Background and Objective: Economic growth is the main goal of many economic policies of governments. However, rapid economic growth often causes serious damage to the environment (due to the increasing use of natural resources). Hence, there is a potential contradiction between economic growth policies and the state of the environment, so gradually the issue of conflict between economic growth and environmental quality became one of the topics of discussion in the field of environmental economics. Method: In the field of environmental economics in this study, using data envelopment analysis method (DEA) the environmental efficiency was calculated for developing Islamic countries (D8) during the period of 1980-2014. Then, using the panel data method, the relationship between environmental efficiency and per capita income was investigated. Information about these countries was collected from various economic sites such as the Data world bank, Economy watch and ….  Findings: The results show that the average of environmental efficiency of the D8 countries increased at a rate of 1.02. This increases the efficiency of technology to increase efficiency at the rate of 1.021 and 0.998 of technical efficiency. Technical efficiency is because of the increase in management efficiency (1) and scale efficiency (0.998).  Discussion and Conclusion The growth of environmental efficiency in Iran is 1.016, which is in the fifth place after Malaysia (1.053), Indonesia (1.042), Nigeria (1.036) and Turkey (1.025). According to the results, there is a direct relationship between per capita income and environmental pollution, so Kuznets law is not established in these countries. Manuscript profile

Entrepreneurship plays a key role in the economic growth of countries and from the point of view of economists is introduced as a key factor in the production process and the driving force of the economy. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting it. According to studies conducted in the field of entrepreneurship, financing entrepreneurial activities has been one of the factors affecting the level of entrepreneurship. Accordingly, in this study, using data related to Iran and selected Islamic countries in the period 2020-2000, the impact of financial sector indicators on the level of entrepreneurship has been studied. Based on the results of model estimation by data panel method, financial sector indicators have a positive and significant effect on the level of entrepreneurship and this effect is statistically significant at a significance level of 5%. Because the greater the amount of credit granted by the banking sector to the private sector and the greater the financial depth of the stock market, the ability of individuals and entrepreneurial firms to finance their activities through the banking network and the stock market increases and they are less financially constrained. Also, at a significant level of 5%, the impact of foreign direct investment, guidance education, population growth on the level of entrepreneurship was positive, but this impact is not statistically significant. In addition, the impact of secondary education, economic growth and per capita income on the level of entrepreneurship is positive and these effects are statistically significant at 5% significant level Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present research is to study effective criteria on Russia’s policy towards Islamic countries in the Middle East after Arab revolutions. In this regard, the main research question of the current study is: what factors have led Russia to adopt a balanced policy towards Islamic countries in the Middle East during 2011-2020? Moreover, the research relies on the hypothesis that during that the above time period, Russia, on the one hand, assisted Shi’ite groups led by Iran to fight against excommunication (Takfiri) terrorism, and on the other hand, expanded its relations with Sunni Muslim countries in order to prevent stimulation of religious fundamentalism in its Muslim republics. The current study which was conducted by a descriptive analytic method in the theoretical framework of constructivism, presents a rather distinctive analysis of the essence of Russia’s relations with middle eastern Islamic countries after Arab revolutions. The results indicate that since Arabic revolutions in 2011 and formation of new groups in the regional and international level in the Middle East, especially the Syrian crisis that initiated a new stage in Russia’s relations with the Islamic world, Moscow has attempted to adopt a balanced policy towards Islamic countries in the Middle East to remove the danger of Islamic extremism, avoid tension with those countries and reinforce relationship with them. Therefore, it is expected that Russia highlights the role of Islam in its foreign policy and that Russian politicians show more interest in constructive collaboration with middle eastern Islamic countries. Entitled as " a proper thinking method", mathematics is one of the basic courses in the world education systems .comprehensively evaluating this course as well as identifying it's relation with learning theories indexes would pave the way for better instruction and learning. Regarding TIMSS (2007), this study assessed the use of learning theories indexes in instruction process and its role in math application in Islamic nations that were equal in Gross National Product (GNP). This research considering the effectiveness of learning theories on math application was of correlation type. Amongst the Islamic countries, Bosnia, Algeria, Tunisia, Iran, and Jordan were selected. All eight grade students during the academic year of 2007 in these Islamic countries were considered as the statistical population. The statistical sample, then, was selected thorough three stage stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire with 17 items about learning strategies (by reliability of 0/83) and a math application test with 88 questions. Then, the validity of instruments was approved by the psychometric and educational psychology experts. Required data derived from TIMSS and PIRLS website. Taking the constructivism theory into consideration, Jordanian students with the mean score of3.17 were the first and Iranian students with the mean score of 2.77 were the last. In information processing theory, Jordanian students with the mean score of 2.99 ranked first and Bosnian students with the mean score of 2.51 ranked last. Considering social-cognitive theory indices, Jordanian students with mean score of 3.16 were the first whereas, Tunisian students with the mean score of 2.69 were the last. In achieving the applied goals of math, Bosnian students with the mean score of 441.47 gained the first place however, these were the Algerian students who were the last, with the mean score of 412. Multiple regression analysis results showed that learning theories variables significantly explained the math usage variance. Also in all countries except Algeria, social-cognitive theory was a significant factor in math usage. Manuscript profile

Seyed Nooredin Heydarimanesh[1]- Abbas Sheikholeslami[2]- Mahdi Sheidaeian[3] Abstract According to Article 167 of the Constitution, the silence of the law has been a point of contention between lawyers. In the Islamic Penal Code of 1392, jurisprudential criminalization has been prescribed in some crimes. The study of the comparative rights of other Islamic countries also shows a difference of opinion between them. The main question of the research is what approach has the Iranian legislature and other Islamic countries taken towards the silence of the law in the field of criminal law? Examining the law, it seems that some countries, such as the Saudi Arabia, have accepted the Sharia rule, while others, such as Egypt, have been affected by western criminal law and the third group, like Iran and Afghanistan, is embroiled in conflict over their laws. In this study, using descriptive-analytical method, firstly, describe the current situation of the problem and then we answer the main research question by determining the gaps and taking advantage of the thinkers' opinions and examining the rules. Abstract Although all members of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) belong to one religious bloc, but there are meaningful difference between the type, level of their struggle, structure, organizational relations of women organizations of different Muslim countries. The present article by using text analysis and inverse questionnaire wants to analyze the speeches and statements of four non-governmental organizations in Turkey ( KA-mer),  Egypt ( Women and Arab Society Association), Saudi Arabia (International Islamic Committee for Women and Child) and Malaysia (All Women’s Action Society) between 2011-2012. These women Organizations are among most important women organizations that struggle for the recognition of Women’s right and identity. The main question raised by the article is “Why the function and performance of women’s organizations in raising their demands are different from one Muslim country to another”? The above question has been examined within the framework of post-colonial feminism (Gayatri Chakravaorty Spivak) and the third generation of Frankfurt School (Axcel Honth). The result of the regression showed 43 per cent of variation in performance of women’s organizations under the influence of different political structure of each country. The finding of the study shows that the performance of women’s organizations in Turkey and Malaysia are similar and the Egyptian women organizations performance resembles with Saudi Arabia.   Manuscript profile

Income inequality is one of the undesirable phenomena of social life and most of the countries in the world have kept it their main goal to reduce Income inequality. This study is based on the economic impact of the doom index on the distribution of income using data from selected Islamic countries (Afghanistan, Albania, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Uganda) from 2010 to 2018, using panel data approach for variables EViews model is used. This study explains the significant effect of misery index with a coefficient of (0.057) on the Gini coefficient and shows that with a one percent increase in the misery index can increase Gini coefficient by 0.057 percent and increases the class gap in societies. It also shows that Labor productivity with a coefficient of 0.01 has a significant negative effect on the Gini coefficient, which explains the 0.01% decrease in income distribution inequality due to a 1% increase in labor productivity. Therefore, in addition to controlling inflation and unemployment, improving human resource skills, economic policymakers should use incentive mechanisms to develop exports and the effectiveness of governments to reduce the class gap in their societies. Abstract One of the factors that play an essential role in achieving the goal of rapid and continuous economic growth is the development of the financial sector of each country. Countries with a more developed financial system are on the path of faster economic growth because they make the economy in question capable of experiencing higher growth rates. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of financial development indicators on economic growth in member countries of the Islamic Conference; Therefore, in order to examine this topic, the present article used one of the newest econometric approaches called the PSTR model and measured the non-linear effect of financial development indicators on economic growth in the member countries of the Islamic Conference during the period from 2008 to 2022. The results obtained from the PSTR model indicate the existence of a non-linear relationship between the studied variables. In the final PSTR model, the slope parameter, which indicates the speed of adjustment from one regime to another regime, is equal to 21.0818, the location of regime change is estimated to be 10.5986. Therefore, if the financial development index (the ratio of internal credits of banks to gross domestic product) exceeds 10.5986 percent, the behavior of the variables will be according to the second regime, and if it is less than the above threshold, it will be placed in the first regime. The coefficients of the variables (percentages) have been estimated. The obtained results show that the financial development index (the ratio of internal credits of banks to gross domestic production) has a different effect on economic growth in both regimes. In this article, the research examines the effect of knowledge-based economy growth index on the growth of institutional and economic regime (ease of business) on Islamic countries (using the panel model). They are a large part of the Muslim population. Based on the availability of information from the study countries, including; Azerbaijan, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Tunisia, Sudan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Egypt, India. The scope of the research is from 2009 to 2019. To collect the required statistics and quantitative information, statistical tables and global databases and the International Monetary Fund have been used, and the structural self-regression panel economics model has been used. Using Fisher test and Johansen co-integration test, static and long-run relationships of variables were examined. It was shown that all variables are at zero level and based on the results of effect statistics and maximum eigenvalue, there are five long-term relationships at 0.95 level between variables. Then, using shock analysis and analysis of variance, it was shown that the growth of knowledge-based economy index affects the growth of institutional and economic regime (ease of business) in Islamic countries. This study uses the Panel VAR methodology to examine the impact of globalization on the effectiveness of monetary policies in a subset of Islamic countries. For this purpose, first, changes in real per capita gross production and changes in inflation rate were estimated using Hadrick-Prescott filter during the period of 2000-2019. In order to investigate the effect of globalization on production changes and inflation rate changes, auto-regression panel data pattern was used. Then, using the shock response test, the impact of globalization on the efficiency of monetary policies in the economy of selected Islamic countries was analyzed. The findings reveal that globalization, in conjunction with enhanced liquidity, induces shifts in GDP, thereby diminishing the potency of monetary policy. Shocks stemming from the interactive variable of globalization and interest rates drive fluctuations in GDP, underscoring the diminished efficacy of monetary policy due to interest rates. Over the long term, alterations in the inflation rate exhibit no discernible response to shocks from the interactive variables of financial globalization, liquidity volume, and globalization combined with interest rates. Consequently, in the extended term, monetary policy wielded through interest rates mitigates inflationary shifts, underscoring the efficacy of the interest rate channel. Therefore, Islamic countries can strengthen the mobility and transfer of foreign capitals to the country by increasing the domestic interest rate, which with the entry of foreign capitals will strengthen the domestic production capacities, followed by an increase in exports and an increase in foreign investment, and in this way will lead to By strengthening the supply side of the domestic economy, controlling and reducing inflation is achieved.
