Introduction: The relationship between medical universities and teaching hospitals is a challenging issue. Lack of appropriate relations can create challenges in hospital management and its various functions, such as providing services, education and research. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the current challenges of the relationship a university of medical sciences using different stakeholders' perspectives. Methods: For data collection, 33 semi structured in-depth interviews and one focused group discussion were conducted. The participants were selected through targeted and snowball sampling, from educational hospitals and university departments. Qualitative content analysis method using qualitative analysis software, MAXQDA, was used for analyzing data. Coding and classification of codes were done by two researchers independently. Results: After conceptual categorization, the obtained categories were turned into 14 sub-themes and 4 main themes of “decision and policy making”, “resource provision”,” supervision and evaluation” and “information flow”. All these themes are subsets of the main “unity” theme. Conclusion: analysis of the condition and related challenges emphasized the need for a revision of the relationships between educational hospitals and university departments. According to scientific evidence, this reform should focus on decentralization in order to increase hospitals decision-making power in different aspects. Obviously, due to social responsibility of university and hospitals and the necessity of their accountability to educational expectations and therapeutic needs of the community, the university governance and supervision role should be well defined and implemented correctly. Introduction: Hospitals can provide high quality, distinct and beyond expectation services, while paying close attention to marketing principles in their area of service. At the same time, brand authenticity, trust and brand equity need to be addressed. As a result, while honoring patients and providing them with better services, they create a value-for-money environment in which to receive the appropriate benefits for their services. Methods: The statistical population of this study was all clients of Qazvin Chamran Hospital. Thus, the Cochran formula for infinite societies determines 385 people. Also, systematic random sampling was used to select clients of this hospital. The required data were collected through a standard questionnaire distributed by Egers et al. (2013) and Lu et al. (2015) and analyzed using structural equation modeling and AMOS software. Content validity was used to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire and it was determined that the questionnaire was valid. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient also showed that the reliability of the research measurement tool can be relied on. Data were analyzed using structural equation analysis. Result: The results of structural equation modeling show that consistency (0.58), customer orientation (0.79), homogeneity (0.62) have significant effect on trust and trust also have significant effect on brand equity (0.91) and tend to choose the brand (0.96). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it can be stated that from the perspective of brand management, one of the factors influencing the choice of a hospital brand is consistency, customer orientation, homogeneity and trust. Hospitals can provide high quality, distinctive and beyond-the-patient service while paying close attention to the marketing principles of their service, while simultaneously paying attention to brand authenticity, trust and brand equity. Introduction: Awareness of patient satisfaction from service quality is vital to advance performance improvement strategies. The main goals to evaluate the quality of services in the health and treatment system are service performance, service identification, service performance improvement evaluation and finally providing favorable service to customers. Methods: In this research, seven key aspects were identified to assess the quality of health care system. Then, they weighted by the best-worst fuzzy developed method. In the following by using a researcher-made questionnaire, the openions of referrals to selected departments of the treatment center have been reviewed as a statistical sample of service quality. Finally, the complex of treatment centers, hospital departments, and quality dimensions were analyzed and ranked by Fuzzy Vikor Method, Friedman statistical tests and Analysis of variance. Results: Development of comprehensive satisfaction assessment model could include desirable range of criteria affecting the satisfaction of the referrers to health centers. In addition, using developed multi-criteria fuzzy hybrid decision making has been able to consider the uncertainty of the assessment process for the qualitative criteria considered by the evaluators. Key findings of the research suggest that the final weights in order of priority are: pivotal patient (0.198), time (0.188), effectiveness (0.178), responsiveness (0.123), warranty (0.112), financial (0.108), and health communication (0.9). Conclusion: Health centers by focusing on priority-based performance improvement programs can offer a better level of service quality and can achieve higher customer satisfaction. Therefore, they will be able to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Manuscript profile

Introduction: One of the most important parameters for improving the level of GDP and economic growth in Iran is the role of the health services sector and its related indicators. In this regard, many studies have been conducted, but the effect of simultaneous separation types of health services on the economic growth of Iran has not been studied. It would be helpful for policymakers to study the health indices in order to recognize the health-care index that has the greatest impact on growth and prioritize it for investment. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Types of health services on the economic growth of Iran. Methods: This study is causal analytical in terms of the method and it is also the applied research in terms of purpose. The method of data collection is documenting – library. For this analysis, Vector Autoregressive Model, Johansson - Juselius Method and Vector Error Correction Model are used. Data collected for the period of 1981 - 2017 Were estimated by Eviews software.  Results: Based on the coefficient of the error correction method indicates that about 0.86 of the short-term imbalance is adjusted in each period to achieve the long-term equilibrium. Further, in the long run, a one percentage increase in the Labor force, labor productivity, population growth rate, ratio of investment to GDP and the of types health care services ( health costs, cost of treatment, cost of education and insurance ratio), leads to 0.67, 1.77, 0.88, 1.12, 5.43, 3.02, 4.85 and 2.09 percentage increase in the GDP, respectively. Conclusion: Health cost has the most effects on economic growth in comparison with other health care services. This result could help policymakers to modify their policies in allocation of expenditures in different sectors of health services and to highlight the investment in this field in order to achieve economic growth and development in the future. Introduction:Inadequate attention to health care as a necessary commodity can be detrimental to the health of the community and the huge resources spent in this area can be wasted. Limited financial resources, sanctions on the country, reduction of budget revenues, low share of funds allocated from the general government budget and low share of health care costs are among the total gross national expenditures that limit the financing of health care costs. It is necessary to provide a model that fits the requirements, requirements, laws and culture of the country. For this reason, in this article, we tried to identify the effective and functional factors on the realization of the health financing system in the country and present them in the form of a model. Methods:This descriptive research is based on survey research and is qualitative and quantitative in terms of the implementation process. In this research, first with a qualitative approach and by theoretical and library studies, the financing model in the health system in the world is examined. The design of the initial model was done by comparing and describing the differences and commonalities. Then, with the help of experts, the researcher designed the initial model, and in the next step, the model analysis algorithm was used in the Smart-PLS-SEM method to validate the presented model of the health system. Results:In order to study the research hypotheses and the conceptual research model in general, because the dimensions and components affecting health financing did not have the same ranks, as a result, prioritization was done and in the field of field factors, the dimensions of the budgeting system, respectively. Health-oriented services, tax-oriented system, in the instrumental factors section of the disease fund, financial participation and social hospital, in the content factors section, financing and legislation plans were developed and in the structural factors dimensions, service quality structure, risk structure and financial structure were measured. Then, the necessary analyzes were performed in three sections: fit of measurement models, structural model fit and general fit of the model, and then the existing relationships in the structural section were examined and interpreted, and in the reliability stage, the overall fit of the research model was examined. Conclusion:The research results show that creating a mechanism in the tax system, budgeting system according to the sanctions and creating restrictions in the investment system in the health sector and the spread of chronic and sudden diseases of the greatest importance and ranking in creating the model. The country has a health financing system. Manuscript profile
