        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between political interactions and social relations of city council members and social development in Isfahan Dolatabad. The method of this research is survey and the statistical population is 150 scientific, cultural and religious elites of Isfahan city. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was measured by face validity and reliability of items by Cronbach's alpha. Questionnaires were completed and Fisher's exact test, t-test and Pearson's test were used in SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the political interactions of city council members and the social development of the city. The dimensions of social services, medical facilities, social participation, environment, security and life satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship with the political interactions of city council members. And there was no significant relationship between educational facilities and women's rights and gender equality. Social development in the city was elite in terms of elite (statistical population) and there was no significant relationship between gender, occupation, education of respondents and research variables. Regression analysis showed that 12.3% of the variance of social development of the city is explained by the political interactions of city council members. Manuscript profile

        With the discovery of the field of nanotechnology in the last two decades, there has been a tremendous field of entrepreneurship development, including technological entrepreneurship. The existence of very large markets and the interconnection of research and scientific fields has led to a lot of entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the study of factors affecting the discovery of technological entrepreneurship opportunities can be of great importance. Because these factors can be strengthened, they have expanded the field for entrepreneurship in the field of nanotechnology. A review of studies has shown that such a model has not been studied in internal and external research. Therefore, the present study investigates the phenomenon of discovering technological opportunities for entrepreneurship in the field of nanotechnology. For this purpose, the present paper studies the basic views on the discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and the evolution of its theories. Then, 11 knowledge based companies in the field of nanotechnology were investigated.         The present study aims to identify and analyze the economic and cultural consequences of the petrochemical industry in Mahabad. The main question of the research is, how the industrial development policy in Mahabad influenced the economy and culture of local communities? The research method is qualitative and thematic analysis is used to analyze and interpret the data. Data were collected using semi-structured interview and observation techniques and theoretical sampling method was used to answer the research aims, so that 21 of the key informants directly exposed to the phenomenon were interviewed. All interviews analyzed in two stages of open (primary and focused) and axial coding. In the economic sphere, there are 36 initial concepts in the subcategory of 12 major categories (economic inequality, income reduction, land ownership change, non-use of local workforces, livelihood challenge, unknown and unpredictable of petrochemical for people, disproportionate change in local people’s livelihood, work rent in petrochemicals, Lack of profit for local peoples, Gender discrimination in employing, Increasing incomes, experience and skills of some people). In the cultural sphere, the first 20 concepts were filed in six major categories (cultural heterogeneity, inactivity of petrochemicals in the cultural sphere, the lack of appropriate infrastructures for petrochemical, changes in people's cultural morale, familiarity with new cultures, cultural inspiration). The results show that the effects in the economic sphere have isolated, even in some cases, local people in the field of employment and labor power, rather than helping people livelihoods.         Corruption is one of the issues that has been taken seriously at national, regional and international levels. The subject of this article concerns the international mechanisms for combating corruption. In fact, by examining the documents and institutions available at the international level, efforts can be made to prevent and tackle corruption in various respects. Thus, one can first of all refer to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which states by adhering to it and applying its guidelines in the field of prevention and counteracting, to make their own laws based on it. In addition, there are various international bodies, notably the International Police, the World Bank and the International Transparency Organization, each working in various areas such as corruption prevention, monitoring and evaluation. Countries can therefore use the strategies of these institutions and regulations to combat corruption.         Considering the expansion and variety of cyberspace services and the advancement of technology and the increasing use of applicants, besides the importance of moving on the path of social development, the present study examines the role of cyberspace in social development from the viewpoints of students Islamic Azad and National universities of Tehran. The research method is survey and it was done by a researcher-made questionnaire Cronbach's alpha is 0.84 and the validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by experts of communication and sociology. The results suggest that cyberspace plays a role in social development. The findings indicate that the use of cyberspace plays a role in the development of social communication, the amenities for a better life and prosperity, the possibility of achieving better living conditions and improvement in the social status of individuals, as well as the opportunities achieve deprived masses of their share of national resources and social participation.         Abstract : Nowadays, the importance of the media, including public relations, as an organizational media in shaping and guiding public opinion and the Streaming political, social, economic events etc. is not overlooked by anyone. Perhaps, until recently, the most pivotal role for public relations was simply to inform the actual events. But public relations can now become a "media organization" of society guidance and streamlining by creating conditions for a passive administrative apparatus. The purpose of this research is to investigate the streamlining of public relations events in society with the variables such as the transformation of public relations into a media organization, changes in technological developments, the use of experts and the use of journalistic formats. This research has been done in a survey method by using questionnaire. The statistical population is the public relations experts of ministries and organizations based in Tehran, that their number is 600 and the sample size is 200 people. The results show that with the technological changes, the development of public relations with the media organizations and the use of journalistic formats, public relations can play a more active role in streamlining news in the society.         In this research the intergenerational and inner generational social mobility among men and women according to various agents is compared in Tehran metropolis. In terms of Bruce Coen the movement of people during their carrier life in social ladder, usually called as inner generation and from the other side what can be measure out the number of children that continue their father or grandfathers job which is called in term intergeneration. In this research the various types of power (Social, Political, Cultural, Economical, and Symbolic) is considered as a most crucial social factor which is related to social mobility and compared with both men and women groups. The method of this research is gauging the data collection tool is questionnaire that is performed in 1395 SH by cluster sampling method with 1054 people sample size. The face validity of questionnaire is approved by experts and the validity of a part of questionnaire is approved by Cronbach’s alpha. To measuring differences the T test is utilized for both two independent groups. The consequences has revealed that the measure of intergenerational and inner generational mobility has high ascending trend among Tehran metropolis citizens. The inner generational mobility is observed fewer than men thus the intergenerational mobility has no difference between men and women in Tehran. In this research the economic, symbolic, social and cultural power between men and women has no significant difference except in political power point of view men have possessed more than women.         One the essential human needs that can affect social and cultural aspects of his/her life is the feeling of happiness. The present investigation aims to study the relationship between cultural factors and religion happiness among the residents of the city of Esfahan. The research population consisted of all the residents above 10 years of age which totaled 1663834, of which, on the basis of Cochran formula and utilizing a quota sampling technique, 600 individuals were chosen as the sample. The theoretical framework was provided by drawing on the ideas of Bourdieu, Fordise, Singleman, and Allison. The research questionnaire had face validity and the reliability coefficients were above 69.5. The results showed that social happiness was moderately and significantly associated with religiosity (r= 0.38), cultural capital (r= -0.41), mass media programs (r= -47), recreation and entertainment facilities (r= 0.63). The results also showed that social happiness was significantly related to age, sex, income, education, and occupation. The results of regression analysis showed that all the independent variables entered the equation and that all together could explain about 28.9 percent of the variance of social happiness.         Banking is a dynamic, increasingly growing, profitable, and highly competitive industry and the occurrence of various deviant political behaviors to obtain higher benefits is undeniable. Behaviors that have many negative consequences. To this purpose, in the current research, the pattern of deviant political behavior management strategies in banking industry is presented. In addition to using library studies, the required data were obtained using qualitative method and thematic analysis strategy and conducting in-depth interviews with 21 experts in banking industry, who were selected using non-random sampling method. Then the pattern of deviant political behavior management strategies was designed, and after performing six stages of thematic analysis, 36 solutions were counted and coded, finally, 7 comprehensive solutions, including carrier path management and employees empowerment, attitude and behavior management, establishment of a transformational management system, organizational culture management, establishment of a fair services compensation system, organization-environment interaction management, and promotion of professional ethics were presented for effective management of deviant political behaviors Manuscript profile
