        This study investigates the relationship between understanding the level of ease and understanding the usefulness of information technology and the happiness and mental health of Islamshahr Azad University employees. The main question of this study is whether it is possible to predict the people’s happiness and mental health based on their understanding of the level of ease and understanding of the usefulness of information technology. In order to answer this research question, a hypothesis is proposed which states that it is possible to predict happiness and mental health of Islamshahr Azad University employees based on their understanding of the level of ease and understanding of the usefulness of information technology. Therefore, all the 320 employees of  Islamshahr Azad University were considered as the potential research population of this study. As the design of this study is descriptive and it has the form of a survey, 120 employees were chosen by systematic random selection and constituted the research population. After choosing the sample, a questionnaire was prepared and administered to the subjects. This questionnaire measured happiness, mental health, understanding of the level of ease of information technology, and understanding of the usefulness of information technology. The data obtained in this way was analyzed by multivariate regression statistical model. Finally, the research findings demonstrated that as the understanding of the level of ease and understanding of the usefulness of information technology increased the happiness and mental health of the above-mentioned employees increased as well.         The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship  between emotional intelligence and decision making styles for the middle school principals in Bojnord during the first part of 2008 school year. The main question of the research is that “Is there any relationship between emotional intelligence and decision making styles?” So, emotional intelligence as independent variable(predictor) and decision making styles as dependent variable(criterion) have been studied.The method of research is descriptive as well as correlation type.The statistical population are 1200 middle school teachers and 70 principals in Bojnord,291 teachers and 59 principals of whom are randomly sampled using Kerjesy & Morgan table.Two questionaires (Shering and Decision making questionaires) are used to determine the emotional intelligence and decision making styles.The reliability is measured according to the attitudes of previous researches ,practitioners and experts.Credibility is measured based on Kronbach's Alpha coefficient.We perform descriptive analysis of data with SPSS Software.Data include :Statistical indexes (drafting the tables, amplitude, amplitude percentage, diagrams and graphs),Deductive statistics ( one-sided variance analysis test,KHI2 test).The first hypothesis is confirmed with 95%reliability ,indicating that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and decision making styles.It is shown that there is a significant correlation among following parameters of  emotional intelligence with 95% reliability :Self excitement,self control,social intelligence .There is not a significant relationship between two parameters(social skills and self awareness) and decision making style with 95% reliability.         The purpose of the present research is comparing personality characteristics of Tehran delinquent teenagers with non delinquent teenagers. For this purpose, we selected 100 people, 50 of these were selected with a method of available sampling from the Tehran delinquent society that they were in  the correctional insitutation, the other 50 people were selected by simple accidental sampling from the Tehran nondelinquents that they were in the high school. The tools for the study included NEO- FFI personality questionaire which after doing it on both groups, the t independent parametric statistics method was used to approve or disapprove the hypotheses. The finding of the research shows that : There are significant differences between delinquent and nondelinquent in Neuroticism, flexibility agreeableness, Conscientiousness, but there isn't significant difference between delinquent and non delinquent in extroversion and from five hypotheses, four of them have been proved. The results shows that the delinquent youths are suffering more from neuroticism than non- delinquent, but they are less open minded, agreeable and conscientious than the non delinquent.  Manuscript profile

        Leisure time paves the way for the development of the youth and society. The amount of leisure time varies according to age, gender, and culture. However, in all societies leisure time is seen as an opportunity for the development and exaltation. The study aims to identify the patterns of leisure time activities  among the youth in Bojnord. A questionnaire was used to gather the data. 384 questionnaires were given to people aged 15-30, distributed in commercial centers and resorts.  SPSS was used to analyze the results. Demographic analysis showed that respondents were of 45.1% male, 54.9% female, 23.5% married, and 76% single. The majority of the participants belong to 16-20 age groups. Pre-university students(30.7%) and university students(29.9%) were the two more active groups. Education levels of AD(a two-year university education) 26.8 % and BA/S(a four-year university education) 17.2 % were the highest percentages. For the education levels of respondents’ parents, elementary education for fathers(32.6) and for mothers (40.4%) were the most frequent statistics. 47.7% of the respondents declared that they had two-hour leisure-time during days, and 44.3% declared that they had leisure time over the evenings. All in all, it can be said that the eight leisure time activities(audio-visual media, chatting, family oriented activities, taking fun trips, written media, problem-solving and computer activities, cultural and sport activities) were positively correlated with gender, education level of the person and his/her parents, age, marital status and negatively correlated with age, married status, and activity. It can be concluded that the eight leisure-time activity patterns are more popular among singles, younger ones, unemployed and those with families having upper degree of education. Manuscript profile

        The aim of the present study was to investigate the interrelations among hardiness and attributional styles in predicting coping strategies and mental health. Participants were 361 (195 males, 166 females) college students aged 19 to 49(M age=26.81 years, SD=6.42). Main results were as follows;(a) Hardiness and optimistic attributional style were significant predictors of mental health (b) Hardiness and attributional styles explained significant proportion of variance in problem focused coping, and semipartial correlations have shown that optimistic attributional style is more important predictor of intensity of problem focused coping comparing with the two other variables (hardiness and pessimistic attributional style); (c) Pessimistic attributional style and hardiness were contributed significantly to the prediction of emotion focused coping. In this study, optimistic attributional style did not show any significant contribution to the prediction of emotion focused coping. The findings have implications for all professionals and scholars interested in stress reduction and mental health enhancment among college student population. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and position of women education on employment and development. The research method is applied and of two procedures descriptive- survey. The subjects are senior female students of all fields and university graduates as well. There were 1071 senior female students that 220 students were chosen as sample using Kerjcie and Morgan. There were also 2639 women graduates and the sample was 220 . The questionnaire that was used as a data gathering device was proved reliable using pre test and calculating alpha.  Its validity proved acceptable considering the experts` opinions.         The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the control source (internal- enternal ) of the high school schoolmasters of Bojnourd with their decision- making styles (imperious- cooperatirc ) in the educational year of 1388-89. The main hypothesis of the study is that : There is are lationship between the control source ( internal- enternal ) of the high school school masters of Bojnord with their decision- making styles (imperionss- cooperatire ). For this reason, the source control of the principals as the independent variableand the decision- making styles as the dependent variable have been studied.Sexality, management enperience, the degree of the education and the age of the principals are the modifying variables and the educational time of the schoolmasters are the control variable. This reseach from the view point of aim was accounted for the applied researches. The type of descriptional research is of the unity type. The statistical  society includes all of the schoolmasters of Bojnourd in the educational year of 1388-89. The sample volume was selected 56 people according to Jersey Table and Morgan that was with the simple accidental sampling. In order to gather the information from the two standard questionnaire, Rotter source control have 29 two- choice question that the factors suchas the free will , autonomy , The personal power of  the humans , ability and effort , controlling , to value for the skills and their abilities against disability and the human desperation , self- strange, feeling of the helplessness, difficulty of the duty, chance and uncontrollable have been studied. And the questionnaire of Freed- Luthanz management style which have 35 questions that can be numerated according to the Liquert scale. The accuracy and durability of the two questionnaires had been verified by the academic advisors and consultant and the other specialists. For the analyzing of the information  from SPSS  software, had been used from the descriptional statistics method and presumptive  ( Kheydu test ) and Pearson unity. The findings of the research shows that there is ameaningful relationship between the souree control (internal- enternal) of the high-school schoolmasters of Bojnord with their decision- making styles ( imperious- cooperative) in the educational year 1388-89 in the confidencelevel of 95 percent. Also ,of the sub- hypotheses , the second reseach hypothesis that shows the relationship between the internal control source of the principals and their decision-making styles is cooperative and the third research hypothesis that shows the relationship between the euternal control source of the principals with their decision- making style is imperions had been verified. Also from theresearch sub- results wecan torefer to the relationship between the management style and the management record that by increasing of the management record,the desine to use the cooperative management style increased and so there is arelationship between the control souree and the degree of education and with risingof the education's degree ( master's degree ), the control source, internalized.
