Almsgiving to Muhammad and his family is not permissible”. The order to pay alms zakat was issued in the Ninth year AH and The Prophet sent his agents to the “newly converted” Arabs to receive zakat and at the same time forbade almsgiving to the Bani-Hashim.  This report, with a historical credibility, has had a wide and long reflection in the jurisprudence and theology of Muslims so far.  There are three reasons given for issuing this prohibition: firstly, for the virtue of Bani-Hashem, then due to receiving khoms by Bani Hashim and finally because of the impurity of alms. But all those views are ambiguous and not compatible with The Prophet syrah. This paper shows that why The Prophet issued such an order. It seems that some cultural and historical factors such as the unpleasant and reluctancy of paying alms was the reason for the issuance of such a ban by The Prophet.   Manuscript profile

The Incomplete Revelation Hypothesis argues that some companies, for some reason, disclose the information incompletely, complexly, difficultly and rigorously. One of the reasons why disclosure of information is difficult is the existence of fraudulent financial reporting. Fraud encourages the director to disclose information in a complex way so that the minds of users of financial information go beyond anything other than fraud. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the Fox Index Reaction Versus Companies With the Possibility of Fraud. Fox Index is a benchmark for identifying the complexity of financial statements. The research methodology is based on a content analysis approach based on an incomplete Revelation hypothesis. The statistical population of the study consisted of all listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2016. The sample size is based on the systematic elimination of 112 companies. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple regression model and parent test based on Panel data. According to the incomplete Revelation hypothesis, the research evidence suggests that companies with a high probability of fraud are more complicated financial reports with less readability than companies with a low likelihood of fraud Publish. The findings of the present study, while completing the gap, have been carried out in the field of concealing the opportunistic behavior of managers about the non-disclosure of financial information, can be used to increase potential investors, stock market organizations and other stakeholders. The Apocalypses, as the writings which narrate the revelations about the occurrences of the finality of the world, have much in common in Judeo and Christian traditions in terms of form and content. One of their common features is pseudepigraphy, i.e. the attribution of the Jewish apocalypses to the most prominent Jewish figures including Moses, through which the real authors could have accentuated on the authority of their works. The authors of the Christian apocalypses, like their Jewish counterparts, attributed their works to the prominent Christian figures. Meanwhile, the Book of Revelation is one of the most significant Christian apocalypses that its author explicitly refers to his name, John, as the author of it. Thus, since the early centuries of Christian history, many discussions have been made concerning the identity of the author by the Christian thinkers, which have even continued until today. This article is seeking to present a clear picture of the identity of the author according to some historical accounts, the ideas of the early Christian thinkers and the ideas of the modern scholars. The present study indicates that John was one of the early Christian prophets who was engaged in his religious ministry in Asia Minor. Manuscript profile

Abstract Some commentators and scholars of Quranic sciences believe that interpreting according to the order of the surahs is the best way to understand the Quran and serve it; Because in this way, the states and stages of revelation can be clearly and accurately understood, and in this way, the reader is placed in the space of the revelation of the Quran and its conditions, relationships, purposes, and concepts, and the wisdom of the revelation is revealed to him. Therefore, from the beginning of Islam, some companions and followers tried to collect the Quran based on the order of descent. In the meantime, the list provided by Ibn Abbas based on the narration of Ata Khorasani of the order in which the surahs of the Quran were revealed is more reliable. Abdullah ben Abbas was a distinguished student of Ali (PBUH) and his interpretations of various verses of the Qur'an have a privileged position in interpretation. It shows him well compared to other Companions. In this article, it has been shown with Quranic, historical and narrative evidence that the mentioned list also has many weaknesses, and the priority and delay of the surahs in that list is facing serious problems. In addition, the precedence and backwardness of the surahs in that list does not necessarily mean the precedence and backwardness of the verses of those surahs; Several examples have been given to clarify this matter. Although research on the causes of the revelation of Qur'an has been conducted in some ways, but it has not been conducted with the historical approach of research. In this article, the causes of revelation of the Qur'an have been analyzed with this approach. Orientalist skepticism in this regard necessitates investigating this issue. One of the contemporary Orientalists, Andrew Ripin is a figure who in his works, especially in his doctoral dissertation, has dealt with the causes of revelation with an independent jurisprudential approach and in some cases, emphasizes the historicity of the Qur'an. Nasr Hamed Abu Zayd in his book "The Concept of Text" has devoted a chapter to the causes of revelation and in this regard, emphasizes historicity and considers the Qur'anic text as all texts, "cultural phenomena" and "product of interaction with living historical reality" and doesn't consider the causes of revelation nothing but the social context of the verses of the Holy Quran. To answer these doubts, this article emphasizes that the causes of revelation of the Qur'an not only limit the generality and immortality, but to achieve immortality, there is no escape from paying attention to the objective facts of the age of revelation. The criticism of this theory is the lack of attention to the rule of "generality of the word, not specific cause". Despite the special revelation of some verses, the generality of their meanings is certain among the jurists. Manuscript profile

In ten verses, "wisdom" is referred to as "the book". In some of these verses, this "book" and "wisdom" are introduced as two blessings of God to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) or two teachings that he is the teacher of it. Some have considered "wisdom" as something else from the Qur'an, with the argument that in these verses, the "book" refers to the Qur'an and the turning of one thing over another is a sign of the duality of the two. According to them, that thing is nothing but the prophetic tradition, and because "wisdom" is called revelation in some verses, the tradition, like the Holy Qur'an, is revelation. In this article, by reviewing the interpretations of "Book and Wisdom" in the aforesaid verses, we have clarified that the meaning of "wisdom" in the aforementioned verses will be nothing but tradition. The result of this research is that we cannot consider the tradition of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a revelation by referring to verses with the concordance of "Book and Wisdom". Manuscript profile

The word revelation in the Holy Quran is mentioned in more than 75 verses in various forms and derivatives. From the Amir Al-Momenin (pbuh) - the first commentator and explainer of the sciences of the Qur'an after the Prophet- an expression has been received in the meanings of various revelations. After that, Islamic scholars such as lexicographers, commentators and scholars of Quranic sciences have mentioned its meanings and considered types and varieties to it. There is homogeneity and inhomogeneity between these definitions. The common result of these definitions and categories is that each revelation in meaning of a secret message or reference has a source of issuance and a recipient. Carefully in all the verses of the Holy Quran that contain the word revelation, it can be said that the source that issued the revelation- in the literal sense i,e symbolic message- are God Almighty, man, angel, and Satan. Using the lexical and idiomatic meaning of revelation and with the help of the verses of Qur'an, this article examines the types of revelation on human beings and divides it into apostolic and non-apostolic revelation and divides the method of apostolic revelation into non-mediatory and mediatory revelation. He has criticized some definitions of Quranic scholars and believes that the word revelation is different from inspiration and dreams about chosen human beings and prophets.   Manuscript profile

Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, in order to be influenced by their master, have accepted some of these principles; But the most important aspect of the difference between Allameh and these disciples is the fact of non-distortion that Ayatollah Javadi Amoli has considered the arrangement of surahs and the compilation of the Qur'an during the life of Prophet (PBUH) which is against Allameh and in another part of this principle, this student considers Allameh's argument ineffective and insufficient in proving non-distortion. One of the major differences between human being and other creatures including angels is that his mentality and emotions are always evolving and growing in a sense that the essential aspect of character will penetrate into his religious beliefs. Accordingly, his way of praying whose philosophy is summarized in the verse of the Koran as “We created Jinni and other spirits to be praying” has also undergone a revolution in the form and content. In addition to keeping its essence which is worshiping God it is spiraled and engaged so much that through this kind of creature obliged to pray in different forms of life other creatures should find out and make a research on various aspects of different means of praying and spiritual journeys. Now we would like to recognize the means of spiritual journey and internal ways of praying by the Egyptian IbnFarez. He lived in an era that the praying of some devotees had exceeded the normal situation and turned into abstinence and wayward to God during the first century, then to spiritual journey at the outset of the second century, after which by the late third century toward a phenomenon of fatality and revelation and unity, and eventually to the monism or intuition and hidden concepts of that in the seventh century. Therefore, it is endeavored to study and analyze the mystical view of his. After the introduction on training Sufis and the available expressions used in that era, there will be some explanation on his mystical concepts and then the nature of his love and the procedures. In the end, the comments of some researchers on the nature of unity and his views on revelation and monism will be dealt with. Manuscript profile

The meanings that come down from the Divine Presence take a physical form like the form of our imagination and then they come down to the realm of the realm.  In this sense, the world of example ( Aalam-e Mothol) is also called "detached imagination".  And all human spirits appear in those forms before they appear in the body, and most of the revelations are in this world, which is called "bound imagination". All kinds of dreams are related to this world, and the interpreter interprets the dream according to this world. Prophet (pbuh) said about two dreams: Yusof (pbuh) when his brothers prostrated before him, he considered the external appearance of the sense to be the truth and said that my dream was interpreted and considered it a fantasy within a fantasy, not a reality, and in the case of Ibrahim (pbuh)  he should interpret his dream, but because the prophets observe things in the world of absolute example, which is in accordance with reality and does not need interpretation, he did not interpret it and proceeded to slaughter his son, and this ransom was related to what was in the mind of Ibrahim (A.S.).  The view of the critics that deals with the phenomenology of the Quran.  It deals with the nature of dreams, Quran and divine revelation.  Therefore, we examine both of these materials.  What's more, we believe that the conflict of opinions not only destroys the stagnation of religious thought, but also causes the growth and advancement of knowledge.  This article is about solving the challenges between the claims of the critics and the criticisms on it, which can achieve a deeper understanding of the important and influential issues in his religious life. In Islamic mysticism, revelation has been and is an important issue. When the mystic, as a result of the purification of the soul and the austerity instilled in him by the mentor and the old man, attains positions and authorities, he has in fact made revelations. Ruzbihan Baqli is one of the great mystics of the sixth century AH, who is undoubtedly one of the two tendencies in Islamic Sufism, which known for two obvious tendencies in Islamic Sufism known as drunkenness and awareness (or in the words of Hafiz Masti and Masturi), Ruzbihan is undoubtedly in the first one. New perspectives on religion and religious beliefs and the emergence of new topics and issues in this regard have long been on the attracted religious thinkers, including the discussion of religious experience. William James considers religion to be the effects, feelings, and events that occur to every human being in loneliness, and considers emotions to be the inherent concept of religion. In his view, religious experience is the essence of religion, in the sense that the truth of religion is the feelings and emotions that arise in man when confronted with the ultimate truth, and other matters, such as the beliefs of deeds and rituals, are later than this experience. The present survey, after dealing with Ruzbihan's revelations, will examine whether Ruzbihan’s revelations can be analyzed according to the model of William James, and if so, what the commonalities and differences between Ruzbihan’s revelations (mystical experience) and religious experience of existence are and what the characteristics of religious experience and mystical experience from the point of view of William James are also, whether the four characteristics that William James put forward in connection with mystical experiences apply to Ruzbihan's revelations. The method of the present study is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library method and books, articles and software are used and also the data collection tool is note taking. This paper endeavors to study over the standpoint of Allameh Tababaei as a theologian, great commentator, well-aware of the expanse of Islamic mystical thoughts and fundamentals in terms of the hierarchy and realms of existence, and their relationship with divine names and attributes and the universe and the world of revelation and creation, and deliberates on his philosophical, Koranic, and mystical beliefs.   What stems from the study of Allameh Tabatabaei’s works is that while making a classifications of the hierarchy of world, he had held three viewpoints, namely philosophical, Koranic, and mystical so that he had three separate classifications due to them. In his philosophical works he points to three realms of wisdom, imagination, and matter and materials, and also in Tafsir Almizan that is interpreted verse by verse, the creatures and realms of existence are classified into the world of revelation and world of creation. However, in his views based on mystical trainings, he has argued over a world that is hierarchically superior to the entire philosophical realms, i.e. the realm of divine names and attributes. Therefore, the writer tries to recognize the consistency or inconsistency of the three viewpoints in addition to the precise description of the perspectives, and compare and study over his Koranic and mystical viewpoints with his philosophical ones. The methods used in this paper are descriptive-analytical together with the reference made to the first hand and library sources. Manuscript profile

The journey of the Israelite elite to Mount Sinai in company of their prophet is one of the stories about the Israelite in the Koran, which, like other Koranic issues, has influenced mystics. Hence, Attar’s Manteq-o-Teyr is considered to be one of the best mystic works of Persian literature, which exposes to us a mystic journey towards the truth. The two journeys can be similar. A journey is done to reach a destination. The present article hypothesizes that there might be a connection, though strange, between the Koranic story and the mystic story; the movement of the elite, an experienced leader, a destination in the mountain, the excuses and pretexts, the life and death at the end of the route (survival and annihilation), and the revelation of the Truth are some of the similarities. The relationship between man and God and the mutual presence of this kind of relationship is one of the fundamental issues in the field of Islamic mysticism. Man, as the Ashraf of creatures, has a valuable position among all of God's creations, which has given God special attention and attention to this caliph. Most artists, especially Persian poets, have dedicated their work to the relationship between man and the absolute Creator. Jami is one of the most prominent figures in Persian literature who seeks to address all aspects of his personality, precision, study, and exuberance with sufficient mastery over certain sciences. The relationship between God and man is one of the key points in Jami's poetry. The present study, with a descriptive-analytical approach, examines the relationship between God and man and analyzes the concepts related to this field in Jami'ah poetry. Discovery and intuition is one of the principles of the school of Romanticism, according to which the romantic artist travels in his inner worlds, recounting what he sees. The inner course of mysticism is also found in discovery and intuition and is one of the mystical components that can be compared to the school of Romanticism. In this article, the poetry of Sohrab Sepehri  in connection with the romantic characteristic of his discovery and mystical intuition has been studied. This study shows that Sepehri has used the principles of Romanticism in his descriptions and his mystical thought has been mixed with his romantic thoughts. With a romantic fantasy, he seeks mystical discovery and intuition by emphasizing (poetically me) relying on individual romanticism. In this revelation, with a different view from other poets, he has a positive and romantic view of the whole world and tries to take the person caught in the material world from the material world and the problems of life to the mystical utopia. In his resemblance to the school of Romanticism, attention to naturalism, love, loneliness, the negation of reason, travel, and the utopia are the hallmarks of the most romantic components in his intuitive descriptions. But compared to this school, he does not have a negative attitude towards romance. There are no negative features of romance in his poetry, such as the expression of pain and sorrow, the description of sad scenes, the pessimistic view of the world. Manuscript profile

The basic question of this article is whether the method of Mullah Sadra's revelations is like other philosophers and mystics or does he have a special style for himself? We can also pay attention to the question of whether Sadra'i intuition is influenced by Ibn Arabi or not. The science of Occasions of Revelation is one of the oldest issues discussed in Quranic sciences and id related to the understanding of the Qur'an. In the contemporary era, despite the persistence of the views of the classical Qur'anic scholars, almost all the disciplines of this science have undergone changes. The present study, with a descriptive-analytical approach, examines the approaches of the Qur'anic scholars and the evolution of their views in this field. The present study shows that the continuity of the views of the past in the contemporary period is the result of factors such as the tendency to interpret based on narratives and, moreover, the tendency to imitate the interpretive style of the past. These changes are mainly due to the evolution of views on the nature of the Qur'anic text, the extent to which the Qur'anic text interacts with reality, a critical approach to the traditions, the belief in the need for a rigorous rethinking of the views of the past, and a comprehensive examination of religious heritage. Contemporary times appear to have been the era of debates about the causes of revelation, and have led to many views, whether views such as the independence of interpretation with regard to the causes and that it is not necessary for the definition of occasion of revelation  to include the cause of revelation, the point that has been approved by most commentators. The commentators have disagreed on the meaning and reason for the revelation of the first verses of Surah Tahrīm, The narrations do not cause the revelation of the first verses of this surah in a way that eliminates this difference; Because in addition to the fragmentation of votes and the existence of signs of forgery and distortion in most of them, he has not clearly interpreted this phrase. In this article, we have shown that the recitation of Kasāī, narrated by Abu Bakr ibn ‘Ayyāsh, paves the way for understanding and interpreting this part of the verse. The emphasis of the narrators of this recitation on the fact that it is the same recitation of Imam Ali (as) shows that it is cited by the Ahl al-Bayt. Therefore, this reading, both in terms of document and semantics and its conformity with the verse, is preferable to the common reading, and the authority of this reading, from accepting the narrations, causes the false revelation of the Sunnis that the secret of the Prophet was announced by Abu Bakr and Omar knows, as well as the Shiite narrations, which were probably forged in contrast to the Sunni narrations and introduces the secret and the head of the Prophet (PBUH) as the guardianship of Imam Ali (AS), and removes the ambiguity in the verse. "Security" is one of the most basic needs of human beings around the world. That's why the methods for providing security have received widespread attention from the Holy Qur'an. However, due to the long distance from the time of revelation of the Holy Qur'an, security is often confined to concepts such as fighting or verses such as Anfal/60, and other important aspects of this issue has been far from the view of Islamic scholars. Therefore, the present research is an attempt to (A) study one of the main, neglected sources of security in the context of revelation, namely kinship, based upon anthropological approach, and (B) review the most important parts of Qur'anic teachings in this respect. In Ibn Arabi's thought, sleep and dream is important. He has distinguished between connected and disconnected imagination and brought the place of dream in the connected imaginary world and revelation in the disconnected imaginary world. He considers the dream’s interpretation to be related to the connected imaginary world. Therefore, Qur'an cannot be just a dream, because it lacks Shari'at and its rules do not have a grammatical aspect. The dream is one of the divine annunciators and the sincere dream is a part of revelation. Ibn Arabi considers the imagination as a force of the heart, and love is the excess of affection whose manifestation is within the heart. The heart has seven stages as seven layers of the sky, which is in one stage, the mine of affection, love, and compassion for the people, and in the higher stage, the mine of love of the divinity, and finally, the mine of the manifestations of the divinity’s attributes. Therefore, by expressing the position of dream and its relation with revelation, we discuss about calling Qur'an a dream letter and the relationship between sleep, dream, and love in order to determine the secret of man's superiority over other creatures. Gazali’s perspectives on gnosis and knowledge are so important, because he has known much different knowledge in his era. In this paper, the difference between revealed gnosis, as a particular knowledge that belongs to the Prophets and human knowledge specifically the terrestrial world, has been explained. He has divided the sciences based on the object of knowledge, and its method, and aims to show that revelation is the most transcendent one. He believed that the revelation can be called a gnosis. The value of revealed gnosis has two aspects: firstly, it is a piece of certain knowledge, and second, without it achieving felicity can’t be possible. Never the other sciences can replace it but he has not wanted to humiliate the other sciences. He has applied philosophical and mystical notions to explain the revelation, but has explicitly expressed the revealed gnosis can’t be considered the same as another knowledge. Manuscript profile

God speaking with the messenger and the quality of revelation received has been the vital problem for theologians and philosophers during the Islamic history. Islamic thinkers such as Farabi and Ibn Arabi have encountered this issue through what vision and form can be sent to the Prophet. Can other people except messengers like philosophers or mystics achieve that or not? If so, what are the differences between them and the prophet? Farabi has used his imagination to solve this problem. It can play the role of intermediate to make the relationship between simple and immaterial God and the prophet who is living in change and time, acceptable.  That is why some contemporary scholars interpreted the revelation as a dream. Ibn Arabi criticized Farabi’s thought, he has mentioned that the imagination is beyond the reason which is in need of senses, memory and rational faculty which is subjected to the error. Since Farabi’s approach may be considered by certain philosophers, it has its own importance. Ibn Arabi’s answers are the modern discussion which has not been presented by any one so far. As a result, it should be said that considering the revelation as an imaginative phenomenon is a sort of reductionism which has descended it to the level of unveiling and intuition.   The koranic words considered as existence will be reduced to human words. While the revelation is allusion and human words are the passage. Manuscript profile

This paper addresses to validate the mental perceptions and Ghazali’s levels of understanding, dealing with the departure point starting from his well- known attack against philosophers. The main question in this paper is that how much is the validity of philosophical reason when it is going beyond its own epistemological realm, trying to explain the religious concepts by its own method? Ghazali believes that the philosophical reason is not sufficient. For it is beyond the reason ability, therefore, the reason must be illuminated by the revelation to understand such issues. Accordingly, the reason is not an independent source of knowledge, if it wants to speak about the religious propositions; it will go beyond its own limitation. He begins with the certain science denying the philosophical reason determining the limitation of reason, explaining the problems of philosophers, theologians and sufis by delivering the criteria of episteme. Finally, he concludes the philosophical knowledge is not the instrument which can help us to understand the scriptures and it is not related to it, because the reason beyond its limitation will engage in contradiction and skepticism and cannot show the reality as such is. Therefore, the religion must be independent. As a result, this paper criticizes the methodical incoherency that can be found in the meaning of reason has been depicted in his works. Plenty of studies are available on proving lack of distortion in Qoran. However, one of the subjects neglected so far by philosophers of religion is the issue that the last residence of religious revelation from God is the prophet’s PBUT brain and its biological system. Every prophet needs to rely on the use of brain system and its functions and abilities, or ”the linguistic abilities of the brain” for receiving and delivering revelation. Considering the fact that human’s brain consciously or unconsciously makes mistakes, there is a need to deal with the probable mistakes made by the prophets’ PBUT brains in receiving and delivering religious revelations, which could eventually lead to “the distortion of revelation and heavenly books.” In this article “the status of the prophets’ PBUT brains and their brains’ functions and abilities in receiving and delivering the revelation” are studied. Shahnameh scholars have earlier often referred to Ferdowsi’s shiism of being of the zaydi, twelvers, and Ismaili type. The writer of this essay sees the latter opinion closer to the truth since  There have been close associations between Ismailis and the compatriot Persian Dehqans and Sunni followers have constantly accused Ferdowsi for having ancient Persian beliefs.  Ferdowsi like Naserkhosrow and the Ismailis finds helpful accompaniment of Immanence and revelation in knowing God. In a verse in Shahnameh’s preface God is known as ”The designer of the best gem “ And based on Ferdowsi’s words one can assume ”the best gem”(in contrast to attribute) is the essence of reason and Universal Soul which is the source of all creation.  Ferdowsi like Naserkhosrow based on the Ismailis doctrine, summon people to inspect the word of God so that one can comprehend the true essence of God’s words as a great reward. Description of the process of creation in the preface is closer to the beliefs of Naserkhosrow and Ismailis. Both poets speak of God of revelation (Tanzil or Nateq) that the God of interpretation or (executor, Vasi) should disclose the secret of His words. They both in praise of prophet’s family use the term Ahl-al bayt and unlike many Sunni historians and geographers who mention Imam Reza once speak of city of Tus, there are no references made to Imam Reza who was buried near them or else the conclusion would have been to regard Ferdowsi as a twelver.
