Resource allocation has always been one of the main challenges in the design of wireless cellular networks. Suitable resource allocation, more specifically that includes suitable base station selection and bandwidth allocation can play an effective role in interference mitigation and users’ quality of service requirement satisfaction. In this paper, a game theoretic approach is proposed to solve the BS selection problem in two-tier wireless femtocell networks. We formulate the competitive behavior of users as evolutionary game theory. We calculate the probability of a user choosing a BS, compute the cell load of each BS, and analyze the demand rejection probability of the user associated with the BS. The proposed approach maximizes network throughput as well as meeting the QoS requirements of the users. Finally, we propose a decentralized learning algorithm based on EXP3 algorithm to achieve the evolutionary equilibrium as the solution of the game. Simulation results show that the proposed approach achieves a desirable performance and guarantees users’ QoS requirements. Manuscript profile

Non-dermatophytic fungi are frequently isolated on the cultures used in surveys of animals suspected of having ringworm. The present study was conducted to identify of saprophytic fungi and dermatophyte isolated from sheep with suspected ringworm in Urmia, Iran. A total of 1323 sheep from two breeds of Ghezel (n = 727) and Makui (n = 596) were examined for skin lesions. Only 4(0.035 %) lesions with hair loss and scaling were found on ears of Ghezel sheep. Samples were examined microscopically by KOH and cultured ontoSabouraud’s dextrose agar and Sabouraud’s dextrose with chloramphenicol and cycloheximide, incubated at 25 and 37 ° C and examined for 4weeks. All (100%) of the specimens yielded positive culture. Fungal isolates were Alternariaspp. (3 cases, 75 %) and Mucor spp. (2 cases, 50%). No dermatophyte fungi were cultured from suspected ringworm lesions. Saprophytic fungi isolated in the present study may not be considered as cause of skin lesions in Ghezel sheep. Manuscript profile

In this research, a new structure of photonic crystal fibers(PCFs) will be proposed,in which instead of using the aire- holes in the cladding region, the flourine(2%) doped solid silica rods in order to reduce the problems associated with deformities of air-holes in the cladding region will be used. Also, in the following, a few of the propagation charactristics of the proposed Photonic Crystal Fiber with a conventional silica Photonic Crystal Fiber such as, Normalized frequency, effective refractive index, total dispersion and higher order dispersions ( Group velocity dispersion and Third Order Dispersion) will be analyzed and compared. Finally it will be observed that, the proposed PCF structure is much simpler than the conventional one in the fabrication process. But they are not suitable for femtosecond solitons propagation .Also, it will be shown that, the situation of the conventional Photonic Crystal Fiber is much better than the proposed structure in the femtosecond optical solitons propagation.  Manuscript profile

Polystyrene microplastics (PS-MPs) pose a significant scientific concern due to their chemical makeup. Luteolin (LUT), a phytochemical-biological substance with anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties, was tested against polystyrene microplastics (PS-MPs)-induced reproductive toxicity in male Wistar rats. The rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups and treated as follows: Group I received 0.01 mL kg-1 of DMSO alone, Group II received 100 mg kg-1 of LUT dissolved in DMSO, Group III received 0.01 mg kg-1 of PS-MPs, and Group IV received 0.01 mg kg-1 of PS-MPs and 100 mg kg-1 of LUT. PS-MPs alone dramatically increased sperm morphological defects, xanthine oxidase, and lipid peroxidation while decreasing testicular enzymes, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone, antioxidants, and interleukin-10 (IL-10). The study demonstrates that PS-MPs can alter male rat testicular function and androgenicity. However, as a result of LUT co-treatment, sperm count, motility, and viability were increased whereas MDA and XO, IL-1β and TNF-α, and caspase-3 activities in the testis were reduced. Supplementing with LUT might act as a cytoprotective agent to lessen the spermatotoxicity and dysgonadogenesis brought on by PS-MPs. Manuscript profile

Skeletal muscle resorption is caused by the biosynthesis of new structures involved in the muscle contraction in terms of the increased skeletal muscle cross-sectional area, which is recognized as one of the major muscle changes as a result of exercise. This study aimed to investigate the response of mTOR and AKT proteins to distinct eccentric and concentric resistance training in healthy subjects. Ten healthy men were randomly divided into two groups (5 patients in the eccentric group - 5 in eccentric group). Isokinetic contraction protocols included eccentric and concentric knee extension with maximum power and angular velocity of 60 degrees per second. The torques assigned to each subject were assumed to match the workload in both protocols, with a rotational speed of 60 degrees per second. Contractions consisted of a maximum of 12 sets of 10 repetitions for the right leg, a rest time of 30 seconds between each set. At the beginning and end of the study, biopsy of the lateral broad muscle tissue was performed. A biopsy was performed in both distal and proximal directions of lateral flat muscle. Tissue analysis using immunocytochemistry was used to assess the expression of mTOR and AKT proteins in each group. A dependent t-test and a covariance test were used to assess the data. For data analysis, SPSS21 and Exell 2013 software were utilized. The findings indicated that after one session of exercise, intra-group increases in mTOR and AKT proteins were significant in both eccentric and concentric groups (p ≤0.05).However, the inter-group changes of mTOR and AKT proteins showed no difference between two groups. In general, the present study showed that a session of eccentric and concentric activity leads to changes in the factors involved in skeletal muscle strength and hypertrophy. Besides, these changes in aggregate eccentric contraction are more than concentric. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response of mTOR/P70S6K myokines to eccentric and concentric physical activity in healthy young men. 10 healthy men were randomly divided into each group (concentric group of 5 people - eccentric group of 5 people). Isokinetic contraction protocols included eccentric and concentric knee extensions with a maximum strength and angular velocity of 60 °/s. The torques set for each subject were considered the same in order to match the load in both protocols and the reciprocating speed was 60 degrees per second. At the beginning and end of the study, a biopsy was performed of lateral extensor muscle tissue. Real Time PCR technique was used to evaluate the expression of mTOR/P70S6K gene. To analyze the data of this study, dependent t-test and analysis of covariance were used at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the changes within the mTOR group were significant in the concentric group but not significant in the eccentric group. Also, the intragroup changes of P70S6K in the eccentric and concentric groups were not significant (P≥0.05). Also, intergroup changes showed no difference between the two groups in both variables (P≥0.05). It seems that the lack of significant changes in the desired variables is due to the lack of sufficient training pressure to stimulate the increase of mTOR/P70S6K. And according to the review of the answer, it seems that in the discussion of compatibility, different results are obtained that need to be examined. Manuscript profile
