Abstract
Introduction and Objective: The present study mainly in tendes to identify the effective factors influencing satisfaction of learners with citizenship trainings carried out in locality centers (Sarahaye Mahaleh) in Tehran City.
Methods: Methodology of the study was of applied type in terms of goal and it was descriptive in terms of data collection and controlling of variables and it was a survey by considering its method of implementation. Statistical population of the given study included all learners in training classes held in locality centers throughout Tehran City. Among which 450 respondents were chosen by means of multi- stage randomized cluster sampling as statistical sample group via Kukran Formula Data were collected by means of aquestionnaire. The questionnaire’s validity was examined by views taken from experts and teachers in this field so the required adjustments were made. Reliability of the instrument was also measured by means of Cronbach Alpha Coefficient as (0.92). Learners’ satisfaction with training services were thay summarized and it was Categorized in six factors by adopting factor analysis technique and then by means of Tukey Test. A significant difference was observed in variable of learners’ satisfaction among various locality centers in different areas and factors eventually were ranked based on Friedman test.
Findings: Findings stated that environmental (situational) factor was the foremost factor in this survey and then educational, communicative, administrative, socio- cultural, and technological factors were respectively ranked after this factor.

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آموزش­های ضمن خدمت بر مهارت­های سه­گانه مدیران است. آموزش­های مدیران در این پژوهش، متغیر مستقل در نظر گرفته شده است و مهارت­های مدیران از طریق خرده­مقیاس­های، مهارت ادراکی، انسانی و فنی و بر اساس نظریه "رابرت آل ­کاتز" به عنوان متغیر وابسته عملیاتی شده است. روش انجام این پژوهش، تجربی می­باشد و با استفاده از طرح یک گروهی پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران مناطق هشت و دوازده دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است و شیوه نمونه­گیری به صورت نمونه در دسترس از بین کسانی که به صورت داوطلب در دوره­های آموزشی مدیران میانی شرکت نمودند، می­باشد. ابزار گرپژوهش، پرسشنامه پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون می­باشد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (از جمله آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، آزمون رتبه­بندی فریدمن و آزمون علامت) استفاده شده است و داده­ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش­های ضمن خدمت مدیران در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی موجب ارتقاء مهارت­های ادراکی، انسانی و فنی مدیران می­گردد. لیکن توالی تاثیرپذیری مهارت­های سه­گانه از آموزش متفاوت از نظریه رابرت آل کاتز می­باشد. زیرا در نظریه کاتز بیشترین تاثیر را مهارت فنی از آموزش می­پذیرد، ولی در پژوهش انجام شده این­طور محقق گردید که بیشترین تاثیر را مهارت انسانی از آموزش می­پذیرد و اولویت بعدی مهارت فنی و سپس ادراکی می­باشد.

The present study, attempted to investigate the role of information technology in development of skilled-based training and to suggest the strategies to overcome barriers to progress in Golestan vocational and technical organization. The study was survey and applied one. Statistical population was 152 teachers of Golestan vocational and technical organizations who worked in three departments of services, agriculture and industry in 2012. Using simple random sampling method and Cochran formula, 107 teachers were assigned as sample. Data collected by using a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by consultants and its reliability was 0/87 by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data analyzed through one sample t test using SPSS. The results showed that the role of IT in development of skilled-based training in Golestan vocational and technical organizations is beyond expectation and using this technology in such organizations has a significant effects on reaching the goals of vocational and technical organizations, such as, make an equal educational opportunities, update skilled-trainings, expand and improve entrepreneurship and creativity, train required forces for economical and developmental parts, and introduce new skills.

این پژوهش به بررسی چالش‌های پیش روی معلمان زبان انگلیسی در مدارس ایران و آموزش آنها می پردازد. تحقیق بر‌‌‌‌ر‌وی نمونه‌ای متشکل از 728 معلم زبان انگلیسی دوره اول و دوم متوسطه در 32 استان ایران انجام شد. یک روش نظرسنجی، شامل پرسشنامه‌های خودگزارش‌دهی که به صورت الکترونیکی از طریق اینترنت توزیع شده بود، اتخاذ شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که به نظر می رسد بزرگترین چالش پیش روی معلمان زبان انگلیسی تدریس به دانش آموزانی در سطح‌های مختلف، مدیریت نظم رفتاری آنها ، انتخاب مواد و فعالیت‌های مناسب و ارتباط با دانش آموزان میباشد. حدود یک سوم از این پاسخ دهندگان، قبل از jتدریس به دانش آموزان، هیچگونه آموزش پیش از خدمتی در زمینه آموزش زبان انگلیسی به عنوان یک زبان خارجی نداشتند. به نظر می رسد که این موضوع با عدم حمایت و آموزش ضمن خدمت تشدید شده است، سه چهارم معلمان هیچ آموزش ضمن خدمتی ندیده‌اند. تقریباً نیمی از افراد مورد بررسی دوره آزمایشی نداشتند. علاوه بر این، از چهار پنجم آنها در اولین سال تدریس هیچ حمایتی نشده است. به طور کلی، بسیاری از معلمان احساس می کردند که آمادگی خوبی برای تدریس ندارند. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه معلمان فعلی باید اصلاح گردیده و توصیه‌هایی برای غلبه بر این چالش‌ها ارائه داده است.
