        Background: In recent years, Organizational ambidexterity has increasingly attracted the attention of management stakeholders and researchers in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Organizational ambidexterity is a new concept in management that plays a key role in aligning the various competencies of the organization to manage the conflicting demands of new and original business opportunities. The issue of Organizational ambidexterity is exploiting existing opportunities and exploring new ones. The two dimensions of exploration and exploitation are manifested in three issues: structural ambidexterity, contextual ambidexterity and managerial ambidexterity. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify ambidexterity indicators affecting innovation capabilities in companies based in the Pardis Park. Methods: The present study is an applied goal and a descriptive-survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the statistical population of this study involved managers and experts of companies in the Pardis Park. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses and analyzes were performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings: The effect of ambidexterity on innovation capability is with a standard path coefficient of 0.804, and the significant value of this relationship is equal to 13.742, which is higher than the value of 1.96 and its positive and significant effect is confirmed. Conclusion: The more ambidexterity there is in the companies based in the Pardis technology park, the greater the innovation capability in these companies. Manuscript profile

        Introduction: organizational ambidexterity and leadership are considered factors of growth and development in organizations. The purpose of this study was to design an organizational ambidexterity model based on knowledge oriented leadership in health care service organizations in Kerman province. Methods: The present study is descriptive which has been done by survey method. Also in terms of purpose, this study is developmental- applied research. The statistical population of the study is employees of health care service organizations in Kerman province that the sample size of 586 people is based on 5 to 10 times the number of questions in the questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used and the tools of data collection are researcher-made questionnaire of knowledge oriented leadership and organizational ambidexterity. Results: Findings while confirming the proposed model, showed that knowledge oriented leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity and its dimensions (exploration and exploitation) in health care organizations and the effect of knowledge oriented leadership on the dimension of exploration has been more than the exploitation dimension. Conclusion: It can be concluded that knowledge-oriented leadership has a positive and increasing (direct) effect on organizational ambidexterity (exploration and exploitation) and the ability of health care service organizations to discover new opportunities and also exploit existing competencies in this context and establishment of organizational ambidexterity requires the use of knowledge-oriented leadership style in the organization.         Purpose: The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship between systematic innovation of schools in organizational entrepreneurship with the mediation of organizational ambidexterity in schools.Method: Quantitative research method is correlation studies and structural equation modeling approach based on covariance. The research community was the teachers of technical and vocational schools in Tehran province. A sample of 364 teachers was selected using random sampling and based on Cochran's formula. From the researcher-made questionnaire of systematic innovation; Jansen(2006) organizational ambidexterity questionnaire and Hughes & morgan(2007) organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire were used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were checked with Cronbach's alpha techniques, content validity ratio, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation modeling was used by lisrel software to analyze the data.Findings: The findings showed that the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity have a direct and positive relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; The systematic innovation of schools due to organizational ambidexterity has a positive indirect relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; Also, the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity are able to explain 0.30 of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship.Conclusion: systematic innovation can provide the field of entrepreneurship. Also, systematic innovation strengthens organizational duality. Organizational ambidexterity is also one of the factors influencing the promotion of entrepreneurship. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is to identify and rank the functional requirements of organizational ambidexterity in the field of human resources management in the Export Development Bank of Iran, which was carried out using a mixed exploratory method. In the qualitative step, interviews were conducted with 13 experts and the functional requirements of the organizational ambidexterity were identified in the field of human resource management. The results of the analysis of this step, led to the identification of 104 primary codes, which were categorized into 5 main factors (managemental, organizational, motivational, legal and physical) and 14 sub-factors. Then, hierarchical analysis method was used to rank the calculated indicators. The results show that creating mental preparation in the motivation section has a higher rank, and then under the motivation topic, strengthening the spirit of innovation in employees, reducing government dependence and leaving the job based on the determined methods, in the management dimension at the second and third levels, placed fourth. At the fifth level, choosing the appropriate leadership style, increasing dynamism, eliminating the fixed structure, all of which are part of organizational dimensions. In the following, the aspects of reducing the hierarchy, providing new equipment and facilities, and creating an exploitation space for the forces outside the organization are placed in the sixth, seventh and eighth ranks. Providing rewards for cooperation, removing restrictive laws and revising existing laws in the ninth place, and determining special laws for in the legal sector are ranked tenth, which has the lowest rank.         Organizational ambidexterity requires that organizations have more and more speed and agility.In fact, a rapid response to changes and environmental needs will be achieved by two levers of ambidexterity; namely, exploration and exploitation, which must be accompanied by timely response. Accordingly, in this research, focusing on the concept of organizational ambidexterity, the impact of agility on the strengthening of organizational ambidexterity skill has been investigated. The statistical sample of this research was 44 managers and organizational experts. The library study method was used to identify the variables. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. SmartPlS software was used to design the model and test the hypotheses. According to the results, except for the component of "elimination of worthless activities", the impact of the eight components of the nine agility components, namely "flexible organizational structure", "fast response to customer needs", "rapid allocation of resources", "rapid matching with changes", "integration of processes and activities", "multi-skils staffs", "sharing of knowledge and information", and "promotion of staff skills and expertise" was found to be positive and meaningful on "Exploration" variable.         In this research, the effect of individual ambidexterity on high level performance of the medical staff of Sahrekord University of Medical Sciences was investigated. High level performance of employees includes three main dimensions of team performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the department. The hidden dimensions of ambidexterity include exploration and exploitation. Past studies in the field of ambidexterity have mostly been conducted at organizational levels, but in the present study, there was an attempt to study the impact of ambidexterity at the level of individuals. In this research, we generally investigated the relationship between individual ambidexterity and employee performance, seeking to answer whether individual ambidexterity influences the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of organizational units. In order to answer the research questions, 260 questionnaires were sent to the medical staff of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. The data were gathered and analyzed using statistical methods and structural equation modeling based on the least squares method.         Islamic human resource management is one of the most important organizational areas that has an impact on organizational performance, and with proper focus and optimal use of this important, a balance between stability and change can be created; On the other hand, attention to the concept of dualism is growing. As a result, in the current research, the department of human resources management in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been considered as the most efficient department for the realization of organizational dualism, and in this research, the model of organizational duality has been presented based on the tasks of Islamic human resource management in Naja. In order to collect the data, the opinions of the experts and experts of Naja were used by using a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire. Excel software was used for theme analysis and SPS software was used for exploratory factor analysis. Using theme analysis, 120 core codes were identified in 8 selective code categories (planning, performance evaluation, requirements, Islamic work relations, retention, power of influence, recruitment based on Islamic criteria and Islamic education). Exploratory factor analysis also classified the selective codes in two dimensions of exploration and exploitation. Manuscript profile
