In particular, women's entrepreneurship as a dynamic and active human resource, along with other factors and contexts that cannot be hidden from the beginning of human life, have an effective and active role in economic and social changes. Paying attention to the current and past cultural and social situation of women entrepreneurs and examining the existing obstacles and limitations can reveal their merits and abilities and the obstacles in forming the process of this important matter (entrepreneurship and its development) in order to participate as much as possible.         The role and position of women in the development process of any society is an undeniable issue that in order to achieve it, in the first step, every society must have policies and programs at the theoretical and executive levels in order to empower women; Because women can be effective in the development of society when they are empowered. Accordingly, the present study has been conducted qualitatively by analyzing the social development of women based on their sustainable empowerment. The study population was women over 20 years old in Boroujerd city. Targeted sampling of 24 people until theoretical saturation, data collection method, in-depth interview and data analysis method was thematic analysis. Nvivo software is used. Also, the validity of the research has been achieved through the member validity method, and the reliability has been achieved through the audit of the research process by experts. According to the research findings, women's social development requires the provision of theoretical and practical infrastructures for their justice-oriented development and "sustainable empowerment", meaning that women's empowerment is both uninterrupted and continuous and takes place in all dimensions. These are: 1)physical empowerment, 2)psychological empowerment, 3)economic empowerment, 4)social empowerment, 5)political empowerment, 6)cultural empowerment, and 7)legal empowerment. As a result, if we want the development of society, we must provide the conditions for their social development by sustainable empowerment of women as half of the citizens of society.         The connection between fossil fuel production and uses and violence against local women, and the escalation of violence against women due to climate change and also violence against women who defend the importance of environment protection and critcise the uses of fossil fuels are issues that highlight the importance of access to clean energy in reducing violence against women. Given the neglect, denial and insufficient attention to the impact of energy on the escalation of violence against women by researchers and policymakers, this study is a descriptive-analytical research using international documents and established views of the international institutions intends to discuss the relationship between fossil energy uses and production and violence against women to suggest a way to a common future.  Research findings show that women's access to the clean energy is very effective in reducing violence against them, while the issue of violence against women criticizing fossil fuel uses is a new challenge to international law and women's rights that needs to be addressed.          The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of empowering the two components of education and supporting the freedom of action of Baluch women on social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province. The present research has been done by descriptive survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the statistical population of the present study consisted of 380 women in the province. After collecting data and analyzing the data, it was found that empowerment of Baloch women has an impact on social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province and it can be said that about 83% of changes in dependent variable, social security is expressed by independent variable, empowerment of Baloch women. . It was also found that the support of Baluch women has an impact on social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province and the rate of this impact was set at about 76%. And the awareness and education of Baloch women has a positive effect on social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province. The rate of this effect was about 72%. Freedom of action for Baluch women has an impact on social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province, which was about 80%. The results show that empowering Baloch women by increasing their education and awareness and developing their freedom of action in various social participations, will ensure social security in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Some components in the value and cultural system of the Baloch people can act positively in empowering Baloch women instead of being an obstacle.  Manuscript profile
