Background and Objective: Updated and correct information is necessary for using and optimized managing of a land. Land cover map is one of the most important information resources in natural resource management. The goal of this research is to provide Katalan land cover map for investigating land use changes during 12 years in this area. Material and Methodology: For this purpose, satellite images such as Landsat ETM 2001 and OLI 2013 were used after performing necessary corrections whereas; GPS and topographic maps were implemented for surveying fields and gathering trained samples. Land cover maps were provided using supervised classification method with maximum likelihood algorithm. Findings: The results of this study revealed that the study area comprises six classes viz. irrigated farm land, rainfed farm land, bare land, rock stone, range land and mine class. The overall accuracy and kappa coefficient for 2013 map were estimated 86.11% and 0.82, respectively and theses values for 2001 land use map were 78.26%, and 0.71, respectively. Discussion and Conclusions: The results of this research revealed that the class of farm land, bare land and range land were increased 1.84%, 1.29%, and 1.21%from 2001 to 2013, and the class of rock stone and rainfed farmland were decreased 5.09%, and 0 .62%, respectively. Also, there was not mine class in 2001 but this class was 1.36% equivalent to 49.3939 hectare of the whole area in 2013. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Different methods are used in environmental impact assessment (EIA), like matrix methods which are included Leopold, Moore, conventional and modified ICOLD and etc.  Since the conventional and modified ICOLD results are mainly qualitative and decision making for implementation or non- implementation of the project would be difficult. Therefore, the aim of present study is offering strategy to normalize the results of modified ICOLD in order to compare with the results of Iranian Leopold method, while investigation and comparison between the results of the EIA has been taken by using the conventional and modified ICOLD matrices. Method: For this purpose, we used the EIA tools on the physical environment and only at the construction phase of Peyghamchay embankment dam, as a case study. Initial scrutiny was performed using both conventional and modified ICOLD points out that although the number of positive and negative impacts are the same in groups (+96, -235), but the impact values was quite different in two methods. Findings: The value of positive impacts of conventional and modified ICOLD are +156.0 and +260.2 and the value of negative impacts are -341.0 and -392.8, respectively. These amounts indicate an increase in the value of positive and negative impacts of 66.8 and 15.2 percent in modified ICOLD method compared to conventional, respectively. The normalized results of modified ICOLD method point out that the final value of physical environment impacts compared with principles of decision-making in Iranian Leopold method amounts to +0.83 and -1.08 for positive and negative results, respectively. In this case, for the physical environment, implementation of the project can only be carried out by recommended reforms. Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the strategy presented in this research (the normalization of the results in modified ICOLD method), this method can be utilized exclusively and effectively, therefore, there would be no need to use the both methods for evaluation at the same time. The main purpose of this study is to identify the administrative barriers in the field of aesthetic and artistic education of the Fundamental Evolution Document in education, based on the Fullan model (2007). The field of artistic education has been forgotten and neglected, despite the tremendous impact it can have on morale and, consequently, on the learning of learners and even their educators. This research project is the "combined" type (simultaneous test). The study population included two independent groups of curriculum and education specialists (in the qualitative section) as well as primary school teachers (in the quantitative section). The sample size includes 12 curriculum and education specialists and 120 primary school teachers .The sampling method in the first part (qualitative) is theoretical and purposeful method and its tools include semi-constructed and unstructured interview and in the second part (quantitative) it is "purposeful and preferable" and the research tool includes a 30 questions researcher-made questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis involves the Wilcoxon single-sample and Friedman tests to rank the Barriers to the implementation of the Fundamental Evolution Document based on the components of the Fullen model. Qualitative data analysis was also performed using the seven-step )Colaizzi, 1987) method. The results of the study confirm the gap between the designers of the Evolution Document and its implementers in schools, which, in addition to other existing administrative barriers, contributes to the inefficiency of the Fundamental Evolution Document in the implementation phase. To study some growth indices of soybean under moisture stress by replacing nitrogen with phosphorus, a field experiment was conducted at the Research Station of Bu-Ali Sina University during the 2017-2018 growing season. The experiment was carried out in a split-factorial arrangement of treatments based on randomized complete block design with three replications. The main plots consisted of three levels of irrigations (irrigating after 60, 90 and 120 mm evaporation from class A evaporation pan). Two levels of nitrogen replacement with phosphorus and without replacement and two levels of phosphorus replacement and without phosphorus replacement assigned to subplots. The results showed that simultaneous replacing of nitrogen and phosphorus in all irrigation levels increased physiological growth indices of leaf area index, dry matter accumulation, crop growth rate, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate. Moisture stress reduced growth rate of the crop significantly. Results also showed that crop growth rate increased 35 to 45 days after planting and reached to its maximum level after 65 days after planting date. After this period, the crop growth rate of soybean decreased and reached to zero about 95-100 days after planting. The highest dry matter accumulation and crop growth rate were obtained from irrigation after 60 mm evaporation and nitrogen-phosphorus simultaneous placement application. According to the results, simultaneous replacing nitrogen and phosphorus, reduced the negative effect of moisture stress on soybean growth indices. Nitrogen replacement with phosphorus increased grain yield by 11.4% as compared to non-replacement of nitrogen with phosphorus and yielded 3855.88 kg.ha-1. In this research, nitrogen replacement with phosphorus under irrigation after 90 mm evaporation prevented significant oil yield loss as compared to irrigation after 60 mm evaporation. Background and Purpose: There are ambiguities and legal issues regarding online dispute resolution methods due to their specific characteristics and their occurrence in cyberspace. One of the challenges with these methods is how they enforce,. In addition to insufficient enforcement support about the results of online dispute resolution in said methods, it should be noted that ODR is often used in e-commerce lawsuits and the main feature of these lawsuits is their high number and low value. Therefore, the use of traditional enforcement methods, which requires resorting to court, is not logical in such cases, and the final documents of ODR should be enforced in accordance with their characteristics and without the need to courts. In this regard, solutions have been adopted in the field of ecommerce that with emphasis to the desire of the parties to maintain their reputation and market share, the results of online dispute resolution enforced by them voluntarily. The mentioned strategies, "Trustmark Scheme", "Rating System", "Blacklisting System" and "Punitive Measures", have been studied and analyzed in this article.Findings and Results: Finally the present study has concluded that to develop ODR, support for strategies to encourage voluntary enforcement of the results of these methods is very important, but this goal can not be achieved without ratifying suitable regulations, because trust is the most important factor in the impact of these methods and to increase the trust of individuals and business actors, appropriate laws should be enacted.
