One of the problems with using the DEA is the lack of resolution for decision makers. The performance limit obtained by the DEA is also sensitive to statistical perturbations and outliers caused by measurement error or any other external factor, causing the efficiency limit to be shifted and diverting the DEA analysis path. The DEA can also hardly predict the performance of decision-making units in the future. Therefore, artificial neural networks are a good tool to use in such issues because the nature of ANN performance is due to its learning power and generalizability in a way that is more resistant to outliers and perturbations resulting from inaccurate data measurement and can As a useful tool for managers to predict and observe the behavior of their system in the organization in the future. Also, in order to implement the theoretical findings from practical research, 27 district units of Fars Regional Water Company to increase the volume Groundwater was evaluated. Initially, the input-driven CCR model and the Anderson-Peterson (AP) method were used to rank the units in the DEA model, and then the ANN approach was used to evaluate the performance of the units using the hybrid models (DEA - Neuro). The results of the computational efficiency analysis of the units using this model demonstrate the high power of the network in computing and resolving the performance. Manuscript profile

This study intends to expand a set of proper performance evaluation indices which embraces strategies for sustaining top performance using SWOT analysis inside a balanced scorecard (BSC) outline for the large commercial bank branches in IRAN by operating a fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA). Through literature reviews and the banks’ experts and managers opinions and who have real practical experiences in the bank strategy planning, satisfactory performance evaluation indices have been selected throughout SWOT analysis. Then, utilizing the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and analytic network process (ANP), respectively, further establishes the causality between the four BSC perspectives as well as the relative weights between evaluation indices. An empirical grading of the bank strategies is exemplified by applying fuzzy data envelopment analysis. The DEA model ranks the DMUs based on mathematical and scientific logic. Fuzzy DEA technique is utilized for ranking the branches. Manuscript profile

Financial firms and institutes are evaluated based on comparisons between financial ratios. There are various techniques for evaluating the performance of firms based on ratios such as the liquidity ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, and so forth. In this study, firms with a two-stage network structure are evaluated using the Ratio Analysis technique. One advantage to the models proposed within a network structure herein is that they provide a comparison between the nonparametric method data envelopment analysis and ratio analysis in the analysis of financial ratios. Abstract: Many of researchers and strategists believed that essence of occupation in the 21 century have been changed, and this changing would be endured with ever-increasing speed. Witness of this claim changing of produce-based work to service work and changing of old economic strategy to network economic. One of the new network economic model, is supply chain management that as collection of ways- is about management and coordination all of supply chain management. The supply chain including different dimension that to attentive to great effect in the total organization efficiency, always to notice to evaluation. Now a day's one of the ways that has great utilization in this field is a network DEA model. In this research for calculating one of the networks of supply chain, considers15 chains that including two stages, supplier and producer, and with complicated actions and reactions that to exists in the supply chain, we consider three difference to introduce in the concepts of centralism, decentralism or mixed method. In this research efficiency each one of the chain was calculated under this three control of supplying chain, then will have examine the results of each one and relation between this three controls mechanism, and at the end will be compared with classic DEA model.
