Uncertainty in the supply chain is considered as a fundamental and important issue in order to make appropriate decisions for supply chain managers and designers. In this article, in order to deal with this issue, a three-level supply chain under random demand is proposed using two decentralized and coordinated models, in which the profit increase of each actor in the chain (supplier-manufacturer-retailer) considered. In the decentralized model under the scenario-based stochastic demand, the retailer and the manufacturer separately decide on the order quantity and investment by considering the scenario-based stochastic CSR-sensitive demand. A wholesale price contract with two adjustable levels is proposed to persuade three levels to enter into a coordination scheme. According to the comparisons made between the results of the algorithms, it was found that the coordinated model performed better than the other algorithm in reducing chain costs and increasing profits. In particular, it can be acknowledged that the coordinated model performed better than the decentralized model by about 144.39% and was able to increase the profit of the chain. Manuscript profile

The development of electric vehicles (EVs) will increase power transmitted through the distribution grid. Such an effect leads to accelerated aging in grid equipment, including pole-top distribution transformers. In the form of preventive and corrective measures, it is possible to centrally manage the charging operations of a group of electric vehicles connected to a specific pole-top transformer (through the distribution system operator or an independent aggregator). This paper presents a centralized model to co-optimize transformer loss-of-life with benefits for charging and discharging management of consumers' electric vehicles. The proposed model is compared to the decentralized model, in which EV owners optimize their benefits without considering the damages to the transformers. The centralized and decentralized strategies were applied to a small local grid with a maximum number of 6 EVs connected to a local pole-top transformer and implemented and solved using GAMS software. The results show the benefits of the centralized strategy in balancing the grid assets, while consumers' arbitrage benefits are slightly reduced. Manuscript profile

Severe events such as floods, earthquakes and hurricanes cause disruption in the operation of distribution networks and lead to their islanding. In such cases, if the distribution networks have microgrids, these microgrids are able to separate from the main network and exchange energy with each other to reduce the operation and outage costs. Therefore, the energy management in a multi-microgrid network requires a decentralized operating framework to encourage microgrids to have transactions with each other by providing the necessary incentives. This paper developes a completely decentralized framework to improve the resilience of microgrids based on the organization of peer-to-peer energy transactions, taking into account the appropriate financial incentives for the participation of microgrids. The developed model protects the private data of each microgrid, such as load information and distributed generation resources, during market settlement. Using the developed decentralized model, microgrids can increase network resilience in the context of peer-to-peer energy exchanges, in addition to reducing their operating costs compared to the island mode. The proposed decentralized approach does not require a central controller and has a high convergence speed. Simulations are performed on a system with fourteen microgrids and the results are compared with the island approach to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The simulations are performed in MATLAB R2020b environment using YALMIP toolbox. CPLEX 12.9 is also used to solve the optimization problem. The results show the efficiency of the proposed method in increasing the resilience and reducing the operating costs. Manuscript profile

In the centralized curriculum system, the curriculum is usually provided by the central institution, and regions and schools are required to implement its mandate. And all powers are left to lower levels, and each unit has freedom and discretion. The purpose of this research is to study the design and validation of decentralized management model in secondary schools. For analyzing data, descriptive and inferential statistics are used. In descriptive statistics, central tendencies (mean, median, faces) and dispersion indices (standard deviation and variance) are calculated and the tables and graphs are mapped and demographic indicators (age, education, gender) are examined. In order to study the research questions, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (normalization) was performed first, and if the data were normal (parametric), one sample of T test and if the data were nonparametric, then binomial statistical methods It uses SPSS 24 software. . The results of the article point to the fact that school-centered management can be a powerful tool for overcoming school failures and changing learning and learning. By implementing a school-based management model, and distributing decision-making and group and participatory authority, this is one of the orders of the Islamic religion, which can be practically implemented in community-based schools. Decentralized finance (DeFi) has been raised in recent years and has experienced significant growth in 2021. DeFi seeks to eliminate intermediaries by using blockchain and to provide all the services in a decentralized manner. DeFi has been able to implement many services of the traditional financial system on the blockchain platform . Also, the financing methods of various industries projects on the blockchain platform before 2021 were mainly Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and Initial Exchange Offering (IEO), but Defi used Initial Decentralized exchange Offering (IDO) by using decentralized exchange that it has added to the methods of financing through blockchain. In the present study, we first consider theoretical basis of DeFi,. Then, to answer the question of which DeFi-related projects and projects in other industries that use the IDO method can be financed through blockchain, use Python language and the pycaret library to apply different classification models. We collected 665 projects data in the ten most widely used blockchain industries listed on the CryptoRank site from 2017 to 2021. The results of the model prediction indicate that DeFi industry projects and projects of other industries that use the IDO method have the ability to finance small-scale financing through blockchain. Depressed mood, effects cognitive processes such as complex thinking, problem solving, memory, creativity and especially attention and information encodingin different ways. The purpose of this study was to compare how to allocate attention to relevant and irrelevant neutral stimuli in induced depressed mood and non-depressed mood. For this purpose, in a comparative study of experimental interventions, 89 cases of non-depressed students of Ahvaz Islamic Azad University, and undergraduate students of Kerman Shahid Bahonar University of psychology were selected through screening and were assigned in to two groups, randomly. One of the group underwent induced depression and the focused attention of individuals was measured on the use of the task of cube pattern recognition and decentralized attention. Analysis of variance of scores indicated that in allocating attention to relevant stimuli, there was no significant difference between groups. However, attention to irrelevant stimuli on individuals of induced depression was more than non-depressed subjects. Results indicate that the decentralized mode of attention in addition to depressed mood exists in induced depressed mood as well. Manuscript profile
