        1 - Exploring the Requirement and Background of Saderat Bank Customer Insight Analysis Formation: A Grounded Theory Study

        The aim of this research is presenting a model of Saderat bank customer insight analysis quality by using grounded theory.  Aim society is combination of marketing and public relation experts that 12 of them have chosen by using purposive and theoretical sampling. Data collecting tool is semi structured interview and data analysis has done in three stages, open, axial and selecting coding.  Findings show that to achieve Saderat bank customer insight analysis quality should provide background that cause to increase products. The background includes: 2 causal conditions (plurality of healthy/unhealthy competitive acts, lack of instrumental look necessity), 3 contextual conditions (function of social-personal component for contacts, interaction of requirement-reaction, change of customer taste), 3 intervening conditions (risks of imitative advertisement, advertising stationary, contextual success/failure of advertisement), 8 strategies (systematic using of feedback mechanisms, suitable noticing to aimed society, customer orientation, quality of advertising localization, creating empathic feeling, participatory management,  producing efficient advertising and the nature of target oriented communication), 5 consequences (positive feedbacks, customer satisfaction, attraction/nan attraction financial/ non-financial references, bank and customer goal achievements and negative feedbacks). Final results show that customer insight supports the organization feedbacks to environment opportunities and threats and aids customer-concentrated growth.         Extensive change in recent decades occurred in urban issues, has made responsible organizations face new practical approaches that have been definite outcome of transformations in their relative position. Understanding this important system and recognizing that urban transportation and traffic (in Tehran), like a live and dynamic organization, does not have a rooted environmental ecological and cultural model, we are providing a professional model to improve this system based on scientific methodology.         Nowadays, wetlands are indispensable ecosystems and play a crucial role on the stability of cosystems in future. Considering the importance of sustainable management of the saline wetlands and their impacts, participatory patterns of sustainability management of the saline wetlands in the plain of Masileh in Qom province is discussed in this paper. The population of this study includes all experts in Agriculture Organization of Qom province, Qom Regional Water Company and all Environmental Protection Department experts, Natural Resources and Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Qom, as well as the Subsidiary Department of these organizations that are located in Qom and Qomrud counties (the area of the Masileh Plain). The sample of the study are 251 experts, based on Cochran, selected through simple random sampling. Two section questionnaires were utilized for data collection, including participatory management section and sustainability section. The reliability of Questionnaire was measured through pre-test and analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Meanwhile, the research committee confirms the validity of the questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test and path analysis were used through SPSS and Lisrel softwares for analyzing the data. The results showed that social sustainability, environmental sustainability and economic sustainability have significant and positive effects on the participatory management. In addition, the role of interest groups (consultation, intervention in planning, intervention in decision-making, motivation, independence, communication and individual rights) have significant and positive effects on the social, environmental, and economic sustainability.         Currently, the protection and sustainable management of forest ecosystems in the Zagros vegetation area has always been the main concern of activists and officials in this area. On the other hand, the agricultural Extension as an interdisciplinary science examines the phenomenon of decline of Zagros oak forests from a sociological and psychological perspective, as well as from an agricultural and rural perspective, and offers strategies that maintain the sustainability of natural resources while maintaining livelihoods. In this regard, internal and external factors were collected through in-depth interviews with 30 scientific and executive experts in the provinces of Zagros basin in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Additionally, they were identified through line-by-line analysis in the form of common content and using MAXqda12 software analysis. In the next step, the internal and external factors questionnaire was adjusted and and the weight factor of each factor was calculated and the identified strategies were prioritized based on the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix.Considering the results in the internal and external factor evaluation matrix for the sustainable management of forests in the basin, as well as the dominance of weaknesses in the external factor evaluation matrix and threats in the internal, defensive pattern was more prioritized for managing the forests sustainably compared to the other strategic patterns.         Background and Objective: Identifying the obstacles and challenges facing the implementation of participatory management in Tehran Municipality and being aware of the harms and dealing with them in an academic and compassionate way can facilitate the institutionalization of the goals of participatory management and knowledge-based development at the level of the administrative system of the country's municipalities. The present study was carried out with the aim of identifying and implementing the challenges of participatory green space management in Tehran Municipality.Material and Methodology: In this project, the opinions of experts extracted and categorized. The final research model was developed using the classical Delphi technique. The members of the Delphi panel consisted of ten green space experts from Tehran Municipality, District 4, who participated in the research process using purposive sampling. Atlas ti win 7 and SPSS win18 software used to process information and analyze statistical data.Findings: In this research, the qualitative study of barriers and challenges to participatory green space management, barriers and challenges classified into six components of organizational structural barriers, managerial barriers, individual barriers, legal executive barriers, organizational culture barriers and time.Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, in the structural-organizational barriers section, the level of transparency expected by managers from employees is not clear and in the organizational culture barriers section, the lack of citizen participation is the most important challenges and obstacles to implementation.         The aim of this study is to investigate on relationship between decision-making styles of managers and creativity and participatory management, in schools of Ghaem shahr city. The research method is a descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study consists of all schools' managers of Ghaemshahr city. The sample size consists of 78 subjects. Research instruments were three questionnaires of decision-making styles of Moghadam zade and Tehrani (1387), Participatory management of Moghimi (1381) and creativity of Sanatizade (1389). For analysis of data, descriptive statistics methods (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and statistical illation (correlation coefficient test, t-test, stepwise regression and variance) is used. The resualts showed that the components of the decision-making styles, Rational and annie components have a significant and positive relationship with creativity.Also Results showed that from the Components of decision-making styles, only intuitive has a significant positive relationship with Participatory management and There is a significant positive relationship between creativity and participatory management. Also Results showed that the components of a rational and Annie were the better predictor for creativity and also intuitive component is the better predictor for participatory management.         This study aims to explain the relationship between psychological empowerment and participatory management of secondary school female teachers of Tabriz. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population consisted of women teachers of secondary schools in Tabriz, who have were working during 90-91. The number of the sample was 285. The measuring instrument consisted of three questionnaires, participatory management, empowerment of staff and mental health. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used .At the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis was used. After analyzing the data, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between psychological empowerment and participatory management. Among the dimensions of participative management (decision-making, communication, leadership, structure, and control only decision–making was significant and predictor of mental health and empowering employees.         Introduction Neglecting the explanation of rural developments and their outcome on the rural landscape, the process of rural development faces serious issues and problems.Research purpose: The purpose of the current research is to analyze the role of participatory planning in rural development based on the existing capabilities and capacities of future development, especially from the perspective of the villagers' participation and their wishes based on the current situation in the spa village of Sarein.Research methodology: The study method in this research, which is based on a case study, is descriptive-analytical, and its statistical population is the residents of Spa district in Sarein city, and its information is obtained based on field and library studies. The five main indicators of development issues, the readiness of the platform for participation, the role of rural management in rural development, the capacity of villagers' participation in rural management and development, as well as the measurement of rural development with different items, the centrality of the assessment of the subject of this thesis among the residents of 384 residents of the village. And the management of the collection was based on Cochran's model.         AbstractObjective: The present study was performed to determine the attitudes of Mazandaran Provincepublic librarians towards the structural and behavior barriers of participative management.Methodology: In this study, the data was collected by questionnaire. The society was all of theMazandaran province public librarians. Kruskal–Wallis test and Mann–Whitney U test wereused for of the hypothesis and Wallis and Friedman tests was used for answering the questions.Findings: The present study indicates that there is significant relationship between the attitudesof the public librarians towards the participative management, considering the sex, experiences,organizational position level of education and study field. Also Friedman test showed that lack ofofficial ranking in accordance with the mean level of 4.92 as the first priority and as a mainstructural barrier in executing the participative management in the public libraries, and use ofwrong procedures and wrong individual instructions with mean level of 4.82 as the first priorityand as one of the main behavior barrier in performing the participative management.Conclusion: The present study considers special attention to the public librarians and the resultsof the survey could help the managers, and library administrators and the librarians in successfulperforming of the participative management and releasing the barriers.         The purpose of this study was to design and evaluate a model of culture of innovation and participatory management mediated by a positive organizational climate. The statistical population of this study was all primary and secondary school teachers and principals of Sarein city who were teaching and working in the 98-97 academic year. To select the sample, 162 people were selected from 276 people using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools were three questionnaires: Dabni Innovation Culture (2008), Siegel and Kaimer (1978) Organizational Atmosphere and Feyzi Participatory Management (2007). The validity of the questionnaires according to Cronbach's alpha coefficients was 0.96, 0.82 and 0.85, respectively. SPSS and LISREL statistical software were used to analyze the data. At the level of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling were used. The results of the analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between innovation culture and participatory management mediated by organizational climate. But there is no positive and significant relationship between innovation culture and participatory management. Manuscript profile
