Abstract :
In this article, we want to study the impact of the change in the dispute on the validity of the validity of the judgment given. In this regard, we are confronted with the question that the change in the direction of the dispute applies to the change in the direction of the verdict, or whether it is necessary to change the subject of the dispute so that we can make a change in the course of the dispute and, consequently, in the absence of the truth of the validity of the judgment. The majority of writers consider the legal description of the court to be necessary for the realization of the concept, and most of the disagreement over the possibility of redefining the subject's thematic and the possibility of filing a claim is merely a change in description. After studying the concept of credit, the judgment is judged and judicial decisions are subject to this rule and relying on this thinking based on the fact that the lawsuits are subject to the subject realization and not to the point, the existence of the ruling is also ruled out, with caution We have come to the conclusion that changing the direction of the dispute will not be true by changing the direction of the verdict but by changing the direction of the matter.
