Purpose: In recent decades, with the advent of the Internet, e-commerce has become a tool for organizing the business model but in the meantime, the e-business world is so confusing for many newcomers. What the researcher considers is a survey of a number of factors influencing the tendency among managers or owners of small and medium enterprises in the field of acceptance of electronic businesses. Methodology: The method of this research is based on the purpose, applied and based on the method of data collection, a descriptive survey type. The statistical population consisted of managers of small and medium enterprises distributing pharmaceutical products in Tehran. Accordingly, the sample size is considered by the Cochran formula, 196 people. Due to the difficulty of accessing the managers of these companies, a non-random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample. The data-gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by calculating the CVR index and calculating the Cronbach's alpha to determine its reliability showed that the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. Structural equation modeling and Smart Plus software then analyzed data. Findings: The results of the test of ten hypotheses in this study showed that there is a significant relationship between managerial support, organizational management support, attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, with a willingness to accept business. Among the technical factors, the perceived advantages and the relationship between environmental factors, suppliers' pressure and customer pressure, have a significant relationship with the acceptance of electronic business. Research Limitations: In this research, with limitations such as cross-sectional research that limits the ability to generalize outcomes, the lack of a fully relevant internal study for full coverage of the literature and theoretical framework. The most important limitation of this research can be the work and intellectual engagement of the respondents as the statistical population of the research. Therefore, the data collection by the researcher's efforts to understand the goals and potential benefits of research for them to increase the accuracy of answering questionnaire questions and lack of time free respondents were a lengthy process. Originality/Value: This study is in the subject of innovation; based on researcher's research in internal research bases, studies or studies on identifying factors affecting the behavioral tendencies of small and medium-sized enterprise managers in the field of accepting electronic businesses were not observed. Therefore, due to lack of observation of such a study, the present research can be considered as an innovation subject. Manuscript profile

The paper aims at studying the effect of efficient economic factors on the operation of investment. Existing communications between managerial factors and economic function have been studied by simultaneous equation model based on the estimated method of Generalized Maximum Entropy. Some comparisons have been also made between estimated methods of Generalized Maximum Entropy, Partial Least Squares and Maximum Likelihood Estimation on 40 productive companies of Kermanshah province. Examining the achieved consequences in the following research, the results show more advantages and fewer errors of the Generalized Maximum Entropy method in comparison with common methods of Partial Least Squares and Maximum Likelihood Estimation which are proven with more limits and errors. Consequently, this method can be a reliable and appropriate replacement for estimating factors of regression and errors in the Generalized Maximum Entropy.   Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to identify effective factors on the emergence of teacher's organizational silence through synthesis research. The research method is qualitative and of the research synthesis type. The population of the study was comprised of all domestic and non-domestic documents related to the subject of organizational silence from databases between 2013 and 2021, totaling 100 articles. All received articles were categorized and screened through content analysis, and 39 articles (10 external sources and 29 internal sources) meeting the criteria considered in the study in the aforementioned period were selected by purposive sampling and snowball as a statistical sample and were examined. The research tool was a checklist created by the researcher to record initial research information by searching for different keywords pertaining to the purpose of the research. The validity of the proposed framework was evaluated on the basis of four criteria: credibility, transferability, trustworthiness, and confirmability. The result of the inductive and compositional content analysis of the categories is the extraction of the conceptual framework of the factors of organizational silence around 4 levels: organizational, individual, managerial, and social. Promoting productivity is an essential prerequisite for organizational survival in today's highly competitive and dynamic contexts.  Hence, a vital managerial task concerns the efficient use of resources that can guarantee achievement of goals and attainment of predicted outcomes. A necessary condition for improving sustainable productivity is identification and optimizing challenges and issues that are closely associated with organizational productivity. Therefore, the current exploratory, applied and mixed-method study presents a model of the main problems in improving productivity among employees in Tehran Municipality. Initially, the data obtained from structured interviews with 10 human resource management experts in the field were analyzed via Theme Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling and the effective factors were coded and categorized as a model. Further, the model was operationally tested quantitatively using the views of 384 managers and experts in the Department of Urban and Environmental Services of Tehran Municipality. To this end, the three-layer confirmatory factor analysis was undertaken using the PLS software. The results of the data analysis showed five main categories of factors effecting employee productivity including individual, managerial, organizational, cultural and technological factors. Any improvement in the productivity of human resources in this organization relies on prerequisite enhancement of status quo of these factors. Manuscript profile

This research has determined and evaluated the factors that affect financial reporting quality choice in Iran. The statistical popultion of this research is companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), and the research period is from 1378 to 1385. This research                is considered as an empirical accounting research, and causal-comparative and correlation research methods have been used to do it. In this research, correlation test, mean-difference test, and probit regression model have been used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results of unit-variable tests of hypotheses shows that, financial reporting quality is positively associated with the margin of profitability and managerial efficiency of the firm, and it is negatively associated with product market competition, managerial conservatism, size, capital intensity of business, operating cycle and complexity of the firm's operating environment. However, no association was found between financial reporting quality and growth opportunities, ownership concentration, board of directors structure, board of directors ownership, managerial integrity and financial leverage of the firm. Also, based on multi-variable tests, models were developed to predict the financial reporting quality of firms for the next financial period. These models are based on cumulative distribution function (CDF), and estimate the probability of high quality financial reporting for the next financial period. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the productivity model of education managers in Lorestan province. The research method was integrated (qualitative-quantitative) and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population in the qualitative stage included 12 experts and in the quantitative stage all the principals of the secondary schools of Lorestan province were 411 people. To determine the qualitative sample size by theoretical saturation method and in the quantitative part, from Krejcie-Morgan table, 199 people (102 men and 97 women) were selected as a statistical sample and selected by cluster random sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was assessed by professors and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha test and the value was 0.82. Spss26 software and lisrel structural equations were used for data analysis. The results of the qualitative section with Delphi panel showed that seven components of motivational factors, managerial factors, environmental factors, empowerment factors, acceptance factors, innovation factors and organizational factors and 62 indicators for managers' productivity were identified. The results of structural equations also showed that the factor load is motivational factors 0.84, managerial factors 0.79, environmental factors 0.80, empowerment factors 0.72, acceptance factors 0.83, innovation factors 0.69 and organizational factors 0.85. Also, all the estimation indicators of the measurement model indicated a good fit of the model. Manuscript profile
