  Background: Human resources and their proper management have been considered by experts today and new theories want to manage human resources properly. Throughout history, human resources have been considered as the most important factor in the productivity and success of organizations Therefore, human resource management ideas can be found in the works of Iranian writers.Goal: The purpose is to identify the components of human resource management in the Siasatnameh of Nezam-ol-Molk and Qaboosnameh of the Onsor-ol-Maali in relation to current views of human resource management.Method: The research method is descriptive with a historical approach. In terms of qualitative execution and has used thematic analysis tools and has used the library type in terms of data collection.Findings: Components of human resource management process and description of duties of members of the organization in human resource management are evident in the studied works and has in common with contemporary theories of human resource management.Conclusion: Nezam-ol-Molk and Onsor-ol-Maali have provided a model of the management process on how to manage government affairs and human resource management, most of which are still valid today, and therefore the system can be considered as a thinker and theorist in this field.
