One of the major concerns of managers in the field of health is the optimal allocation of manpower and resources; So in this study, to the quality of provided services in this area not to be damaged, we have used the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to determine the efficiency of hospital emergency departments and possible improvements. Traditional DEA models do not seek to reduce undesirable outputs and increase undesirable inputs, so in this study, decision-making units (DMUs) effect on efficiency has also been investigated in addition to determining the efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) with the presence of some undesirable output components. To do this, first, the set of proper production possibilities has been defined according to the problem assumptions and while examining the performance and ranking with Andersen-Petersen and Super-SBM models, a new method has been provided to determine the unfavorable performance of some output components in decision-making units. We have specified the effect of undesirable output on determining efficiency. We have also provided a real example of 30 hospital emergencies for 5 desirable inputs and 4 desirable outputs and one undesirable output, solved that example, and determined the efficiency score. In this study a pattern has been proposed to evaluate efficiency of organizations in performing the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model, using Robust DEA with the following features: • Performance evaluation of organizations is based on RADAR logic, a dynamic assessment framework and powerful management tool that provides a structured approach to questioning the performance of an organization, in the EFQM model. • In this study, some data are imprecise in form of intervals with vague bounds. • The performance evaluation based on the mathematical optimization rules has been replaced by the current multi-criteria evaluation approach. Criteria have been reviewed based on RADAR logic, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has been used to weight some indices and factor analysis has been used to find the more important criteria related to enablers. The contribution of this paper is threefold :( 1) use of the factor analysis and the aggregation mechanism of the constructs to detect the major criteria in performing the EFQM model (2) using a robust optimization DEA model in which the output parameters are in form of intervals with imprecise bounds. (3) We use randomly a set of numbers generated for each input and output of DMUs to specify a range of Gamma in which the rankings of the DMUs occur with high probability and then compute the conformity of the rankings resulting from the mathematical model with reality. Banks are the most important part of today’s economy and society. Therefore, their performance and productivity measurement is crucial. This study attempts to calculate productivity change of one of the Iranian commercial banks for the five years period. The Malmquist productivity index was selected as measurement tool of efficiency and technical changes. In literature mostly a static form for calculating the Malmquist productivity index was available. As few studies have been conducted in dynamic form this, in this study the forecasted progress or regress for bank branches is calculated by integrating artificial neural network and Malmquist index. The results demonstrated that more branches’ productivity would progress in next sixty months. Manuscript profile

Cross-efficiency evaluation in Data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been accepted as a useful tool for performance evaluation and ranking of decision making units. In this paper using Undesirable Multiple Form (UMF) model with specific risk of α, a new stochastic model called Expected Ranking Criterion is introduced using statistical techniques for efficiency evaluation decision making units (DMU). Another issue in applying cross-efficiency DEA models is considering stochastic in input and output variables. Also, the non-uniqueness of optimal weights in this evaluation has reduced the usefulness of this powerful method. As a result, it is recommended that secondary goals be introduced in cross-efficiency evaluation. In this paper, the cross-efficiency model is modified to deal with stochastic data by applying chance-constrained approach. Manuscript profile

Domestic wastewater treatment covers the processes that used to treat waters that have been polluted by commercial or anthropogenic activities prior to its discharge into the environment or its re-use. Data Envelopment Analysis was applied to evaluate six urban wastewater treatment plants efficiency in three stages with fuzzy data and discretionary and non- discretionary inputs in Iran. Stream flow, Chemical Oxygen Demand and Total Suspended Solids were considered as input variables. In this paper a fuzzy network Data Envelopment Analysis model is proposed and solved with GAMS software. Results showed that showed that Bandar Torkman has the best performance between these waste water treatment plants and Babol and yasreb waste water treatment plants do not operate well. Abstract: Many of researchers and strategists believed that essence of occupation in the 21 century have been changed, and this changing would be endured with ever-increasing speed. Witness of this claim changing of produce-based work to service work and changing of old economic strategy to network economic. One of the new network economic model, is supply chain management that as collection of ways- is about management and coordination all of supply chain management. The supply chain including different dimension that to attentive to great effect in the total organization efficiency, always to notice to evaluation. Now a day's one of the ways that has great utilization in this field is a network DEA model. In this research for calculating one of the networks of supply chain, considers15 chains that including two stages, supplier and producer, and with complicated actions and reactions that to exists in the supply chain, we consider three difference to introduce in the concepts of centralism, decentralism or mixed method. In this research efficiency each one of the chain was calculated under this three control of supplying chain, then will have examine the results of each one and relation between this three controls mechanism, and at the end will be compared with classic DEA model.
