The Doctrine of Frustration is one of the oldest theories which has been considered in the English legal system. It means where there is an extraneous event or change of circumstances so fundamental as to strike at the roof of a contract as a whole and beyond what was contemplated by the parties, that contract is considered to be automatically dissolved. Since in the Iranian legal system there is not an expressed theory of such, in this article the authors has endeavored to elaborate its history, meaning, conditions and effects in the English and Iranian legal system. Manuscript profile

The present study investigated the effect of group logo therapy training on frustration and aggression of male high school students. The study employed a semi experimental method and a pretest- posttest with control group design. The population included all male high school students in Boroojerd city (2013-2014). Research instruments were Beck Hopelessness Scale (1988) and Ahvaz Aggression Questionnaire (Zahedi far, Najjarian and Shokrkon, (1379) S.c. 30 participants who had high scores on frustration in Beck Hopelessness Scale and on aggression in Ahvaz Aggressive Questionairein were Selected randomly and again randomly assigned into one experimental group (15 students) and one control group (15 students). The experimental group received the training and after two weeks both Beck Hopelessness Scale and Ahvaz Aggression Questionnaire were administered to experimental and control groups at the post test stage. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results indicated that there are signification differences between the experimental and control groups in frustration and aggression scales (P < 0.001) The results indicate that the use of group Logo therapy training can be effective in reducing frustration and aggression in male high school students. The purpose of this study was to predict frustration intolerance based on attachment to God and life orientation in female students in Ramhormoz. The statistical population of this study was all female students in Ramhormoz. The statistical sample of the present study was 320 people from the mentioned population who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. Scheier and Carver (1985) Life Orientation Test, Beck and McDonald Attachment to God inventory (2004) and Harrington Frustration Tolerance Scale (2005) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multivariate regression statistical methods. The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between attachment to God and life orientation with frustration intolerance. Therefore, based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that in educational centers to increase and improve the tolerance of students against frustration and increase their psychological health to the variables of attachment to God and life orientation attention be special. The role of universities in economic and social development in recent years has been the subject of debate among researchers and policymakers in higher education to such an extent that, in their view, entrepreneurial universities are recognized as a key player in competition, economic growth and wealth. In this study, using a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative), a model for the development and implementation of entrepreneurship in the Islamic Azad University has been provided. The statistical sample of the study in the qualitative section included 20 university officials, entrepreneurial managers, professors, science and technology park managers, entrepreneurship specialists, managers of knowledge-based companies, private companies, business education officials, science and technology park director, robotics company CEO, and the students who were purposefully selected and interviewed. The sample of the quantitative section included 365 people who answered the questionnaire. The coding process (open, axial and selective) was used to analyze the qualitative data and Amos software was used for analyzing the quantitative data. The research findings in the qualitative part indicated that the model includes infrastructure, management, environmental human resources and operational dimensions. In the quantitive data analysis, the model indicators showed a good fit.The coverage value of p was equal to 0.313, which indicates the suitability of the model. On the other hand, the root mean square of the estimation error as an important index had a value of 0.07 which is less than 0.1. Other pattern fit indicators such as TLI 0.92, NFI 951/0, CFI 94/0, IFI 94/0, RFI 0.911 and normalized Chi-square index to 1.45 degrees of freedom indicate optimal fit and pattern confirmation. Most of the Middle Eastern nations have been deprived from some advantages of economic, political and social culture for a long period. Political structures of their states for many years have been based on monarchical system with tribal and religious affiliations. So, the Middle Eastern leaders are using these elements as important tools to manage their countries and for the survival of their political systems. But such political system only benefits a specific group in society and cannot encompass the entire community. Due to the said exclusions and with the development of technology and exchange of information on the relative economic, political and cultural rights of other communities, the Middle Eastern government have been faced with a lot of people’s demands. The Middle Eastern nations are demanding for -fundamental changes in their political, social and economic. Lack of proper response to these demands, have been leading to protest and unrest in the region over the past few years. The Syrian protest and turmoil has taken much longer time than other crisis in the Middle East region. The reasons for the continuation of the Syrian crises can be found in the strength and resistance of the Syria’s authoritarian regime and the support of the regional and cross-regional powers to the Syrian government and its oppositions. Interferences of foreign powers on Syrian crisis are due to strategically importance and geographical location of Syrian state which encompasses the interests and influence of each regional and cross-regional power Manuscript profile

Abstract: Undoubtedly, one of the basic necessities of society is committing to obligations and fulfilling them completely. For this reason, the first principle in contracts is the principle of necessity. However, it sometimes happens that the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract becomes impossible due to the events that are beyond the obligator’ control. One example of the impossibility or difficulty of performance is the spread of contagious diseases, a special type of which known as Coronavirus is prevalent across the world. This raises the question as whether this disease can be considered as an excuse for the frustration of the contract (excuse) or the difficulty of its fulfillment (difficulty). If it is the case, what will happen to the contract and what will be the contractors’ duties? In response, it should be said that due to the similarity of the components, this disease can be a true example of the difficulty of contract fulfillment, and regarding its role and impact on the scope of contracts, no general rule can be provided for all cases. Therefore, the study of the impact of the Coronavirus on the contract depends entirely upon the type of contract and the conditions governing it. One of the most important contracts affected by this disease was the lease contracts, especially the lease of commercial places in which with the government's order to temporarily close these places, the status of the existing contracts turned into a serious legal issue. In addition, different issues such as dissolution, modification, and suspension of contract were proposed as the possible solutions for the existing situation. Keywords: frustration of contract, difficulty of performance, contract, lease, Coronavirus Manuscript profile

Abstract The Purpose of this study was to investigate the hegemonic effect of audit partner power on the symptoms of auditors' psychodynamic disorder. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose and developmental in terms of results. Also in terms of data type, it is in the category of mixed methods. Therefore, in the qualitative part, meta-synthesis and Delphi analysis were used, and in the quantitative part, partial least squares analysis was used. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section was 12 specialists in accounting and financial management at the university level and in part, there were 195 independent auditors working for private auditing firms in Iran. In order to collect information to test the research hypothesis, questionnaires from the qualitative analysis stage were used and to analyze and test the research hypotheses were based on the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results showed that the hegemony of the audit partner's power has a positive and significant effect on the stimulation of psychodynamic disorders in auditors. The results show that the dominance of the auditing firm based on authoritarian behaviors due to the reduction of auditors' freedom of action, causes them gradual frustration and this issue while increasing stress and work pressure on them, increases the risk of symptoms of psychodynamic disorder. This is the first case study to focus on assessing the hegemonic effect of the audit partner's power on the symptoms of auditors' psychodynamic disorder. Although the field is of research importance in terms of developing theoretical literature and practical basis in reducing the gap of audit expectations, but less, audit research has addressed this issue. And conducting this research and developing it at the professional level of this field can enhance the institutional and educational capacities on it at the international level and help to create the integration of the development of theoretical literature.
