        The aim of present investigation is to observe the relationship between emotional intelligence and method of problem solving and student general health in Islamic Azad University, Zone 12.  The statistical population of this investigation includes all university students  of Islamic Azad University which were studying in the first semester of academic year of 1388-1389.  The method of sampling conducted was simple random sampling.   Applying  Morgan table , 384 subjects from the branches of Roodehen, Parand, Ghazvin, and Karaj. The research tools were emotional intelligence and general health questionnaires.  The related index of Alpha Kronbach appeared to be 0.92, 0.84 respectively.  The results of the study showed that there is no relationship between emotional intelligence and general health.         The purpose of the study is to make a comparison between teaching the theory of LMX with or without counseling services to managers and its effect on their professional attitudes in education organization.  The research methodology was quasi experimental.  There were two experimental groups randomly assigned.  The pretest was administered to both groups.  Then, LMX theory was taught to them, and one of the groups was also given some counseling services about the importance of counseling, organizational counseling, and the way to effectively communicate with tha staff.  The population consisted of all managers of education organization in the school year of 88-89 in the city of Khoi.  The sample consisted of 70 subjects who were assigned to two groups using multistep random sampling method.  The tools were the questionnaires of personal satisfaction (Martin and Ganon), job satisfaction (Smith, Candle, and Huolin), and organizational commitment (Moudai et. al).  The results showed that teaching the theory of LMX with counseling services increases personal and job satisfaction of the managers.  It also increases the managers' organizational commitment.  Furthermore, the effect of teaching the theory is different on male and female managers when their personal and job satisfaction as well as their organizational commitment are taken into consideration.  The effect of teaching the theory with counseling services is different when the managers' experiences are taken into consideration.         Quality in higher education is not a fixed and static point, but it is a dynamic and a strategic goal and an Islamic duty. It is one of the fundamental issues that universities and educational institutions are facing. The purpose of this research is to identify and rank the affecting factors in order to improve the quality of higher education in the branches Islamic Azad University in Mazandaran Province. The method of research was descriptive. The study subjects included all students of Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran Province, in the 88-89 Academic year, that is 4,589 students.  The research sample consisted of 357 students. To collect data from the subjects, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Its validity was approved by teachers and experts, and its reliability index of 0.92 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha formula. For data analysis, SPSS software and statistical methods in descriptive and inferential levels were used. The obtained results showed that the factors of  faculy members' methodology, organizing educational content, university facilities, faculty members, status and student' status are effective in improving the quality of higher education, while the last factor, that is, students' status is more effective than the others.  Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between social capital and knowledge management in girls' high schools in Tabriz city. In order to select a sample, the method of relative-interval sampling has been used.  IN this study, five education districts have been considered as five intervals, and the sample has been chosen from these five districts relatively.  The subjects of the research were 325 high school teachers.  One of the tools of the study was the standard questionnaire of organizational knowledge (Fliss et. al, 2000) which measures the process of knowledge management based on 5 dimensions of acquiring knowledge, recording knowledge, transferring knowledge, creating knowledge, and applying knowledge in an organization.  The other tool was the questionnaire of measuring the social capital (Nahapit and Goshal, 1998).  After checking the validity and reliability of the tools, they were administered to the subjects, and the data were analyzed using the Peason formula.  The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between social capital and knowledge management in girls' high schools in Tabriz.  In addition, the results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between social capital and the 5 components of knowledge management such as acquiring knowledge, recording knowledge, transferring knowledge, creating knowledge, and applying knowledge.   Manuscript profile

        The basic aim of research was examining the relationship between the managers leadership style and the guidance school managers' morale in education Districts of Tehran city. The morale of school districts in Tehran girls public schools affiliated managers them. Statistical population of the study includes all the girls' guidance school managers in the morning shift in the school year of 88-89 in 19 Education Districts of Tehran city.  The research sample consists of 94 managers randomly chosen from the given population.  The research tools were two questionnaires including a researcher made 34-item tool in order to gauge the subjects' mood and a questionnaire with 16 items to study the leadership style.  The tools were Likert type including items with five options to be chosen by the subjects. The content validity of the tools was confirmed by a group of experts in the related field. In order to determine the reliability index of the tools, a pretest was conducted in which 35 managers participated.  The obtained reliability index for the two tools were 88% and 92% respectively. The results of administration of the tools and applying Pearson Correlation and Regression are as follows: 1) there in a significant relationship between the leadership style of senior managers and guidance school managers; 2) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a dynamic leadership style; 3) the morale of the guidance school managers is low in a devolved leadership style; 4) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a relation-oriented leadership style; 5) the morale of the guidance school managers is high in a task-oriented leadership style.   Manuscript profile

        This survey was conducted to determine the learning rate of students in girls' high schools in Sari City based on Senge systematic model, and 5 subsystems: empowering and enabling people, shared vision, mental models, team learning and system thinking. A descriptive research design was employed to survey 196 teachers working in the girls' high schools in the city of Sari. This sample was randomly chosen from a population of 400 teachers. The data gathering tool was a researcher made thirty-item questionnaire, based on senge systematic model of learning organization; applying a four-point scale. The learning rate of all the high schools was above the average level in all 5 subdivisions. In addition, regarding the students' rate of learning, there was a difference between the students in public and private high schools.  Manuscript profile
