        Abstract : The aimed of this research is specify relationship between organizational culture and vocation development of teachers is from the perspective of primary school teachers in Shiraz. The descriptive research method was correlational.The statistics society was include all of teachers of primary schools of Shiraz city, in the academic year 94-95 have working. For selected the sample group, one-stage cluster sampling was used that a total of 322 persons were selected. Measuring tools, is questionnaires of organizational culture of Denison (Denison, 2000) and Professional Development of  Auby (auby, 1393),  Data obtained from questionnaires using descriptive and inferential statistical methods were analyzed with  SPSS software. The results obtained is show that: A)   there are direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and professional development of teachers. B) there are direct and significant relationship between dimensions of organizational culture and professional development of teachers. C) Among the components of organizational culture, of participation and mission components are able to account for about 23% of changes in the teachers' professional development. Manuscript profile

        Abstract: The main purpose of this research was knowing the rate of the effect of during work courses and its role in the increase of effectiveness of the clerks Islamic Azad universities  lorestan  branch which was done based on correlative search  method .The static sample  consisted  of all .The clerks in1394,including588 people therefore ,based on  Kokran  sampling method 233wereselected. The data collection method  in this research was the question  aire .To analyze the information ,some tests like pearson were used by means of spss21.The results showed that there wasn’t a meaning  ful  relationship between during work courses and the increase of the capabilities of the clerks in Islamic Azad universities of  lorestan ,but  there was a meaning ful relationship among the realization of organization aims ,the clerks effectiveness ,and the needs of the clerks in these universities ,which ,finally, based on the obtained result some effective suggestions were delivered.         Abstract: this study aims in investigating the empirical relationship between principals’ distributed leadership style with the developmental aspects and also to empower teachers for the development of theorizing in this area. The present study is a quantitative and descriptive approach which is of a correlational type. In order to do this research, 234 samples teachers were selected among all secondary school teachers of Sanandaj city. The data collection tool includes two questionnaires with Likert’s five spectrum.In the analysis of the relationship between variables, the results show that principals’ distributed leadership style has a meaningful and positive impact on the four components of the development of human resources. Therefore, the conceptual model was practiced with a high level. The results of this study underscore the importance of distributed leadership on the development and empowerment of organizational members and hence, increasing the effectiveness of schools.The author of the present study concludes that the distributed leadership style of principals is a necessary and significant factor in increasing the effectiveness or organizations due to its flexibility, providing organic structure and increasing individuals’ abilities.         Abstract: Adjustment is a skill needed to be learned, and its quality like any other learning depends on one’s interest and effort for learning it. Family environment, university, and mass media play a critical role in providing the possibilityof learning adjustment to the environment. As such, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between religiosity and family capital (socio-cultural capital) with social adjustment. The  data for this survey study were collected from 380 male and female students at Urmia University, Iran, and instruments for data gathering consisted of Glock and Stark's Religiosity Questionnaire, the California Personality Inventory (social adjustment part), and Family Capital Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis with principal components, Pearson correlation, Stepwise Regression analysis and independent  t-test. Results revealed that there was a positive significant correlation between all religiosity dimensions and social adjustment of students. While there was a significant relationship between religiosity components and family capital dimensions in some dimensions (emotional= 0.18), no significant relationship was found in other dimensions (consequential= 8%). In addition, the relationship between family capital and social adjustment was positive and significant.  Stepwise regression analysis also indicated that  and consequential components of religiosity and cultural capital of family capital could predict students’ social adjustment. T-test results showed no significant gender differences in this regard. Therefore, it can be concluded that religious beliefs and deeds as well as family capital can be effective in  individuals’ social adjustment and improve their well-being and mental health.         Abstract: Purpose of this study is analyzed of relation between Dimensionsof ConceptualOrganizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among teachers. The data was collected from 357 teachers of Gilan province through two questionnaires, which named as organizational justice questionnaire and citizenship behavior questionnaire. Statistical methods as correlation coefficient and Regression are used to analyze data. Results showed that variable of conceptual organizational justice and its three ranges have sensitive positive relation with organizational citizenship behavior.           Abstract The relation citizenship behavior and organizational performance of the principals of education schools of the Kalibar County This study investigated the relationship between citizenship behavior and organizational performance of the principals of education schools of the Kalibar County. This is an applied research and it’s method is descriptive- correlation. The case study includes teachers of the Kalibar County which is 600. The sample size was 148 which were calculated by Cochran formula, and were selected thorough Simple random sampling. The data collected through a questionnaire consisting of 29 standard questions to measure intellectual capital and 60 standard questions to measure organizational behavior. The content-related validity of the questionnaire has been evaluated positively by professors and experts. The reliability of the questionnaire measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was 86% for the organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and for principal’ performance questionnaire was 93%. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation and simple and multivariate linear regression). The results of this study showed that citizenship behavior and its components like humanism, courtesy, magnanimity, civic virtue, deontology, organizational loyalty and organizational obedience of principals have positively and significantly related with organizational performance of principals.The results showed that organizational performance of principals can be predicted by citizenship behavior.           Abstract: This study aims to conduct meta-analysis on investigating about faculty members’ working life quality in higher education organizations. The statistical community includes all conducted researches on faculty members’ working life quality in higher education organizations of Iran, by the end of 2014. 24 researches were chosen as being suitable to do meta-analysis through purposeful sampling. The research instrument was a checklist for selecting researches from technical and methodological aspects. The preferential meta-analysis model contained the mixed approach of Hunter and Smith. In addition, Cohen’s approach was used for interpreting research findings. The findings showed that the effectiveness of faculty members’ working life quality in higher education organizations is 0.456, which is higher than average according to interpreting indexes. The dimensions of faculty members’ working life quality in higher education organizations include fair payment, safe working environment, providing the opportunity to grow, legal positivism in labor organization, social dependence to working life, social integration and human capabilities development, which were significant in 0.001 levels.         Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of strategic leadership in improving organizational performance of employees in power industry of Isfahan province. The research method is applied and descriptive - correlation. The statistical population consisted of 420 employees of power industry of Isfahan province. The sample size was calculated as 120 subjects using Cochran formula and simple random sampling. Research tools included a questionnaire of strategic leadership by Heath et al. (1995) and organizational performance by Achieve. The reliability of tools was obtained through Cronbach’s Alpha for strategic leadership as .89 and for organizational performance as .83, respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson gestalt correlation tests and stepwise regression. The results showed that there is a significant positive between strategic leadership, its components and organizational performance. Among strategic leadership components, four components of strategic direction, human resource development, effective corporate culture and strategic controls had the prediction ability of organizational performance dimensions.
