods and international relations are decisive. In economic factors, indicators of production, jobs, human power and economic relations are considered. In terms of cultural factors, indicators of media communication and artistic activities are determining variables of development. The findings showed that in social development, the humanistic and culture-oriented approach to development, in addition to strengthening and promoting the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustainable development, can lead to comprehensive and effective results. The physical development of Tehran can be explained with the economic approach and modernization theory for development. Political development of Tehran is not equivalent to urban development. But the historical and economic development of Tehran has been influenced by urban development. Manuscript profile
