With the onset of the Corona virus, many educational institutions were closed and their educational methods were changed. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the lived experiences of virtual education of students in the era of Corona. The participants were 60 male and female students of Payam Noor University of Ahvaz, who were selected voluntarily and asked to share their experiences of virtual education. Due to the fact that the classes were virtual and the physical presence of the students was low, they were selected from among the applicants to the university. The qualitative research method is phenomenology. Data were obtained through a researcher-made questionnaire (with adequate reliability and validity) and a semi-structured interview. Content validity (60 students, 3 psychology professors, and one educational science professor) was used to measure the validity of the findings, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability. Data analysis was done with the help of seven-step coding by Collaizzi (1978). The results showed that the lived experiences of virtual education from the students' point of view have two general positive themes (savings, reduction of accidents, and useful attendance) and their negative lived experiences of virtual education (reduction of social interactions, physical problems, learning and evaluation problems, and technical problems). Composed. Due to the fact that virtual education has strengths, therefore, in order to develop this method of education, it is possible to provide a solution for their development, and with proper planning, its negative aspects can be reduced. Purpose: This study was aimed at understanding the lived experiences of teachers about the executive challenges of life skills education in secondary school.Methodology: This qualitative research was performed using the phenomenological method. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews. For this purpose, using the criterion-based method and chain-based sampling, 13 interviews with teachers who were familiar with the skills of education were conducted. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the data. To validate the research, Lincoln and Guba's evaluative criteria were used.Findings: The analysis of the interviews indicates four comprehensive themes (social challenges, economic challenges, content challenges, and method challenges), 17 organizing themes, and 43 basic themes. The results showed that items such as non-involvement of students, non-involvement of parents, unfamiliarity with the life skills, resistance of stakeholders, ideological view, lack of attention to the needs of adolescents, lack of appropriate resources, irrelevant content, overemphasis on knowledge, chaotic content structure, double financial burden on the education system, lack of financial involvement of stakeholders, No budget allocation, lack of familiarity of teachers in teacher training with topics related to life skills, multiple academic pressure on students, inappropriate assessment and inappropriate teaching tools play a major role in the ineffective implementation of life skills training. Conclusion: According to the above findings, it can be said that teaching life skills will not be effective regardless of the challenges that exist in this regard, so solving these challenges is one of the most basic prerequisites for teaching life skills. In the process of evolution from thought to criminal action, what happens to a cyber-criminal in his/her initial or continuous desire to commit a crime is the strong criminal tendency and the lack or, in some case,s weakness of the deterrents that cause him not to join the society. This gradual process, which concentrates on risk components in different age periods based on three basic components including learning patterns and learned lessons, suppressed childhood experiences and memories and finally the lack of family and social bonds, will be studied in this paper. Therefore, the present research, employing causality perspective, explains how the social forces (family, friends, culture, environmental conditions, poverty, etc.) can be effective in creating a criminal identity? An approach that aims to achieve practical results tested a range of variables in the light of theoretical criminological foundations on the statistical population of cyber-criminals to be able to achieve a causal cognitive model based on the most important factors influencing their criminal course. Variables that often cause the appearance, continuity and stability of cybercrimes are acquired and learned and that the human nature (inheritance) play insignificant role the formation of cyber crimes. Hence, the current research, which is a collective and phenomenological research, is descriptive-analytical in terms of its nature and method, and in terms of purpose is practical. The statistical population of this research consists of a group of convicts of Great Tehran Prison (Fashafouye) who are serving their sentence in the said prison. The findings describe the fact that the propensity for cybercrime and movement towards it is not a single event but a product of a gradual and staggered process. It is worth mentioning that the statistical calculations were done using SPSS22 software and based on descriptive-inferential statistics (by applying the multivariate regression equation method). The aim of this study was to do a sociological study of the formation of dramatic collective behaviors in the context of people's lived experience of corona virus. The main question was how the corona virus can affect the formation of collective behaviors? And how does the lived experience of people with the coronavirus create dramatic (terrified) communities? In addition to physical symptoms, patients have various social and psychological reactions that can act as an obstacle in the process of disease progression and increase their suffering during the disease.  The research population consisted of the rezidents of Kermanshah city and 20 of them were chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The research findings were analyzed using Max qda software. Four main themes emerged from data analysis: growth of negative emotions, confusion and pessimism, growth of obsessive-compulsive disorder around the body and washing, mental worries about endangering family health, economic worries and fear of getting rid of the corona. It was concluded that rezidents' experiences of living in home quarantine were very unique due to the outbreak of Corona virus. Therefore, understanding their complexities, experiences, beliefs, and attitudes about living in home quarantine can lead to a comprehensive understanding of the psychological consequences of staying in home quarantine for executive decision makers, health care personnel, and mental health professionals. This study aimed to determine and prioritize the factors affecting visionary leadership and model validation based on the Marun and Amirkabir petrochemical complex managers' experiences. The study's statistical population consisted of managers and senior petrochemical experts, of which 200 were selected as a sample group. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed based on the collective opinion of faculty members and management experts, and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the degree of reliability. The results of exploratory factor analysis ultimately lead to the identification of factors affecting visionary leadership based on the managers’ lived experiences of the Marun and Amirkabir petrochemical complex in the form of a conceptual model of visionary leadership style. The model includes production challenges, inflexibility, technical and political management, authoritarianism, employees’ personality differences, input and output of the organization, lack of intra-organizational integration, human relations management, vision presentation, supervision, and management of human resources. The confirmatory factor analysis of the visionary leadership model showed that the visionary leadership style model and the affecting factors in Marun and Amirkabir petrochemical complex could be fitted and applied. It was indicated that these data are reliable, and the obtained model has sufficient validity. The ranking results also showed that the most influential factors on visionary leadership are human resource management, authoritarianism, and lack of integration. Other factors are in the following ranks of importance, including supervision, human relations management, production challenges, technical and political management, employees’ personality differences, the entry and exit factors of production, inflexibility, and vision presentation.
