The present study has addressed the issue of whether it is possible to develop the causes of inheritance due to the role of will in hereditary factors or not? The answer to this question is expressed by explaining the role of will in hereditary factors and examining the abolition of characteristics and texts that are in conflict with the development of hereditary factors, whose development has been proposed through two perspectives. The first view is obtained by the absolute view of voluntariness and the principle of voluntariness in actions in such a way that we can make the condition of inheritance in contracts that are the result of agreement of wills, and the second view introduces the Ḍimān Jarirah Guardianship as a contract of protection and responsibility and considers this guardianship as a cause of inheritance that has no characteristics, so its characteristic can be revoked. So, there are some cases that are examples of this guardianship, such as adoption and child contract derived from gamete donation. In all these cases, there is a kind of support and responsibility. Therefore, in the absence of kinship relationship, it will be possible to include the condition of inheritance in them. Manuscript profile

By emergence of Islam, religious beliefs influenced all aspects of Muslim lives including their speech and behavior, and left important implications. Literature, as one of the most important aspects of society, both in the field of poetry and prose, were also inluded. Since Jarir was a Muslim and Islam was the religion of the government and its official Calipha during his lifetime, the necessary way was paved for him to boast of non-Muslim rivals, so that in the controversy of Christian heresy, religion and its beliefs Has used it as the main substance of his arguments in overcoming him and has depicted everything that a Muslim can be proud of. In this article, the aim is not to study Jarir's religiosity or apostasy, but to analyze the aspects and dimensions of the poet's religious ideas in their contradictions with the desired impairment. The core of Jarir's religious thought is the proof of monotheism, as well as the proof of the dignity of Muslims and the humiliation of the conquerors. Manuscript profile

There are several critical scrutinies in contemporary literature. Intertextuality is one of these. Abstract         Comprehending any story requires information about its present and past resources. Knowing and better understanding the stories of the Shahnameh won't be possible unless one knows the pre-texts and their relationship to each other. The present research which has been done through qualitative method and by descriptive-analytic approach, deals with the fable of Jarira and the narrative related to it in the Shahnameh. The research is based on the theory which in the stage of transferring the mythological characters to the world of epic, the grand goddess of water and land and fairies ( pari ) in the ancient times lose their characteristics by factors such as the transposition of the myths and fading paradisical color and take the form of Jarira in epic. In these surveys which have been done according to historical evidences, it has been tried to prove that it was these narrators and musicians of the courts of Partians and Kushanians who in the era concurrent with the formulation of epic, in re-narrating the qualities and manners of this ancient mythological character have imposed the desired patriarchal society  in regard to humiliating ideas about the women. The traits such as  her lower personality in the Shahnameh, her beauty, extra humanistic actions  and her love affairs, her reproductivity and ultimately her disappearance organize these tenets.
