        The present study aims at investigating the factors for analyzing culturalentrepreneurship guidelines and indicating the most effective factors in performingthe guidelines as well as providing an appropriate model for art and cultural institutes.In order to conduct the study, a questionnaire based on both kinds of the descriptivemethod, case and field, and a variance-based methodology have been adopted asmethods of data collection and data analysis. Upon providing the definitions ofcultural entrepreneurship and cultural entrepreneurship management, the researcherhas dealt with the significance of cultural entrepreneurship guidelines analysis indeveloping activities of utilitarian and non-utilitarian art and cultural institutes. Inaddition to reviewing the related literature, in order to come up with the researchhypotheses, a study was run in which more than 40 managers from different art andcultural institutes participated in the study. The results indicated that the role of insideenvironment factors were more significant than the outside environment ones in theprocess of strategy analysis. In this study, some factors such as probability, stability,competitive advantage, and compatibility with environmental factors have been copedwith as merits, demerits, opportunities and environmental threats.         Tourism is considered as one of the most important ways of economic development in the world. But in Iran, due to many reasons, it has not yet found its real place. The purpose of this study is to examine the advantages and limitations of tourism and choose the appropriate strategy for the tourism industry in the region. This research is based on the purpose of research, applied and based on quantitative research and based on descriptive-analytical strategy. The method of data analysis is combined and based on SWOT strategic analysis andQSPMstrategicplanning model and internal and external matrix (IFE) and (EFE) using field survey through distribution of questionnaires among tourists and interviews with tourism experts. TheanalysisobtainedfromtheSWOT model is more than the total points obtained from the opportunities (OW) than other strategiesIt indicates the appropriate strategy for the sustainable development of the city and also the QSPMstrategies prioritization table shows that among the four selected strategies and the results of theevaluation and prioritization of the strategies show that tourism development in the medium and long term with the highest points respectively 10.63 and 8.08 have the largest contribution to thedevelopment of tourism, as well as agricultural development with 9.96 and 6.98 points and the establishment of a special economic zone with 9.8 and 7.25 points are suitable solutions for thesustainable development of tourism, and finally Bostan Abad city needs investment and Create job opportunities and develop agriculture by creating a special economic zone to attract capital and create sustainable business and tourism. In this regard, it seems necessary to Assessing the Environmental Capabilities of Tehran in Line with Strategic Planning of Urban Green Space Development.Methodology: Research Methodology: Necessary information was collected using classical Delphi technique in three stages and prioritized using SWOT technique and identified strategies based on quantitative strategy planning matrix (QSPM). The sample consisted of experts, managers and scientific and executive experts and experts related to the subject of research in Tehran who were purposefully selected.Geographical area of research: In this research, the area of Tehran city with an area of about 730 square kilometers was studied.Results and discussion: Based on the findings in the internal factors evaluation matrix for sustainable management of green space in Tehran, the existence of medium and long-term organizational plans for the implementation of urban green space development plans and projects, the most important strength and Lack of management and local planning for green spaces in different areas of Tehran are the most important weakness for green space management in Tehran. Based on the findings of the evaluation matrix of external factors in order to manage the green space of Tehran, the strategic importance of Tehran in the country and the special attention of officials and planners to the development of the city in all dimensions, including the development of green spaces in this city is the most important Opportunity and increase in air pollution and the impact on green space quality are the most important threats facing the management of green space in Tehran.Conclusion: Based on the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), it can be said that strategies such as effective monitoring of good implementation of laws and regulations in the field of green spaces in Tehran, preparation and development of a comprehensive green space plan and damage management Inhumane such as pests, plant diseases and adverse cases in urban green spaces are considered as the priority of the most important strategies for managing the green space of Tehran.         هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر امکان­سنجی توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر به­منظور ارائه راهبردهای مناسب برای ترویج آن بود، که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع متوالی اکتشافی انجام شد. نمونه­های پژوهش با رویکرد هدفمند و روش نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی (شبکه­ای) انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام 15 مصاحبه با مطلع­های کلیدی در حوزۀ کارآفرینی و گردشگری روستایی اشباع داده حاصل گردید. داده­های جمع­آوری شده در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از تحلیل SWOT و در بخش کمی با استفاده از AHP تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر نیازمند راهبردهای تهاجمی و محافظه­کارانه می­باشد. بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش، راهبرد تهاجمی «راه­اندازی نمایشگاه­ها، بازارها و بازارچه­های سنتی به­منظور ارائه محصولات، کالاها و خدمات تولیدی کشاورزان، روستاییان و عشایر» و راهبردهای محافظه­کارانۀ «اعطای وام­های کم­بهره و بلندمدت برای بهبود زیرساخت­های مورد نیاز توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی» و «جلب همکاری سرمایه­گذاران محلی برای توسعۀ جاذبه­های دست­ساز (پارک­ها و مکان­های تفریحی)» به­عنوان راهبردهای مناسب برای توسعۀ کارآفرینی گردشگری در نواحی روستایی شهرستان دره­شهر شناسایی شدند.
