Tehran's population growth and the entry of new immigrants has been one of the problems for governors, policy makers, and planners. Therefore, since the middle decades of the current century, as a concern, it has been considered as a threat to social, environmental, health, and disaster preparedness issues. However, the activities have been performed to prevent Tehran population growth, failed to achieve success and in spite of all these activities, the problem of Tehran population and immigration growth still exists. In this paper, causal layered analysis (CLA) as a futures study method is used for splitting and analyzing the several layers leading to the issue of Tehran immigration growth, and different scenarios are considered for the future. In this regard, based on analysis of the under layers and due to the uncertainty and importance, "development model" and "cultural orientation" are identified as its drivers and the scenarios are designed according to them. 2 - Investigating the Effect of Regeneration-led gentrification in Inefficient neighborhoods; a comparative study of Atabak and Khani-Abad neighborhoods in Tehran

Gentrification as an important phenomenon in most of the world's cities, both developed and developing, is a newfound concept first emerged in the 60's. This phenomenon implies the replacement of lower classes by the middle classes in urban areas. This is more common in the central and older neighborhoods, which, over time, have gathered the lower strata of society. Many cities in Iran, including Tehran, contain physically inefficient areas. Because of physical problems, these areas are mainly secure locations for those classes who do not have the tendency or power to switch to areas with fewer difficulties. In these areas, along with undeniable social problems, intra-neighborhood relations and social capitals are bold and strong. Other prominent features of these areas are the proximity to commercial and administrative centers and, in general, to the city's work and activity centers. There are middle and upper classes in such cities who -for various reasons, such as time and cost saving- are interested in living close to the work and activity centers; residential areas at the margin of activity areas are of great desirability for these people. Some of the most important reasons for the decreased attraction of these areas as the target of immigration for middle classes are physical problems and weak public services and facilities. Improving the physical condition of these areas will lead to an increase in demand for housing by middle and upper classes and results in rising land prices. The added value of the estates, the increase in the entry of upper economic classes and the loss of previous social cohesion, will gradually cause the low-income groups to lose their ability and desire to live in the neighborhood.Urban regeneration projects and activities, in some experiences, solving the physical problems of neighborhoods and the major obstacles to their poor quality, will increase the demand for housing in these neighborhoods, resulting in an increase in the prices of residential units and displacement of old residents. In such cases, urban regeneration will accelerate the occurrence of gentrification within the context of the deteriorated neighborhoods. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effects of urban regeneration policies on the severity of the occurrence of gentrification as well as the effects of this phenomenon on the social and economic structure of inefficient neighborhoods. In order to achieve this goal, the method of case study and statistical analysis tool of the last ten years and completion of questionnaires in Khani-Abad and Atabak neighborhoods, both of which have experienced different levels of regeneration policies and actions, is used. In both neighborhoods, the trend of changes in the number of construction permits and the price of land in the ten-year period of 2006-2016 was investigated. According to the population of 2016, a number of residents were randomly assigned and theire residency background, educational level and income have been questioned. The results show that the symptoms of the occurrence of the gentrification are more obvious in the neighborhood where regeneration interventions and more physical changes are observed. The division of the deceased’s inheritance/legacy among his/her heirs is an issue regarding which each heavenly religions has its own specific rules and regulations. As there are some differences regarding the inheritance in the Fiqh (Jurisprudence) of the religions, for instance though some subjects like oal (literally means domination and increase) and Taseeb (literally and legally means paternal relative, and legally it means the rejection of the amount of inheritance that is more than the share of heirs) are not covered by the Shiite Fiqh, such subjects and the rules regarding the inheritance are recognized by the State laws for respecting the followers of other heavenly religions. However the problems raises if the legator and inheritor/s are of different religions. For example when the deceased is Sunni and the inheritor is Shiite or vice versa. Given that the inheritors are not of the same religion and considering the differences in the Islamic sects regarding the rules around the legacy, a question raises that what will be the criteria for decision making in this regard? Answering the above question, it should be mentioned that: In accordance with the single Article on the permission for observing the status of the non-Shiite Iranian individuals, passed in 1933, and the explicitation made by the second clause of said article, and according to the advisory comments issued in this regard and the analysis of the reasons dealt with by the present study, the above mentioned Act shall be enforced. The purpose of the present study is to review the political role of “refq” (tolerance) and “khorq” (ignorance) in the political idea of Imam Khomeyni. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the model under discussion is presented based on the theory of two natures and with an emphasis on the theoretical framework of the four causes. The research relies on the hypothesis that since “refq” is related to makhmourah nature and is considered as one of the soldiers of reason and belongs to the transcendental philosophical school; and “khorq” is related to Mahjoubah nature and is considered as one the soldiers of ignorance and belongs to the mundane philosophical school, they can lead to the formation of an either transcendental legitimizing or mundane society. The results showed that based on the viewpoint of Imam Khomeyni, the actualization of moral politics refers to opening of hearts and that the governments and societies need to actualize tolerance and avoid violence. Therefore, such governments consider power as a means to serve the society and make it achieve prosperity. Manuscript profile

Social maturity begins with the steps of an individual from a single origin. Social maturity leads to the growth of intellectual and moral responsibilities and empathy in fulfilling the covenant and unity of purpose and the resulting attributes and laws. Moreover, it can continue with the manifestation of divine names and the full-length mirror of the Almighty towards the good life. The manifestation of the perfect human being, with one of the most important components of pre-emergence namely social maturity, is significantly affected by the causal relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to study it in the context of the emergence of the perfect man of the apocalypse. Undoubtedly, the emergence of the perfect man as a total evolution and according to ordinary providence is the product of the divine law of destiny and the element of authority, as well as the reflection of the divine tradition of thanksgiving and disbelief of blessings. In this study, the evaluation of the positive components of pre-emergence social maturity from the perspective of the Holy Quran and Islamic mysticism with an epistemological perspective and descriptive-analytical method using library resources has been considered. The results indicate that there is a significant two-way correlation between the positive components of social maturity and the occurrence of the complete emergence of the apocalypse. Thus, the growth in adornment with the positive causes of social maturity will increasingly hasten the emergence. Manuscript profile

Undoubtedly, it is necessary for those who claim to follow the manners and traditions of the Holy Prophet to know the different dimensions of the personality of the Holy Prophet, his affairs and officials; In the meantime, the most reliable way to know that Imam is to refer to the correct verses and hadiths that have dealt with this important issue. However, it has been a long time since the enemies of Islam, in line with the anti-Islamic project, attributed the most heinous accusations to the holy site of the Imam, so much so that it can be boldly said that his most important source in recognizing and introducing the Prophet of Islam is the legacy of Sunni narration. On the other hand, there is a clear contradiction between the beliefs and views of the elders and followers of different Sunni religions about the personality, affairs and positions of the Messenger of God, with the verses of the Qur'an, which indicates their attention and trust in news due to their conflict with the texts of the Qur'an and The narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt, there is no doubt that they are fabricated, as if it is the same news that the Western Orientalists have used in insulting the Messenger of God. Therefore, it is very important to study and recognize the grounds and causes of fabricating obscene news in the honor of the Messenger of God, which the author addresses in this article. In this article, we want to study the impact of the change in the dispute on the validity of the validity of the judgment given. In this regard, we are confronted with the question that the change in the direction of the dispute applies to the change in the direction of the verdict, or whether it is necessary to change the subject of the dispute so that we can make a change in the course of the dispute and, consequently, in the absence of the truth of the validity of the judgment. The majority of writers consider the legal description of the court to be necessary for the realization of the concept, and most of the disagreement over the possibility of redefining the subject's thematic and the possibility of filing a claim is merely a change in description. After studying the concept of credit, the judgment is judged and judicial decisions are subject to this rule and relying on this thinking based on the fact that the lawsuits are subject to the subject realization and not to the point, the existence of the ruling is also ruled out, with caution We have come to the conclusion that changing the direction of the dispute will not be true by changing the direction of the verdict but by changing the direction of the matter. Since in the current era with the globalization of Islam, the intensity and speed of the enemies of Islam are increasing day by day and they have not given up any efforts to attack the body of Islam, it is necessary to explain and explain Islamic laws on the basis of jurisprudence. It arrives One of the biggest tactics of foreigners is to raise dubious issues in order to make Islam incomplete. Therefore, the comparative method between the Islamic laws of Iran and other religions is the best solution to eliminate doubts. Now the question that is raised is the causes of inheritance in “Imami-Shia” jurisprudence with the Jewish religion and the differences between those two religions. In the basic concepts of inheritance, Islam has many similarities with divine religions, including that the causes of inheritance in divine religions are common, descent and cause (based on kinship). In addition to lineage and reason, Jews also consider Tabani as the cause of inheritance. Adoption (adoptive child) was common even before Islam and was banned by the rules of Islam. The findings of the research indicate that in both religions there is a common point in benefiting from inheritance, in which a man is preferred over a woman and a boy over a girl. Of course, the intensity of this matter is much stronger in Judaism than in “Imami-Shia” jurisprudence. Manuscript profile

To understand the historical contexts of the emergence of Qur'anic readings, it is important to examine the repetitive patterns of reading differences. For this purpose, in the present article, we will look at the position of "Man" and "Ma" in the difference of readings, and by examining various evidence of the differences among the readers, we will recognize the role of "Man" and "Ma" in the emergence of readings. In the readings of the Qur'an, the various pronunciation of  "Man" as Man or Min is repeatedly seen . On the other hand, sometimes in readings outside the official Muṣḥaf, "Man" is replaced by "Ma". In addition, the hesitation between considering the wording or the meaning of "man" or "ma" has led to differences in the masculine or feminine readings of some verbs. In the present study, we want to defend the hypothesis that the flexibility of Arabic language structures, along with the fact that the official Qur'an was devoid of punctuation and Arabic symbols, led to the emergence and development of differences in readings. The influence of historical conditions on the issuance of hadiths, throughout the history of the specialized use of hadiths, with titles such as reasons for issuing hadiths, authority for issuing hadiths, real and external cases, temporal and spatial requirements, has always been the focus of hadith scientists. However, despite the fact that one of the consequences of such an influence is the conflict in issuing hadiths; this topic has never been followed in a coherent way in hadith studies; and scholars of hadith sciences, when faced with the conflict of narratives, since they did not consider it to be authentic, they identified some causes as the causes of the conflict of narratives with the sole purpose of resolving the conflict. And although in the end they showed these causes completely, but they never investigated the root of their occurrence. Therefore, in this research, in addition to the practical explanation of the concept of historicity, its role in the causes of narratives conflict can be summarized in the four headings of rejection, perceptual conditions of the audience, and functional conditions of the audience; and it was found that the cause of these causes can be searched in the concept of history. : Newspapers played an irreplaceable role in changing the approach of Iranian society during the Qajar era. In the process leading to the formation of the Constitutional Movement within Iran, several newspapers were published. Some of them, regardless of their political stance, pursued a pathological approach to the general issues of society. The Tarbiat newspaper was one of the most important and stable of these newspapers. For nearly nine years, it sought to root out the elements and factors of societal stagnation, offering practical solutions to exit from those unpleasant conditions. The identification of the factors of societal backwardness and the proposed models of the newspaper for structural reform in the society of the Qajars formed the main issue of this article. Therefore, the present research seeks to answer this fundamental question: What are the main factors of the backward of Iranian society in the Qajar period from the perspective of the Tarbiat newspaper? And what models does the newspaper propose to get out of this situation? The results of the study show that the newspaper’s emphasis is more on cultural weaknesses and inability to expand up-to-date knowledge. Accordingly, the newspaper’s proposed system is more focused on increasing the scientific capacity of society and also the radical treatment of this disorder. Of course, from this perspective, the reform of the educational and training system is considered as the main priorities. In addition to this, the reform process will be fruitless without considering the reconstruction of the moral system of society Manuscript profile
