Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spirituality in working with organizational performance of teachers based on the components of the Achiv model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive information of correlation type. The statistical population of the study was 847 teachers in the district of Qom province and the sample of 265 students who were selected according to the Morgan tables in a stratified random sampling method. For collecting data,used two questionnaires of spirituality in the work of Milliam et al. (2003) and the organizational performance questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith with a reliability of 0.78 and 0.81, respectively, based on Cronbach's alpha. For Data analysis used descriptive and inferential methods in the Pearson Correlation Test, Z Fisher and Regression, by SPSS software. Showed that: 1.There is a positive and significant relationship between spirituality in work and its dimensions (work with meaning at the individual level, feeling of solidarity at group level, the alignment of individual and organizational values, the sense of enjoyment of work, opportunities for inner life) with organizational performance. 2. The correlation between spirituality in work with the organizational performance of male and female teachers is not different & Spirituality in work is a good predictor of the organizational performance of school teachers.
