In order to grow, profitability and reduce the risk of innovative activities in power plants, its innovation and management has a special place. Innovation management can help in investing and choosing the right methods to acquire technology, which plays a significant role in developing and building the country's economic infrastructure. Innovation management process is influenced by several factors. To better manage the innovation process, it is necessary to understand the effective factors and the way each one works. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting innovation management in the power industry in order to design an innovation management model. The statistical population of this research is the experts and managers of the MAPNA group with a bachelor's degree and above, with a seniority of over three years. In this research, a descriptive survey type has been used. Data were collected using two methods of library studies including studying books, dissertations, articles and sites and field method, such as data collection through questionnaires and interviews. To provide the model, the system dynamics and Vensim software have been used. According to the results of this study, 26 indicators were identified as final indicators in 5 factors including: organizational systems and infrastructure, search, selection, implementation and acquisition of value as factors influencing innovation management in power plant manufacturing industries and the innovation management model was designed based on the dynamics of the system. Introduction: Routines are the distinguishing factor of organizations in terms of how they perform similar basic tasks. Routines reflect the specific personality of each organization. It is possible to identify the routines of any company, but merely imitating them will be useless. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and rank innovation management routines in the pharmaceutical industry. Methods: This research is a descriptive research in terms of nature and method and an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research is the experts of Royan Daroo pharmaceutical companies, whose number is 130 people. The proportional sample or number of populations studied according to Morgan's table is 97 people. In this study, sample subjects were selected based on random sampling method. In this study, the indicators identified in the study of Vala et al. (2017) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and experts of Royan Daroo Company. The reliability of these questionnaires in this study is 0.958. Descriptive indices and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using SPSS and PLS Smart software. Results: The results showed that innovation management routines are 22 indicators and all the innovation management routines are effective in pharmaceutical industries (Royan Company). Also, innovation management routines in the pharmaceutical industry (Royan Company) are in a normal and acceptable state. Conclusion: The results also show that the two routines "Project Management Activity" and "Feasibility Studies in Innovation Projects" are in the first place with the highest factor load. Therefore, it is suggested that the company carry out project management activities in full in order to use their development in accordance with its purpose; Feasibility studies should also be conducted in selected innovation projects. Background: Till now, the elements influencing the communication technology sector's innovation ecosystem have not been explored in a systematic and independent way in the form of a quantitative model, independent of the information technology industry innovation ecosystem. Objective: To identify and prioritize the factors affecting the Iranian communication technology sector's innovation ecosystem, as well as to examine the influence of each on the final model of the ecosystem for use by government institutions and industry activists in this industry.Method: In terms of purpose, the research employs a survey as a descriptive method. The experts in this study were carefully chosen from among the top executives and senior managers of private enterprises and governmental bodies in the Iranian communication technology industry. The fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) approach was used in three steps to discover the elements influencing the innovation ecosystem. In addition, data analysis, validation, and fit of the research model, as well as question analysis, were carried out using AMOS software's confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations, respectively.Findings: This study's findings reveal that institutional factors, innovation management, business, national and regional, science and technology, and financial and economic variables all have a substantial influence on the communication technology industry's innovation ecosystem model. The final model offered is also well-fitting.Conclusion: The analysis of coefficients of determination reveals that the innovation management component has the most influence, while the national and regional variables have the least impact on the CT industry's innovation ecosystem model. It is suggested that, due to the dynamics of industry and technology, the prioritization of factors affecting the ecosystem model be considered, as well as the establishment of an ICT Science and Technology Observatory with the goal of assisting the knowledge-based innovation ecosystem and predicting science and technology trends on the agenda of relevant institutions. Abstract By promoting a sustainable environment and investing in social responsibility, the banking industry can provide sustainable development and benefit from it. The purpose of this study is to provide a green banking model based on innovation management to gain sustainable competitive advantage in this industry. In this research, based on the effective components of  the Green Banking Model (Hajjaran et al.,1397),a green banking model was presented and six standard questionnaires were used to assess the fit of the model and confirm the five-dimensional hypothesis of the research.Using an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System. The analyzes were performed on the data obtained from 310 questionnaires by a random sample from senior managers, middle managers and employees of the innovation, information technology sector of the selected banking industry. After implementing the model, the results show that increasing the component of innovation management will increase the amount of sustainable competitive advantage. Increasing the variable of innovation management as well as increasing green banking has increased the competitive advantage of sustainability. Also, increasing the green bank rules and regulations by increasing the green bank variable has increased the competitive advantage of the bank. Increasing the amount of Green Bank component and mediating senior management's environmental concerns maximizes sustainable competitive advantage and increasing innovation management and increasing environmental concerns of senior management will increase the sustainable competitive advantage. Innovation is an important and vital factor for organizations to create value. The present study was conducted to investigate the impact of innovation management on educational performance in Mazandaran Universities of Medical Sciences. This applied study was performed with a combined qualitative and quantitative approach. In the quantitative part, the descriptive-survey method was used. The statistical population of the qualitative section consisted of 10 professors of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, selected by purposive sampling, and in the quantitative section, 256 people using random sampling method were selected according to Cochran's formula from among 765 faculty members of universities of sciences. To collect data, two researcher-made questionnaires of innovation management with 66 items and Zandi Educational Performance Questionnaire (2013) with 25 items were used. The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed and their Cronbach's alpha was calculated above 0.7. SPSS 21 and PLS 3.2 software were used for data analysis. The results showed that the highest average among the dimensions of innovation management was related to the dimension of organizational culture with 3.92, and the lowest value was related to the dimension of organizational incentives with the value of 3.53 and the dimension of organizational culture with R2 value of 0.835 was at the highest level. Also, based on the path coefficients factor of 0.368, it can be concluded that the impact of innovation management on educational performance in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was positive and significant.
