        The focus of this research is on addressing the relations between communication skills of biology teachers and students’ mental health. For this reason, this research incorporates descriptive – correlation method for whole junior high school and pre college students of Varamin in 1393 as a research population statistics. Where sample size includes 327 students that chosen by random-class method. Goldenberg questionnaire (GHQ-28) and researcher prepared teachers’ communication skills questionnaire which are used to gather information. Spearman's correlation method is used to analyze the relations between variables of accumulated information. Furthermore, regression is to be included in the research that enables to study multiple correlations of teachers’ communication skills’ components (e.g. verbal skills, nonverbal skills, listening skills, and feedback skills) with students’ mental health. Findings reveal the direct relation with 0.602 correlation between teachers’ communication skills and students’ health. Also regression forecasts that teachers’ communications skill will bring 39% of students’ mental health. Moreover, direct relation was discovered between teachers’ communication skills’ components. The main finding is improving teachers’ communication skills will result in enhancing students’ mental health. Manuscript profile

        This study tries to investigate the relationship between the managers skills i.e. verbal, effective hearing, feedback skill and employees organizational commitment in Tehran rahboard Software Company. To do so the study, in addition to reviewing the available theories about the organizational communication, commitment and the characteristics of effective communication, has investigated the effect of managers’ communicational skill in the organization. The research methodology was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all the employees in Tehran rahboard software which included 46 manager and 450 employee.Throught simple random sampling the statistical sample was 300 people. By the use of questionnaire and interview the data was collected and the reliability of %75 was obtained using cronbach alpha. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between manager’s communicational skills and their organizational commitment. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the effect of managers’ moral intelligence on their communication skills in the social welfare organization of EastAzerbaijanProvince. The impact of managers’ moral intelligence and its dimensions including honesty, responsibility, compassion, and forgiveness on their communication skills has been investigated. The statistical population consists of 249 top and middle managers of the insurance and health care units of the organization under study. According to Cochran’s formula, the sample size is 151, obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The data collecting instrument is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity, and its reliability was approved through the use of Cronbach’s Alpha test for the questions of moral intelligence and communication skills with the significance level of 0.838 and 0.726, respectively. In order to test the research hypotheses, we have used Pearson’s correbtion coefficient and covariate regression. The results indicate that the managers’ moral intelligence and its four dimensions affect their communication skills in the organization under study. Manuscript profile
