        Background: Nowadays, entrepreneurship as one of the best economic development strategy for the promotion of economic growth and enhancing competitiveness in the face are seen of increasing globalization trends, In order to gain benefits from entrepreneurship in organizational.Objective: The goal of this paper is verification the role of spirituality at work on entrepreneurial organizational culture development with the mediator variables of civil virtue and altruism in housing foundation of Islamic revolution of Mazandaran province. Methods: The method used in this study in terms of data collection is descriptive- survey method and in terms of research purposes, it is an applied research. The statistical population of the research consisted of all staffs of housing foundation of Islamic revolution of Mazandaran province. Using Cochran’s sampling formula, 147 staffs were selected as research sample, andLISREL and SPSS software were used for data analyzing.Findings: The research results indicated that formation of spirituality at work paves the way for entrepreneurial organizational culture. Significant role in mediating civil virtue and altruism on the relationship between variables was confirmed. Accordingly, Component of spirituality at workplace, there are positive and meaningful relationships between unity and convergence of values, for by meaningful work, with entrepreneurial organizational culture.         Background: Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a set of voluntary and discretionary behaviors that are not a part of individual's formal tasks at work. However, have been done by individuals, and cause effective improvement in organizational tasks and roles. Therefore, without individuals' voluntary intent to cooperation, the organizations are not able to extend their collective wisdom effectiveness. Today's, OCB has been applied within many organizations as a new approach to the new human resources management that holds increasingly important among the important of its interactions with some organizational variables. Objective: The aim of this study is the representation of a model for evaluation of causal interactions among the effective factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in higher education that to fulfill this, Mazandaran University is studied as a case study in higher education. Methods: The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and based on the DEMATEL technique. The variables of the present research are: transformational leadership, spirituality at workplace, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational climate and organizational health. The statistical population in this research includes experts, administrators and officials that are related to human resources status at University of Mazandaran in 1394. These people were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a paired comparisons questionnaire. Data analysis was performed based on DEMATEL techniques. Findings: The results showed that transformational leadership is the best influential factor on the variables  at the University of Mazandaran, the OCB also were known as the most impressionable variable . Conclusion: It can be concluded that the human resources in each organization are the most valuable assets and play a decisive role in effectiveness of that organization. On the one hand, managers always strive to optimize the utilization of these resources. On the other hand, without employees' willingness to voluntarily and spontaneously cooperation, organizations would not be able to increase their effectiveness and performance improvement.         The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spirituality at work on job performance by mediating of organizational citizenship behavior among the employees of the technical and vocational education organization in Alborz province. The research design was descriptive-correlational. The population consisted of all employees of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education of Alborz Province. A sample of 175 people was selected by single-stage cluster sampling. They completed the Spirituality Questionnaire in the Workplace (Milliman et al., 2003), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Konovsky and Organ, 1996) and Job Performance (Paterson, 1992). The collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using LISREL software. The results showed that some components of spirituality at work have an indirect effect on employees' job performance by mediating of organizational citizenship behavior (P<0.05). In addition, some components of spirituality at work directly had positive effect on job performance. Also, the organizational citizenship behavior had directly positive and significant effect on job performance (P<0.05). Thus, a person's inner sense of meaningful work, connection with others and higher meaning of moral principles are the truth, correctness, and goodness of the beliefs that coduct person to his job. Also, spirituality at work increases the sense of intimacy and empathy towards colleagues, more work conscience and discipline in the rules, and with a positive impact on performing tasks and relation with colleagues, it leads to increased efficiency and effectiveness of employees in the organization.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spirituality in working with organizational performance of teachers based on the components of the Achiv model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive information of correlation type. The statistical population of the study was 847 teachers in the district of Qom province and the sample of 265 students who were selected according to the Morgan tables in a stratified random sampling method. For collecting data,used two questionnaires of spirituality in the work of Milliam et al. (2003) and the organizational performance questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith with a reliability of 0.78 and 0.81, respectively, based on Cronbach's alpha. For Data analysis used descriptive and inferential methods in the Pearson Correlation Test, Z Fisher and Regression, by SPSS software. Showed that: 1.There is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality in work and its dimensions (work with meaning at the individual level, feeling of solidarity at group level, the alignment of individual and organizational values, the sense of enjoyment of work, opportunities for inner life) with organizational performance. 2. The correlation between spirituality in work with the organizational performance of male and female teachers is not different & Spirituality in work is a good predictor of the organizational performance of school teachers.
