        The aim and Context: In today's rapidly changing environment, recognizing and evaluating organizational culture, as appropriate context to make organizational changes, plays a key role in the successful implementation of organizational improvement programs. The aim of study is to provide a quantitative-qualitative approach to pathology organizational culture. Methodology: The method of study is mixed method(quantitative and qualitative). The study population consisted of staff and experts in the field of defense.         Today's competitive environment has become such that companies can no longer outdo market competitors who are very quick and opportunistic by implementing several entrepreneurial plans, and the conditions must be such that all personnel within an organization benefit from the entrepreneurial and market-making spirit. so that they can implement their individual and group entrepreneurial plans. Therefore, in this study, the goal of the researcher was to provide a model of organizational entrepreneurship in airport city companies. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative section includes managers, professors, and experts who have had a noteworthy scientific or practical effect in the field of organizational entrepreneurship model. Therefore, in the qualitative phase, seventeen experts were present in the interview and formed the statistical sample of this section. The basic tool for data collection in the qualitative phase of the research is a semi-structured interview using a protocol, and in the quantitative part, the statistical population includes business managers of airport towns, and the researcher has used a questionnaire tool to collect data. The researcher analyzed the results of the qualitative part and coding in six categories including causal conditions (entrepreneurial leadership, human resource capabilities, new social needs), contextual conditions (organizational culture and values, organization mission and organizational structure), central (innovation, intelligent risk-taking) ),strategy (strategic renewal, empowering policies and entrepreneur-oriented talent management), intervening conditions (economic/social environment), outcomes (human capital improvement, organizational performance improvement and social value creation) and presented in a small part to evaluate the paradigm model has been. To this end, the author employed a mixed methodology. In the qualitative section, the Grounded Theory including open, axial, and selecting codings was used in order to develop the research model. In the quantitative section, a descriptive survey came to use and the model was tested via Amos software.         The main purpose of this study is to identify the components affecting HSE risks using Delphi technique in Dorahan Transmission Lines Gas Company. To achieve this goal, data were collected in two phases (qualitative and quantitative) using a Mix method approach. At first, due to the research literature, some of the components were identified through structured and semi-structured interviews with 11 academic managers and experts who were selected by theoretical sampling method. 11 panelists (academic and practical fields) after three rounds agreed on the components affecting HSE risks in the qualitative section using the Delphi method and the research model was presented; and the validity of the qualitative part was also confirmed by Kendall's coefficient of concordance (k = 0.89). Data analysis performed at both descriptive and inferential levels (Friedman) in the quantitative part through SPSS 22 software. Panelists were identified the key elements of HSE risks in the form of 77 key concepts and 3 main criteria including safety (42), health (15) and environmental components (20) which the highest Friedman score is related to the "safety" criterion with a value of 2.82 and the lowest score is related to the "health" criterion with a score of 1.27; accordingly, it can be concluded that if more organizations pay attention to safety, in addition to physical health, it also affects the mental health of employees and by reducing the cost and time, it prevents costs incurred by the worker and employer.         هدف از انجام این پژوهش تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر تحول آفرینی نظام آموزش کشاورزی در ایران است. جهت این پژوهش از یک روش ترکیبی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل همه اعضای هیات علمی شاغل به تدریس در دانشکده های کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران، تربیت مدرس و شیراز (N= 361) می باشند که 186 عضو هیات علمی (n= 186) با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند و نهایتا 166 پرسشنامه بازگشت خورد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جمع آوری داده ها در این پژوهش در دو بخش انجام گردید. بخش اول روش فراترکیب بود. در این روش عوامل مؤثر بر تحول آفرینی از بررسی اهداف، روش های نمونه گیری، روش شناسی تحقیق، تحلیل محتوا، و نتایج به کار رفته در 25 منبع منتخب، شناسایی شدند. نتایج این تجزیه و تحلیل ها مشخص نمود که پنج فاکتور اصلی مؤثر در تحول آموزشی ایران عبارتند از یادگیری، آموزش و تدریس، صلاحیت ها، کیفیت آموزشی و رهبری. بخش دوم به منظور آزمون فرضیات با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده شد. نتایج این بخش نشان داد که مدل های یادگیری جدید، سبک های رهبری و صلاحیت های آموزشی، پر تاثیر ترین فاکتورها در تحول آموزشی بودند.         AbstractToday, the concept of "brand dependence" in the marketing literature has been introduced to predict the desired changes in after-consumption behaviors of customers that strongly affect the behavior and intention to repurchase the brand. Brand experience, on the other hand, is a type of empirical marketing that involves a set of conditions that a company creates in order to influence customer sentiment toward a particular product or company name. Brand experience is the basis for predicting consumer behavior that has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Given that shopping malls and malls today have grown almost in large cities, this issue has become very important to create a pleasant brand experience and brand dependence in these malls. The present study seeks a conceptual model to explain the concept of customer experience management of brand dependence with a fundamental approach and the researcher has used a mixed approach.
