        Teachers and students according to their position in society are the most important drivers of organization and play a pivotal role in the development of quality higher education.Today the world's most prestigious universities are seeking for educational methods that promote continuous learning, creative self-centered and students. Many theorists believe that learning style should be consistent with the style of teaching to learners to achieve maximum success. During the past decade different approaches to psychology focusing on individual differences, experience and concrete ways with different theories in the domain of learning the principles discussed and based on these studies have suggested ways to learn. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of teaching on students’ learning at Payamnoor University Ray branche. This is a descriptive survay research and  in terms of data collection was inductive inference and  in terms of design analysis was survey research. The research tool was a questionair with 49 questions measures in the form of Likert scale (very high to very low). The study population consisted of students of PNU at Rey branch. To analyze collected data step by step regression analysis was used. Findings of this study shows that four factors of educational content, assessment, teacher, teaching were put in regression model and respectively 1/49 persent of  the variance have impact on learning. And practical suggestions were presented to fix some of the problems of students. Manuscript profile

To achieve goals, Before of factor analysis, to examine the adequacy of the test sample use KMO test And To ensure that correlation matrix basic for factor analysis in the population is not zero use the Bartlett's sphericity test. for the exploratory factor analysis data, varimax rotation of principal components analysis was used. The main factor to determine the number of indicators were used: a) the particular value b) the proportion of variance explained by each factor, and c) charts of special values. Results Exploratory factor analysis revealed three factors and 15 sub-indices in the ranking high schools and then using confirmed factor analysis the model of ranking with the standardized coefficients was constructed.         The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning with the efficiency of education departments in Tehran, which has been done by correlation method. The statistical population of the study is the staff of educational departments of Tehran city. Among them, 323 people were selected by simple random sampling method using Karzsey and Morgan table. The instrument used for data collection was the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Karl Albrecht (2003), Zali organizational learning (1385), and Aichi Manpower productivity. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors of Roodehen Branch and their reliability was confirmed by initial implementation In a sample of 30 individuals, this figure was calculated to be 0.90, 0.76, 0.84, respectively. The results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient). The results of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational intelligence and productivity in educational institutions of Tehran. There is a significant relationship between organizational learning and productivity in educational institutions of Tehran. Manuscript profile

        Objectives: The overall aim of this research is to investigate and identify the distribution of entrepreneurial components in the work content and technology curriculum content.Method: Content analysis method is used to achieve this goal. Also, for analyzing information, descriptive statistics methods such as frequency and percentage are used and for data presentation, graphs and tables are used.RESULTS: The results of the research showed that in the work books and High School of the 7th, 8th and 9th grades of primary schools and 10th grades of secondary education, 291 items were referred to entrepreneurship components, of which 60 (20.6%) % To the components of independence, 53 (18.2%) to prospective components, 51 (17.5%) to the internal control components, 48 (16.4%) to the motivation components of progression, 40 items (13.7%) were attributed to creativity components and 39 items (13.4%) to risky components. In addition, at the basic level of education, the greatest attention was paid to the components of entrepreneurship in the 10th grade with 98 cases (33.6%) and the least attention was observed in the 7th grade of the first high school with 56 cases (19.24%).Keywords: Entrepreneurship components, content analysis of workbooks and first and second High School.         The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the presence and use students on the online social network on students' academic performance and reduce study time, Fatigue and lack of concentration to try and consequently reduce the quality of the academic performance of students of Islamic Azad University Branch. The study of the purpose and method based on correlation methods are implemented. The study population included all postgraduate research population included all students of Islamic Azad University Branch in the academic year studying an important loss 94-95 A total of 301 people are up to. Morgan table was used for sampling and sample 169 was estimated. The method is simple random sampling. A self-made questionnaire with 21 questions is in the form of 6 variables, Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability test results showed the validity of the questionnaire is equal to 0/875 and for validity of content validity were used. In analyzing the data according to the normality of the dependent variable regression test was used. The results showed that the use of social networking negative impact on students' focus and leads to fatigue in class, academic failure and lack of time to prepare for exams. Manuscript profile

        This study was investigated to "check the status of primary school teachers motivation and its relation to the demographic characteristics year 2013-2014 in Andimesh city . “Methods of this research is describable – survey. The population includes all of elementary teachers in Andimishek that they’re about 380 people that choose 191 people random as sample. For collecting information was used one kind of questioner That is based 4 rate Likert to evaluate job motivation of teachers with 11 questions. Stability of questioner with Cronbach’s Alpha formula about is 0.95. Tool’s vitality approved by honorable experts and professors of university. A collected givens analyzed with utilization of descriptive statistics similar average, standard deviation, Frequency, percentage and also deduction statistics similar independent T-test , One-sample t test and Analysis of variance . Results demonstrated that Teachers motivation was very low and Among the demographic variables, gender and level of education had a significant relationship with job motivation, but the job motivation of teachers based on the degree and work experience, no significant difference was not found.         The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of organizational learning in organizational learning components (knowledge sharing, employee competence development, shared vision, participatory leadership, system thinking) on organizational commitment of organizational staff. Initial commitment of employees to the organization is largely determined by personal characteristics such as personality, values, education, and the extent to which their expectations of employment are matched with their initial career experience. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data type, quantitative, descriptive correlations and in terms of implementation, fieldwork. The statistical population of this research is all employees of National Bank of Iran, Khorramabad city, which is a total of 160 people. A questionnaire was used for measuring the research. The Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between the two variables. The results of this research indicate that the relationship between the components of empowerment is high and organizational solidarity is among the employees. Among all factors, the correlation coefficient is respectively 69%, systemic thinking, 64% knowledge sharing, participatory leadership 63%, and thinking The system was 49%. In this research, all factors affecting learning organization have a positive and significant relationship with organizational commitment of employees. Manuscript profile

        Review:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits of knowledge workers and their organizational silence in Meshkan Branches in south east of Tehran. The statistical population consists of all 489 knowledge workers. 215 people were selected based on stratified sampling method. In order to measure the variables used in the research, two standard Personality Characteristics Neo (1973) and Standard Organizational Silence Questionnaire (Vendine et al., 2003) were used. The research method is descriptive correlational. The content validity of the questionnaires has been approved by the experts and the supervisor. The reliability of the questionnaires based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.89 for personality traits, 0.87, organizational silence. For analyzing, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, stepwise regression) were used. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between personality traits (psychoanalytic, extraversion, consistency, conscientiousness and flexibility) with organizational silence. For this relationship, the relationship between neuroticism and consistency with positive organizational silence is negative for other dimensions of personality traits. Manuscript profile
