In the second hypothesis of the research, this result We found that the loyalty of the shareholders leads to the suppression of the opportunistic behavior of the managers. It is possible that the owners can reduce the opportunistic behavior of the managers by establishing the conditions that certain accounting methods are used for certain purposes. We found that suppressing managers' opportunistic behavior can lead to capital market efficiency. In this way, the managers will not use available and private information for their personal interests and will consider the interests of all owners and will move the market towards efficiency. in the main hypothesis of the research, which is the goal of the research, we came to the conclusion that the suppression of the opportunistic behavior of managers is a mediator. The method of study is descriptive analysis and the results showed that the most important political consequence of the oil economy in Iran can be the rentier state during the second Pahlavi regime. Rising oil prices led to a highly noticeable increase in SAVAK budget and the Shah used this factor to suppress public opposition inside the country more than ever. SAVAK, recognizing it was given a more extensive role compared to the first pre-shock stage, felt free to suppress the regime's opponents and continued its measures without any concern. Of course, it should be noted that the Shah's oppression and dictatorship created a sense of terror and horror in people's heart and they attributed all these measures to the Shah and hated him more than before. Autocracy and repression intensified by the Shah before the revolution insomuch that a group of writers and researchers of the Islamic revolution have considered the severe autocracy and repression during the Pahlavi regime as the main causes of the revolution. The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study is to show the interpretation and deep understanding of the novel; because, from the perspective of critical stylistics, the covert ideology, authority, power, and discourse prevailing the story can be better understood. It also can lead the readers to find out how the language reproduces those social implications. At the end, this article concludes that, the contrasting characters and discourses, as well as the negative aspect of the language used in the narration, could be the manifestations of the stylistics that lead the reader to discover the ideology behind the lines of the novel – which is here the suppression of women in a patriarchal system and their passive reaction toward it. 6 - بررسی استراتژی های کنترل احساسات مورد استفاده مدرسین زبان انگلیسی در موسسات کرمان
Farzaneh Shahidi Zandiهدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی استراتژی های کنترل احساسات مورد استفاده مدرسین زبان انگلیسی در موسسات کرمان بوده است. همچنین این تحقیق بیشترین و کمترین نوع استراتژی های بکار رفته در بین معلمین را سنجیده است. بعلاوه تفاوت بین عملکرد معلمان مرد وزندر این مطالعه مشخص شده است. Moreهدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی استراتژی های کنترل احساسات مورد استفاده مدرسین زبان انگلیسی در موسسات کرمان بوده است. همچنین این تحقیق بیشترین و کمترین نوع استراتژی های بکار رفته در بین معلمین را سنجیده است. بعلاوه تفاوت بین عملکرد معلمان مرد وزندر این مطالعه مشخص شده است. بدین منظور، 60 نفر از معلمان مرد وزن موسسات زبان انگلیسی براساس نمونه گیری قابل دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه طراحی شده توسط گراس و جان (2003) جهت جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. بدین صورت که پرسشنامه ها بین افراد شرکت کننده توزیع شد و آنها بایستی بادقت و در زمان مشخص شده آنها را پر کنند. سپس پرسشنامه ها توسط محقق جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس محاسبه شدند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که "استراتژی تمرکز توجه" به عنوان بیشترین نوع استراتژی کنترل احساسات، و استراتژی "سرکوب احساسات" به عنوان کمترین نوع استراتژی بکار رفته بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی شناخته شدند . همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری بین معلمان زن و مرد در استفاده از استراتژی ها وجود ندارد. تحقیق پیرامون کنترل هیجان در کلاس درس، میتواند به رشد عاطفی خود معلم و همچنین توانایی آنها برای تسهیل رشد عاطفی سالم دانش آموزان کمک کند. Today, researchers make a lot of effort to make a structure have optimized reliable life, manufacturing cost, and power consumption. One of the researches on optimized and controlled smart structure is through using piezoelectric sensor and actuator so that the sensor and actuator can adopt the best controlling interest based on the type of approach to design the controller upon receipt of a vibration by sensor and with the transfer of vibration signals to the controller. Then, it can transfer a proper signal to the actuator. In fact, it is the actuator that tries to neutralize the vibrations of the structure in order to have a structure with longer life and lower failure and can meet the designer's objective in the best way. In this study, using MOPSO algorithm and defining the design variables, the best number and location to place the piezoelectric sensor and actuator at the bottom and top the bottom and top cantilever beam in in a specified range can be searched and then an optimal model of smart structure was suggested. The method of the study was descriptive- analytic type of correlation and the statistical population included all student of Miyandoab city high school during 1391- 1392 (2012- 2013). The statically sample of the research included 200 boy student; who were selected through multistage cluster sampling, and answered Gross & John Emotion Regulation Strategies Scale (with 0.57 reliability) and Joseph and et al Short Depression-Happiness Scale (with 0.69 reliability). The data collected from the sample were analyzed using the statistical methods of correlation and regression. The results revealed that suppression strategy negatively correlated with happiness (r = -0/23). Also, suppression strategy negatively and significantly (p< .001, R2 = 0/054) predicted the changes related to happiness. This study indicated that from two strategies of reappraisal and suppression, suppression strategy can predict changes of happiness in students. Manuscript profile -

Use of cover crops could be an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional chemical and mechanical methods. To this end for controlling weeds, a factorial experiment based on a randomized complete block was conducted at the Research Farm of Mohaghegh Ardabili University with three replications in 2017. Experimental treatments were the first factor, consisting of mono culture and intercropping of rye (Secale cereal L.), hairy vetch (Vicia villosa Roth.) and control treatment (no cover crop) and the second factor consisting of one time hand weeding and two times weeding, with 15 days intervals, and without hand weeding, as control. The results showed that the highest dry biomass of cover crops obtained from rye mono culture (530.59 g.m-2) and the lowest biomass (47.85 g.m-2) from hairy vetch mono culture. The highest reduction of total weed biomass (83.24%) obtained from rye with hairy vetch without hand weeding. The highest yield of iceberg lettuce was obtained from hairy vetch mono culture with one-time hand weeding or from without hand weeding treatment (5025 and 4965 g.m-2, respectively). Also, the highest plant height, number of leaves and diameter of lettuce stem was not statistically significant difference from mono culture and intercropping of cover crops. The results showed that the combination of hand weeding and cover crop residues were more effective in controlling and reducing weed biomass, but the presence of cover crop residues in the shortron also increased the yield of iceberg lettuce through weed control. لعیا تهامی زرندی مهری حداد نرفشان پیمان صیف الدینپژوهش حاضر به رابطه بین تنظیم هیجانی معلمان و آسودگی روانشناختی و همچنین استفاده از راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان توسط 349 معلم زبان انگلیسی پرداخته است. این پژوهش یک پیمایش مقطعی ترکیبی است که معلمان دبیرستان های ایرانی استان کرمان را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. برای جمع آو Moreپژوهش حاضر به رابطه بین تنظیم هیجانی معلمان و آسودگی روانشناختی و همچنین استفاده از راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان توسط 349 معلم زبان انگلیسی پرداخته است. این پژوهش یک پیمایش مقطعی ترکیبی است که معلمان دبیرستان های ایرانی استان کرمان را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. برای جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان معلمان و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی به صورت حضوری یا از طریق ایمیل به معلمان زبان انگلیسی ارسال شد. همچنین در این پژوهش، مصاحبه ای نیمه ساختاریافته برای بررسی بازتاب های معلمان در مورد راهبردهایی که در تنظیم هیجانات خود به کار می برند، انجام شده است. در بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی همبستگی نشان داد که تنظیم هیجان و زیر مجموعه آن (ارزیابی مجدد شناختی) با بهزیستی روانشناختی معلمان همبستگی مثبت دارد. راهبرد ترجیحی تنظیم هیجان، ارزیابی مجدد شناختی بود علاوه بر این، یافتهها سطح متوسطی از تنظیم هیجان و بهزیستی روانشناختی را در بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی نشان داد. علاوه بر این، یافتههای کیفی نشان داد که معلمان از انتخاب موقعیت، اصلاح موقعیت، گسترش توجه و تغییر شناختی برای تنظیم هیجانهای خود استفاده میکنند. به طور خلاصه، برنامه ریزان برنامه درسی و آموزشی باید اقداماتی را برای حمایت از معلمان در تنظیم احساسات خود انجام دهند که به رفاه روانی آنها کمک می کند. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the correlations and mediation model of cognitive reappraisal and suppression, as two strategies for emotional regulation between brain-behavioral systems and anxiety, depression and stress. For this purpose, from the statistical population of the Bu Ali sina and urmia University students, 340 were selected through multistage cluster sampling and were tested with regard to reinforcement sensitivity, cognitive reappraisal and suppression , anxiety, depression and stress scale. Correlation and path analysis results showed that significant positive correlation between inhibition system with anxiety, stress and depression and also negative correlation with cognitive reappraisal.There were negative correlation between cognitive reappraisal with anxiety, depression and stress. The path analysis model also showed strong relationships between brain/behavioral systems with anxiety, depression and stress, and cognitive reappraisal and suppression were unable to mediate these relationships.
