Architectural training as one of structures of multidimensional of the main topic of “Education” has many aspects in developmental approaches. The growth of academic education need to expand to a qualitative development in Iran. According to the Islamic Azad University Vision for achievement to qualitative development in fourth decade this research attempt to identify and measure the criteria and indicators of quality evaluation for the faculty of Art and Architecture of Roudehen Branch of Islamic Azad University. Review the approaches and theories related to the concept of quality to achieve the criteria and indicators that can interact with the existing structure of the educational system architecture are cases that have investigated in this paper. Based on a review of research also formed and Inspired by categories such as documents and issues affecting research including development plans and structures are affecting the education system architecture have been analyzed in this section in order to achieve a comprehensive model in the study. Faculty of Arts and Architecture as the largest training center for art and architecture in East of Tehran needs to serious attention based on a developmental process. on the other hand, Higher education quality, consistent input, process, output and outcome standards to improve the system of higher education activities with regard to the mission, goals and expectations defined and developed higher education systems. Universities are evaluated has reached its goals, mission to fulfill and respond to the expectations. The aim of this research was about the investigation of Priorities and Strategies for the Quality of Architectural Education in faculty of art and architecture, Islamic Azad University- Roudehen branch. According to growth of the faculty and in order to achieve to the great goal of Islamic Azad University for Qualitative Education, study and research to forming the indicators of quality of education and the structure of architectural training for checking the priorities and strategies. The purpose of this research is applicable and the collected data is descriptive. Because this study was to review the current situation is concerned, in the field of research is descriptive and because it is the people's opinions through a questionnaire survey. The resulting model to determine the variables affecting the quality and impact of the research in general will apply in different schools So that after the evaluation model and the representation of the findings to provide priority and payment solutions. In order to collect the required data, the questionnaire was designed criteria and indicators were extracted from the literature. The questionnaire contains 90 questions, and item was based on the Likert scale. Research variables formed from researches and based on that designed the questionnaire for lecturers. The statistical universe size and the sample size (N=72,S=60) calculated. Validity and reliability assessed with Convergent Validity, Divergent Validity, and Composite Reliability and in all factors obtained appropriate results. Among 26 Hypothesizes, 19 Hypothesizes confirmed. Finally, 10 Priorities identified and the strategies presented. Manuscript profile

        This study deals with factors enhancing the quality of teaching Quranic Sciences as seen by the instructors and students of Qadir Higher Education Institute of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Ethics. The research method is descriptive and measurmental. The statistical population comprised 11 instructors and 121 students. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 42 close-response questions and one open-response question whose validity coefficient was estimated at 0.87 using the Cornbach α. The analysis of the data was done at two levels of descriptive and presumptive statistics through drawing tables, frequency graphs, percentage, mean, digression, single-variable z-test, Hotelling t2 test, and independent t test. On studying six sets of questions in the questionnaire single-variable z test, it was found that these factors were highly effective in the quality of education of Quranic sciences: Harmony between educational programs and the students' actual needs, qualified instructors, availability of educational facilities, and hiring experienced and qualified staff. The effectiveness of using motivational strategies, and constant evaluation of the students stood lower than the average. Also, based on the results of Hotelling t2 test, in the views of the instructors, qualified instructors had the highest and constant evaluation of the students the lowest influence, whereas in the views of the students, qualified instructors had the highest effectiveness whereas using motivational strategies had the lowest impact.         The purpose of this study was to design and validate the quality of educational services based on student satisfaction based on Khan model. The research method was qualitative and quantitative and the statistical population for the qualitative section was 20 faculty members and experts of the Islamic Azad University and in the quantitative section all the students of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad were 32,000. According to Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. Data collection tools included interviews and a 57-item researcher-made questionnaire tailored to Khan. After confirmation of validity (judgment of experts and professors) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha calculation 0.92) was distributed among students of Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. In descriptive statistics, the central index and dispersion such as mean, standard deviation and in the inferential part of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis at 95% confidence level with SPSS software. S18 and PLS version 3 were performed. Based on the analysis of qualitative data obtained from in-depth and exploratory interviews and coding and analyzing the content of the interview text and at the same time their compliance with theoretical foundations, the results showed that the organizational dimension with a factor load of 0.589 in the direction of identified factors.         The purpose of this research was to provide a model of the current and desired quality of educational services in the virtual education system of the Islamic Azad University of Bushehr province and its accreditation. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of data, descriptive, analytical and survey in nature and targeted and accessible sampling method. In order to collect data, in the qualitative part, the interview method with experts was used, and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was used. The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts with a doctorate degree and having at least 10 years of experience in the field of online education, and in the quantitative section, 10,000 users of the virtual education system of Azad University. The findings showed that the average of all dimensions and components of educational requirements, interaction with other virtual educational groups, devoting more hours to online education, flexibility, aesthetic requirements, technological factors, capabilities to reduce online restrictions, content requirements, e-learning management system, appropriate course content , the requirements of extra-organizational participation, the infrastructure of the virtual education system, the quality of the service delivery system, the perceived support quality, the process requirements, the quality of the behavior of the virtual education supervisors and the application of the virtual education standards have been measured above the average; In other words, the current status of the quality of educational services in the virtual education system of Azad University is favorable.         This study aims to shed light on the educational and welfare problems faced by  students at Islamic Azad University, Qazvin Branch, drawing on customer-oriented approach. The study is based on modified  Servqual paradigm which covers 6 dimensions involving the quality of educational services and students' welfare services. Out of 6 hypotheses  proposed by the study, 3  hypotheses were rejected . Those hypotheses indicating the significant difference were considered. The study uses surveying method and draws on an integrated model. Morgan formula was used to determine the sample size.  As a result, 296 subjects were distributed in four  colleges both randomly and in classified manner. To collect data, the study used questionnaire and interview which incorporated 7-option  questions and inquiries  regarding the perception and knowledge of current situation .                         The purpose of this research is, investigating the impact of ICT based education on improving the quality of education. The ex post facto-research method was adopted in this research. Statistical society used for the research was 250 ICT based education and 110 classroom-based M.A. students of the Entrepreneurship faculty of Tehran university. 104 ICT based and 100 classroom-based students were randomly selected as sample volume. The instruments for data collecting were two researcher made questionnaires. Validity of questionnaires was content validity and approved by supervisor and consulting advisor of the research. For obtaining the reliability of questionnaires, a pre test of questionnaires was carried out and tested by cronbach alfa coefficient, and reliability coefficient of 0.89 was obtained. The descriptive statistics was used in description of collected data, and t-test was used in testing the hypothesis and investigating the difference between groups. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS software. The analysis of the data by P<0.05 showed that the hypothesis of the research was confirmed. Research findings show that, ICT based education by providing the opportunity of 24 hours access to educational resources and providing excess study time for learners had the most impact on improving the quality of education.         هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه عوامل تعیین‌کننده­ی همسان‌همسری سنی و تحصیلی زوجین در شهر یزد است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه انجام شده است. نمونه مورد مطالعه، زوجین شهر یزد می‌باشد که تعداد 419 نفر از آنها از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و سیستماتیک ان More
        هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه عوامل تعیین‌کننده­ی همسان‌همسری سنی و تحصیلی زوجین در شهر یزد است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه انجام شده است. نمونه مورد مطالعه، زوجین شهر یزد می‌باشد که تعداد 419 نفر از آنها از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و سیستماتیک انتخاب شده و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. میانگین همسان‌همسری سنی از 28، 1/10 و میانگین همسان‌همسری تحصیلی از 11، 8/8 بوده است یعنی زوجین به سمت همسانی سنی و تحصیلی گرایش دارند. همچنین، بیشتر پاسخگویان، در صورتی که تحصیلات زن در سطوح تحصیلی پایین تر از متوسطه باشد، مناسب می‌دانند که تحصیلات مرد حداقل متوسطه باشد حال آنکه، برای زنان با تحصیلات دانشگاهی، بر این باورند که همسان‌همسری تحصیلی گزینه بهتری برای زوجین است. سایر یافته‌ها نشان داد، میزان همسان‌همسری سنی با سن ازدواج، درآمد خانواده و میزان استفاده از رسانه‌ها رابطه معکوس و با تحصیلات و منزلت شغلی خانواده رابطه مستقیم دارد. از طرفی میزان همسان‌همسری تحصیلی با تحصیلات رابطه مثبت و با سن ازدواج، درآمد و میزان استفاده از رسانه‌ها رابطه معکوس دارد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیونی نشان می‌دهد سن ازدواج و تحصیلات 84 درصد تغییرات میزان همسان‌همسری سنی و تحصیلات به تنهایی2/4 درصد تغییرات میزان همسان‌همسری تحصیلی را تبیین می‌نماید.         Academic comprehensive educational systems have important role in the country's higher education system and play an important role in responding to the increasing demand for services in higher education colleges, increasing satisfaction, improving service productivity for the development of e-government. These information systems have become an integral part of the education industry today, and their continuing promotion is necessary for the development of the quality and quantity of higher education in the country. Accordingly, the existence of models that can periodically assess the quality of these systems and reveal potential gaps in order to promote these systems is inevitable.The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive quality assessment system for comprehensive educational systems that allows for the continuous measurement and upgrading of these systems. In this regard, through comprehensive literature review, the criteria for evaluating comprehensive educational systems including content, flexibility, ease of use, user services, organizational structure, and apparent form were identified, along with 42 subscriber indexes with final experts opinion.By designing a semi-structured questionnaire in the form of a case study in Applied Scientific University, the importance and relevance of the indicators and factors were investigated. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the validity of the constructs was tested. Then, using the structural equation method, the relationship between factors was modeled.The results of the study show that the factors of appearance, convenience and user services and flexibility are directly affected by the content and organizational structure indirectly affect the quality of comprehensive educational systems.         The study of the effect of human capital promotion in terms of education on totalfactor productivity (TFP) is one of the important topics in the macroeconomicliterature and educational policy that has been considered by many economists inrecent years. Therefore, in the present study, quantitative and qualitative criteriawere selected and weighted by interacting by fifteen university professors in thefield of human capital. After constructing the aggregated indicators of quantity andquality of education, the relationship between these mentioned indicators on totalfactor productivity in the non-oil economy during the period 1986-1988 has beenstudied. For this purpose, after calculating the total factor productivity index viaSolo the remaining method, the effect of quantity and quality of education indicatorson total factor productivity has been analyzed. The results of implementing ARDLmodel while confirming the hypothesis of positive impact of human capital on TFP,showed that the quantity of education has a greater impact on TFP than the qualityof education. The positive impact of R&D and production capacity utilization rateon TFP was also confirmed. Due to reduced quality of education in recent years, theneed to control the quantitative development of education and improve the quality ofeducation has a higher priority than in the past.         The present study has designed a model for evaluating the effectiveness of virtual courses of in-service training for employees with an entrepreneurial marketing approach. The research is practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of method. Using the three-stage Delphi technique among 20 experts, the indicators were adjusted and refined and the final model was calculated. In order to implement the designed model, a researcher-made questionnaire was placed in the survey plant. At this stage, the statistical population includes all the employees of Tejarat Bank in Tehran (5163 people). Based on Cochran's formula, 358 people were selected . After collecting data, statistical analysis of data was done at two descriptive levels (statistical indicators) and inferential level (confirmatory factor analysis).The results of the research indicate that in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of virtual courses of in-service training for employees the most attention is paid to the dimension "quality of educational services in virtual education" and the least attention to the dimension "the role of information technology in virtual education". is. Also, among the 13 components identified, "quality of information" has attracted the most attention and "evaluation of the effectiveness of training courses" has attracted the least attention. Therefore, according to the above mentioned, the purpose of this research is to identify the components of improving the quality of education and growth of Tehran municipality managers. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of qualitative data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of university experts and senior managers of Tehran municipality. The sample was selected using purposeful sampling method and saturation principle of ten people. In this study, the librarian method and semi-structured interview (qualitative section) were used to collect data. The interview with the experts indicated that the interview was valid, and a reliable method was used to calculate the reliability of the two coders. The results indicated that the interview was valid and valid. Content analysis was used to analyze the research data.         The main purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of education quality on e-learning in higher education institutions in Rasht. In this research, an attempt has been made to answer the question to what extent the quality of education affects the e-learning in higher education institutions in Rasht? The statistical population of this study is all faculty members of higher education institutions in Rasht, which is currently 570 people, the number of 230 faculty members has been selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's sample calculation formula (1977) and simple random method. In this study, a researcher-made quality questionnaire (1400) and a standard questionnaire of the Vatanparast et al.'s virtual education system (2016) were used to collect data, and descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used. The statistical methods of gender, education and age were used to analyze the information of the mean, median, standard deviation, variation range, and inferential Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation test. Statistical software package in Social Sciences 26 version is also used to perform econometric operations. The results show that the quality of education (teaching methods and quality of learning, enriched educational environment, e-learning and how teachers teach and strategy for education) has a positive and significant effect on e-learning in higher education institutions in Rasht.         Abstract    The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the syllabus of educational management at master's level in terms of the quality of education and vocational suitability from the perspective of candidates and graduates. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population included all students and graduates in the field of educational administration at Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch. Therefore, due to the unknown population size and based on the Cochran's formula for the unknown size, with an error of 0.05, 384 people were selected using the convenience sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational administration syllabus. To analyze the data, single sample t-test was used to compare the mean scores of participants with the mean of the population. Finally, Friedman test was utilized for ranking. The results showed that the mean scores of the participants in the study were lower than the population mean and most participants chose the negative option. Therefore, according to the results from the perspective of candidates and graduates of educational administration at the master's program, the course topics in general and also in terms of educational quality and vocational suitability with the labor market are not effective and need to be reviewed.         The purpose of this research was to provide a quality model of educational services in the virtual instruction system of the Islamic Azad University of Bushehr province. The research method was qualitative by using thematic analysis. In order to collect and compile data, reviewing documents (library method) and semi-structured interviews with 10 experienced professors were used. The sampling method was purposive and convenience. Data analysis was done using MAXQDA 2020 and Excel 2019 software. The results showed that the final model of the current research includes 5 dimensions of educational requirements, aesthetic requirements, content requirements, extra-organizational participation requirements and process requirements.         The aim of this study was to provide a favorable model for improving the quality of continuing education content of general practitioners in the northwest of the country in 1399. The present study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative in terms of applied purpose and phenomenological type with purposeful sampling until saturation and the statistical population included 20 professors who were the director of continuing medical education at the university of each province or in the field. Continuing medical education had more than 5 years of teaching experience and sampling was done purposefully and critically based on semi-structured in-depth interviews.         The purpose of this study was to provide a model to identify the dimensions and quality process of educational services on the burnout of students in universities of Ardabil province. In order to achieve this goal, the mixed (exploratory) method was used. The statistical population of the study included professors of educational sciences and psychology and education directors of universities in Ardabil province. In the qualitative section, using purposive sampling, 19 people were interviewed and in the quantitative section, among 40,000 students of universities in Ardabil province, according to Morgan table, 264 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-organized interview in which the participant feedback method was used to validate it and in the quantitative part, it included a researcher-made questionnaire whose Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.80. In order to analyze the research findings in the qualitative stage, the systematic analysis method, which is based on open, axial and selective coding, was used. In a quantitative stage, the structural equations model was analyzed using LISREL 8.5 and Expert Choice software. Findings in the qualitative stage showed that the quality of educational services on the burnout of students in universities of Ardabil province has two basic dimensions (quality of educational services, student burnout). The quality of educational services has a significant impact indirectly through facilities, accountability, comprehensiveness, empowerment, tangible factors, empathy, quality teaching and guarantee. Student burnout also has a significant impact indirectly through the variables of educational inefficiency, job satisfaction, educational pessimism, standardization, motivation, manpower, service delivery and emotional fatigue. Other findings also showed that in the quantitative stage model of the research, the relationships presented in the form of hypotheses derived from the analysis of qualitative findings were examined and confirmed.         The research about the quality of education in schools is one of the most important issues that, on the one hand, provides appropriate feedback for the analysis of educational issues, basic decisions and strategic planning to the officials and those involved in education. And on the other hand, teachers being aware of the quality of their performance during teaching will be able to modify the educational methods and methods and, as a result, increase the quality of their teaching. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to develop a model for improving the quality of secondary schools in Ahvaz city using the foundation data method.The research method was qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. In the first stage, a qualitative study with a grounded theory approach was conducted with semi-structured interviews with 25 experts in the field under investigation, and in the next stage, in order to validate the obtained model, a questionnaire was given to 18 experts in this field. Also, the validation of the model was done using the content validity method of Lavish. The research tool was also a semi-structured interview, which was validated with face validity and reliability with the method of coefficient of agreement between the coders, and its value was 0.90.The results of the analysis and validation of the model in 5 main dimensions are: causal conditions with 1 main category and validity of 0.94, contextual conditions with 2 main categories and validity of 0.88, intervening conditions with 2 main categories and validity of 85 0.0, strategies with 2 main categories and validity of 0.80 and consequences with 2 main categories and validity of 0.70.
