Inroduction & Objective: The use of herbal supplements to prevent and stop obesity is cheaper than chemical and synthetic drugs and has fewer side effects. in this study, the effect of Ferulago angulatahydro alcoholic extract on the biochemical parameters of male rats on a high-fat diet was surveyed. Material and Method: Thirty-two male Wistar rats, which were randomly tested, were experimentally studiedin four groups: One control groupreceiving a fatty diet without extract;threeexperimental groups receiving Ferulago angulata extract of with doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg. Nursing was performed for 20 weeks. At the end of the experiment, biochemical factors were tested on serum levels, including: glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol (HDL and LDL), leptin, and liver enzymes (ALT, AST, and ALP). Results: Doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg of the extract reduced some biochemical and liver factors in rats compared to the control group under high-fat diet and the extract reduced cholesterol and leptin significantly. Different doses of choy extract significantly reduced the levels of leptin, glucose, triglycerides and liver enzymes (ALP / AST / ALT). LDL levels decreased. HDL levels also increased and cholesterol levels did not change Conclusion: In this study, the reducing effects of biochemical factors were observed at doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg of extract, which may be evidenced by the positive effects of the extract of this plant on reducing harmful fats in the biochemical factors of the blood and the weight of the rats. Daily consumption of low dose of theextract of this plant can lead to fat metabolism and weight loss. Manuscript profile

Introduction & Objective:  Feeding with a cafeteria diet resulted in increased total body weight and obesity. This research aims to evaluate the effect of a cafeteria diet on the density of dendritic spines of hippocampal and striatum neurons from the end of infancy to the beginning of puberty. Materials & Methods: 22-day-old male and female Wistar rats that passed through infancy were randomly divided into two control and cafeteria groups (n=6). The control group had access to standard rat food, but the cafeteria group received a cafeteria diet in addition to standard food for up to 30 days. During the treatment, the rats of both groups were weighed every week. After five weeks after the start of the treatments, the brains of the mice were extracted and prepared for Golgi staining by the Rapid Golgi method. Results: Our results showed that the body weight increased significantly in the cafeteria group compared to the control group (P<0/01). In addition, the results showed that the cafeteria diet significantly reduces the density of dendritic spines in the hippocampus (P<0/01) and striatum (P<0/05) compared to controls. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the reduction of dendritic spines in the hippocampus and striatum, two important structures in cognitive behaviors, may cause memory and learning disorders observed in people consuming a high-fat diet. It seems that the release of IL-6 from the contracting muscles and accumulation in the blood circulation has a close relationship with the duration and intensity of physical activity. The aime of this experimental study was to determine the effects of eight weeks of submaximal running and high-fat diet on IL-6 gene expression levels in the muscle tissue of an animal model. At the end of the two-week period of keeping under controlled conditions, 40 two-month-old male rats were randomly divided into four equal groups of control, high-fat diet, submaximal running, and a combination of high-fat diet and submaximal running. The training groups participated in the aerobic running protocol on the treadmill for five days a week for eight weeks. The polymerase chain reaction method was used to determine the levels of IL-6 gene expression in muscle tissue. One-way analysis of variance was used to determine between-group differences. The effects of high-fat diet and running with submaximal intensity on IL-6 gene expression in muscle tissue are significant. The consumption of high-fat food causes adverse changes in the expression of IL-6 gene, but eight weeks of running with sub-maximal intensity moderates the adverse effects of high-fat diet and creates favorable changes in the expression of IL-6 gene and body weight. In obese people, the expression level of interleukin is one beta higher, so that the expression level of interleukin 1 beta is directly related to the level of body mass index and fat mass. This study aimed to determine the effects of six weeks of aerobic exercise, consumption of cinnamon extract and high fat diet on the expression of 1 beta interleukin gene in liver tissue of male rats fed a high fat diet using two-month-old male Wistar rats. Fifty two-month-old male rats were divided into five control groups: high-fat diet, cinnamon extract, and high-fat diet, aerobic training and high-fat diet, and aerobic training and cinnamon extract and high-fat diet after two weeks of control. Cinnamon extract at a rate of 200 mg per kg of body weight and emulsion of high-fat food in excess of water and normal diet of rodents daily at a rate of 1.5 mg per kg of body weight for six weeks by gavage. The training group participated in an aerobic exercise program on a treadmill five days a week for six weeks. The mean of research variables among groups (except the control group) was compared with one-way variance analysis and Bonferroni tests to determine the differences among groups. The mean of research variables between each group was compared with the control group to determine the differences within the group by one-sample t-test at the significant level of p 05 0.05. There was a significant difference between body weight and liver tissue weight in the post-test between all groups. The difference among the mean variables of one beta interleukin in the liver tissue of male rats fed a high-fat diet after six weeks of aerobic exercise, consumption of cinnamon extract, and high-fat diet was significant. Therefore, it seems that the effects of high fat diet, high fat diet and aerobic exercise, high fat diet, and cinnamon and high-fat diet, and aerobic exercise and cinnamon on the interleukin variable of one beta in liver tissue are significant and significant. Adiponectin is a peptide hormone that is secreted from adipose tissue in humans and is effective on fat and glucose metabolism. Interleukin-6 also has the main role in various types of host defense mechanisms, including immune reactions and acute phase reactions. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to compare the short-term effects of aerobic exercise and high-fat diet and curcumin extract on the expression of adiponectin and interleukin genes in six muscle tissues of male Wistar rats. For this purpose, 50 two-month-old male rats were prepared and divided into five control groups, high-fat diet, curcumin and high-fat diet, exercise and high-fat diet, curcumin + exercise + high-fat diet. Data analysis was compared using one-way analysis of variance. The mean of intra-group differences was also compared using the one-way statistical test. The results showed that the average expression of the adiponectin gene of the subjects showed a significant difference among the 5 groups. The results of Bonferroni's post hoc test also showed a significant difference between the control group and other groups. Also, the expression of interleukin 6 gene increased in two groups - high-fat diet and high-fat + curcumin diet group compared to the control group. But in two groups of high-fat diet + exercise and high-fat diet + exercise + curcumin group, there was a significant decrease. Manuscript profile
