        Introduction: Social capital is one of the most important factors affecting tourism entrepreneurship, the existence of which, especially in rural areas, can have many effects on increasing jobs and businesses related to tourism.Objective of the research: Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the amount of social capital and its effectiveness in promoting the economic opportunities of tourism entrepreneurship in 11 villages located in the axis of communication between Soltanieh and Katlekhor Cave.Research Methodology: The type of applied research is the descriptive-analytical method used and documentary and field methods have been used to collect data. The statistical population of the study is the rural population living in 11 villages located in the axis of communication between Soltanieh and Katlekhor, which according to Cochran's formula, 322 people are considered as a sample. Statistical methods such as one-sample t-test, regression, Prometheus ranking model and path analysis were used to analyze the data.Geographical area of study: The studied villages are located in Khodabandeh city of Zanjan province, which is located in the southwest of the province, which is the most mountainous and highest region of this province. Also, this city has the largest rural population in the province.Findings and Discussion: The results of the study showed that the amount of social capital indicators in the studied villages is higher than the numerical desirability (3) and in this regard, the participation index with an average of 3.47 has the highest score. The results of regression also show a good correlation coefficient between variables and the network index with beta (0.365) percent had the highest impact on the economic opportunities of tourism entrepreneurship. Based on the results of path analysis, participation has the greatest impact on the economic opportunities of tourism entrepreneurship by calculating the overall impact (direct and indirect). Also, the results of the Promethean ranking model showed that the village of Zavajer is ranked first in terms of social capital and the village of Dalairsafli is ranked last.Results: Based on the findings of the study, the components of social capital can improve the economic opportunities of tourism entrepreneurship in the study area. Thus, could assessed amount of proceed or effect of Ecotourism Entrepreneurship projects on achieving to goals in each stage, with using of these criteria. The present gaps in this phase, cause that Ecotourism Entrepreneurship Development planning, codified far from considering the native and precise indexes and then, it difficult targeting and assessment of plans. Therefore, this article, try to codify and measuring reliability of Ecotourism Entrepreneurship Development native indexes in Iran rural region, to planners and Ecotourism Entrepreneurship researchers could use of this approved index by aware elites and expert in rural Ecotourism Entrepreneurship studies and even rural tourism Entrepreneurship or assessment of related project.For attain to this goal, descriptive and analytical methodology using data from a questionnaire in the expert's level. Thus, 36 indexes extract from Theatrical base and judged by 42 aware elites and expert through questioner. Reliability measuring and elites and expert agreement obtain by using of TOPSIS technique and other technique of ranking. Also, had been used of Uman Witnwey sample in SPSS software for compare the view of university elites with expert in other organization related with tourism Entrepreneurship. The result show that all of indexes are more than moderate and among of variety dimension, policies and law procedure dimension is the most important rather other dimensions of Ecotourism Entrepreneurship. From other side, the weight of each index was separately calculated that Eco touristic opportunity index with 0.112 is upper and green physical infrastructure index with 0.001 is lowest weighted index.Ecotourism and ecotourism economic, in it’s actually concept has not been considered in Iran. Therefore, in the future researches could emphasis on tourism entrepreneurship spatially in ecotourism.Finally, the result of Uman Witney sample show that all of indexes are agreed by elites and expert, then are approved and applicable for the future studies. This study is innovation for emphases to the ecotourism entrepreneurship index, and can use by rural planning, tourism development and entrepreneurship researchers.   Manuscript profile

        3 - امکان‏‌سنجی توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره‏ شهر: کاربرد مدل SWOT-AHP

        هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر امکان­سنجی توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر به­منظور ارائه راهبردهای مناسب برای ترویج آن بود، که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع متوالی اکتشافی انجام شد. نمونه­های پژوهش با رویکرد هدفمند و روش نمونه­گیری More
        هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر امکان­سنجی توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر به­منظور ارائه راهبردهای مناسب برای ترویج آن بود، که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع متوالی اکتشافی انجام شد. نمونه­های پژوهش با رویکرد هدفمند و روش نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی (شبکه­ای) انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام 15 مصاحبه با مطلع­های کلیدی در حوزۀ کارآفرینی و گردشگری روستایی اشباع داده حاصل گردید. داده­های جمع­آوری شده در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از تحلیل SWOT و در بخش کمی با استفاده از AHP تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر نیازمند راهبردهای تهاجمی و محافظه­کارانه می­باشد. بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش، راهبرد تهاجمی «راه­اندازی نمایشگاه­ها، بازارها و بازارچه­های سنتی به­منظور ارائه محصولات، کالاها و خدمات تولیدی کشاورزان، روستاییان و عشایر» و راهبردهای محافظه­کارانۀ «اعطای وام­های کم­بهره و بلندمدت برای بهبود زیرساخت­های مورد نیاز توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی» و «جلب همکاری سرمایه­گذاران محلی برای توسعۀ جاذبه­های دست­ساز (پارک­ها و مکان­های تفریحی)» به­عنوان راهبردهای مناسب برای توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر شناسایی شدند.
