          This study aimed to compare the teaching skills of teachers graduated from Islamic Azad University, government and Payam-noor university . Teachers of persian language and literature who was employed formally in ministry of education and were teaching persian literature in academic year of 1386-1387 in Shiraz. 90 teachers (38 males and 52 females) and 900 students were selected through stratified random sampling. data collection was done by 28- item questionnaire (Likert-type with 5 option) in four sub-scales (before training, before and during training, during, during and after training). teachers graduated from Islamic Azad University had the highest mean score. difference between the skills during education (p=0/005), during and after training process (at p=0/009) was significant between the teachers graduated from Islamic Azad University, government and Payamnoor university.         The purpose of this study was to investigate and compareknowledge management Infrastructures status at Azad and State Universities of Qom from faculty members' viewpoint. The research method was descriptive (survey) and statistical population included 324 professors at these universities; Using Morghan table 226 Faculty members were selected as the sample size. The method of sampling was stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Zamani et al. knowledge management questionnaire with 28 items in three technical, cultural and managerial dimensions with a reliability of 0.91. The results indicated that there was not an appropriate status in term of the infrastructures including technology, organizational culture and management for knowledge management establishment at these universities; therefore, the university administrators should consider this urgent need. However, IT status was relatively better than other factors and Azad University was better than Qom State University in managerial infrastructure. There was no significant difference between these universities in terms of their preparation in technological, cultural and managerial dimensions for establishment of knowledge management. Finally, considering the results of this study, some suggestions have been made to improve this situation.   Manuscript profile

        Objective: In the library, which is a service organization, librarians have a special place. The present study was conducted to investigate the qualifications of university library librarians. Method: The present study is a descriptive-survey research. Data were collected by a questionnaire. Librarians of academic libraries of state universities in Tehran formed the statistical population of this study. For sampling, sequential integrated sampling method was used and 60 questionnaires were distributed among the librarians. Descriptive statistics (mean and frequency) were used to answer the questions. SPSS software was used for descriptive analysis of data. Results: Results showed that managerial competencies with an average (3.4) are moderate, information retrieval competencies with an average of (4.16) in good level. Information technology competencies with an average (3.02) in average condition, research competencies with average (1.17) in very bad level, communication competencies with average (3.87) in average level, and individual and moral competencies with average (3.48) in mediocre are placed. Conclusion: In general, it can be argued that librarians' qualifications are in the average position with an average of 3.18. There is a need for officials and trustees to upgrade and improve the qualifications of librarians by holding various courses. Manuscript profile
