        Brand development and management is a top priority for many organizations because the brand is one of the most valuable assets for organizations. In order to achieve a competitive advantage, the marketing activities considered in these organizations must have an effective approach and the brand-related marketing communications must be in line with the marketing strategies. Similarly, researchers have done a great deal of research to understand the factors influencing brand development and management. With the advent of social media and its growing popularity, brands are also using social media as an effective channel to spread marketing communication messages, which has created a new type of communication, which is used in the best way and has become an important turning point. Has been created to successfully create and maintain a brand image, and has provided new opportunities to share brand-related information. Definitely one of the most important marketing communication tools that play a key role in consumer behavior and purchasing decisions is the content of brand advertising.         The research is concentrated on surveying and ranking the impacts of main factors and elements on entrepreneurs’ risking in urban and rural areas. In process of a descriptive – survery method , data is gathered by questionniare with 35 statements based on the “Likert” 5 scales that its validity was sufficient, and the Cronbach's alpha reliability was 816. The research population were the entepreneurs in Mazandaran Province who introduced to receive bank facilities under the protection of Technical &Vocational Education Organization.128 ones as the sample were selected among 200 population according to Kerjesi & Morgan method to perform the reseach questionnaire. The agents and factors have been surveyed,analyzed and stated by Mean Index (X) and T –test , SPSS & EXCELL software model.Results show that the effecting factors that naturally cotain cultural , political, economical, social, training – psychological, managerial – administrative and geometrical have been accepted, emphasized and generalized in eight hypotheses.AS a conclusion the effects of seven factors have been generalized in entreprenueres’ society of home business field.         The current applied, descriptive and correlational study was undertaken to investigate the extent to which neighborhood-oriented management can promote home business performance and productivity in 15 districts of Tehran, the metropolitan capital of Iran. The research population comprised 1500 employees in 15 districts out of whom a simple random sample of 750 was selected based on Morgan Table. The research data were collected using a researcher-made and piloted five-point Likert scale questionnaire comprising 4 factors and 32 items which tapped the participants’ responses. Having collected the research data, we initially calculated the descriptive statistics like absolute and the relative frequency, the mean, the standard deviation and the variance of background and main variables. Further, the data were analyzed inferentially via correlation, multiple regression and F-Test to verify the research hypotheses. The results confirmed the significant positive effect of neighborhood-oriented management on the promotion of home business performance and productivity in the metropolitan city of Tehran.   Manuscript profile

        Abstract Background and purpose: entrepreneurship is a tool to recognize the opportunities that can be used to reduce the problems of a society and the contribution of women in this field has an upward trend. The purpose of this research is to design a model of women's entrepreneurship based on home jobs. Research method: The current research was a qualitative study and was conducted with the Foundation's data method. There were 19 participants in this research who were selected by purposive sampling method. The data collection method was semi-structured interview and the data were analyzed in three stages. The validity of the data was done using the verifiability method by the participants. Findings: Based on the findings, the central category of the model is structural, process, behavioral and developmental factors. pattern strategies including defensive, offensive, revision/adaptation, contingency and diversity; And the background conditions include husbandry, ecology and family environment. Causal conditions have personality-related categories such as cognitive, motivational, and behavioral factors; And factors related to business include customers, market, goods and work. Cultural, political, and economic conditions were determined as interfering categories and model consequences at the (individual, group, and social) level. Conclusion: The importance of women's entrepreneurship is because success in this field not only causes economic profit, but also creates social and cultural benefits in the society.   Manuscript profile

        The aim of the current applied, descriptive and correlational study was to investigate effected behavioral factors on productivity increasing of home Businesses in asalouyeh. The research population comprised 4000 citizens in asalouyeh 16 eras out of whom a sample 333 was randomly selected, based on Morgan Table, to participate in the study. The research data were collected using a researcher-made five-point level Likert scale questionnaire comprising 3 factors and 44 items tapping the participants’ responses were. Therefore, 350 questionnaires were distributed among members of the target population. Having distributed and collected the questionnaires, we analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Descriptively, features like absolute and relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance of background and main variables were estimated. Inferentially, correlational tests, multiple regression and spirman used indicated that behavioral factors had a significant effect on productivity increasing of home Businesses in asalouyeh.         This study discussed the Design and delivery a Designing a Cultural model for home business development on the basis of neighborhood oriented approach in the in Tehran Metropolis This research was an applied study of the purpose and methodologically as qualitative methods. After analyzing the data, 27 components  of 621 concept codes were obtained  and then classified at  six dimensions including, home business, culture making of women job involvement, job culture enhancement, neighborhood identity enhancement  ,  Neighborhood oriented approach in urban Management ,empowerment of women . In the second study, the sample size was estimated as 344 people based on  Cochran formula and after data collection,  the statistical analysis of survey data was performed  in two descriptive levels using statistical parameters (such as frequency, percentage, elongation , mean) and inferential statistics (Levin test, t-test), confirmatory factor analysis using Spss 22 , Lisrel8.54 and Excel. Significant coefficients and parameters of factors, home business, culture making of women job involvement, job culture enhancement, neighborhood identity enhancement  ,  Neighborhood oriented approach in urban Management ,empowerment of women.showed that all of the coefficients obtained are significant. The results of principal component analysis showed that among the dimensions of the home business development in Tehran, the empowerment of women has the greatest impact (0/89).and the job culture enhancement has the latest impact in the home business development in Tehran (0/67).  and the respondents are not satisfied with all other components of  questions and they express  negative opinions and all components  in the Cultural model for home business development in Tehran are enjoyed of high functionality. Such a situation causes the macro-policies of countries to support the creation and development of start-up businesses. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the strategic factors of home business success with a structural-interpretive modeling ISM and MICMAC. The present research is applied in terms of research purpose and descriptive-survey research in terms of research topic and questions. Data collection tool included a questionnaire. this study The statistical population studied in this study are for the first stage of entrepreneurship experts. The sampling method was snowball. Excel software was used to analyze the data.         The purpose of this study is to identify the effective factors of technology capabilities on increasing innovation capacity for the development of home businesses. The research was applied research with a qualitative approach. The technique used for data collection, analysis and data analysis was content analysis. The statistical population is handicrafts (pottery, ceramics and hand-woven carpets) in the year 2019. After reviewing the literature of the subject, by compiling the interview guide questions, seventeen interviews were conducted using the in-depth interview technique with purposeful sampling of key informants using the snowball method. Research data was categorized and refined by linking between categories. As a result of 34 concepts of barriers and 17 concepts of drivers of innovation, increasing capacity respectively the importance of research and development components, knowledge acquisition capacity and increasing experimental skills as the most important capabilities with 14 sub-components, in the dimensions of innovation with priority- : Refining of raw materials, creative design, modification of production operations and market knowledge were identified.
