        Ecotourism parks as a natural resort provides for sustainable tourism in harmony with preserving the environment and having benefits for local community. mainly this survey is to refine the pre-formed concepts that considers tourist as a destructor of nature and introducing human as a part of nature makes the way for his presence in unspoiled nature once more this time to preserve the nature and natural resources, the factor with no substitute. To realize this plan, establishing ecotourism parks necessitates to prepare two pillars: natural resorts and tourists. Doing so natural resorts will be in form of ecotourism parks not only because of enjoying variety of natural capacities but also because of associating with park concept can provide the tourists with their required accommodation and food service. On the other hand the tourist who is going to get into such a valuable treasure of country natural resource undoubtedly is not a man without knowledge and good culture as he is titles as Eco tourist.         Purpose of research: present research is looking for an answer to this question whether could instruction of hikers and Tourists lead to conservation of Environment, consolidation of local communities, sustainable tourism and development of Eco-tourism? And also, could decrement of environmental dilemmas ensue it? Mountain Eco-tourism will cause enhancement and acclamation of liability manner of tourism behavior, retention and Survival of natural places, wildlife and Ecosystems, cognition of local culture and the style of traditional life and finally design stable and suitable configuration for people and those who live in remote areas and communities.Research method: present research was accomplished in descriptive method, and people’s standpoints were evaluated (or and evaluating people’s standpoints). In this research, mountain Damavand was selected as case of study. As regards to Damavand’ height as the highest summit of Middle East, not only it is the repertory of Biodiversity accumulation with 20 ”Endemic” plant species, but also it is important in other aspects like Geology, and it isn’t just a natural phenomenon, and it has capability of World record, so it is necessary to eliminate the problems in this way. Instrument of data collection was questionnaire built up by researcher and in order to measurement of reliability, the Cronbach's alpha method had been performed by SPSS software.Conclusion: By checking the instruction indicator, it was specified that the instruction component was the reinforcement factor of Mountain Eco-tourism. It means that the higher rate of this factor causes the higher rate of reinforcement and growth of Mountain Damavand Eco-tourism. Instruction has derived 2 factors; formal instruction and informal instruction. In the end of research, it was provided solutions such as strive for design and registration of Damavand national park, Codification of comprehensive plan for mountain tourism by the experiments of hikers and local communities, instruction of mountain leaders and modeling(or imitation) of similar courses about the leaders in successful countries, constitution of corporation by indigenous people for Tourism development and presenting services and facilities to tourists, and designing birth certificate and comprehensive plan for mountain Damavand; it is hoped(or expected)that they will be performed and will be caused the reinforcement and growth of Mountain Damavand Eco-tourism.         Ecological capability evaluation is used as a base for decision-making and planning of landuse in the world. This action applies because of the necessity for selection of functions and optimalplaces in environmental management and planning to achieve sustainable development.In this study, Ecological capability evaluation of Zakherd watershed with extent about of82.23 km2 which is situated in North-West of Shiraz and East of Kazeroon in Fars Province, wasimplemented.In the Ecological Capability Evaluation on Zakherd watershed the Mc. Harg method wasused. In order to evaluate the capability of the land a model was required. In this research anecological model from Makhdoum was used. For developing the present management of land of Ecotourismuse in that area specific and precise system GIS was used. Through this research, at firstecological resources (physical & biological) were identified. Digital data with accompany of attributedata was given to the Arcview system to establish the data base. Therefore by overlaying informationlayers in the mentioned system the ecological unit map of area with the table of characteristic unit, andthen the evaluation of capability was performed. Subsequently fertilized regions appropriate forecotourism development were found.Results of the study show that with regard to the whole ecological parameters, 0.94% of thestudied land with an area of less than 1 km2 is suitable for centered recreation and 24 % of the landwith area of 19.72 km2 is suitable for extended recreation.         The present study goal to investigate the relationship between social capital and local community attitudes towards Eco-tourism. To explain the theoretical aspects of the problem of Bourdieu, Putnam and Orams is used. In the present study, survey method was used. The study population include of residents 18 years and older Chy Chy Ney Kuti village of the lahijan city. The sample size software was used to determine pass through a sample size of 103 people is estimated. In this study questionnaire was used for data collection. Research findings show that participation variable and social trust variables, respectively, the highest (0/441) and lowest (0/202) the effect on the attitude of the community towards sustainable Eco-tourism variable. The results also show the positive effects of social capital (networks of relationships, social participation, social trust) on the attitude of the community towards sustainable Eco-tourism, which means that the increase of social capital, the average increase attitude of the community towards sustainable Eco-tourism..         Architectural structures and elements is one of the most important parameters in eco-tourism and these are key factors in ecolodges. Ecolodge type and its architectural quality, level of compatibility with native culture and natural environment and its attraction and satisfaction value have great importance for eco-tourism market and its future planning of entrepreneurs’ architectural rebuilding and innovation. Gilan is one of the eco-tourism centers, where numerous ecolodges with different structures have been established in recent years, meanwhile, tourists’ point of view is an essential recognition for future planning. In this research, level of architectural attraction and environmental compatibility in ecolodges based on tourists’ attitude have been investigated through quantitative analysis and evaluated questionnaires of architectural components, which has filled by 221 tourists. The result of statistical analysis indicated high level of architectural attraction for tourists and acceptable value of environmental compatibility in architectural structures, although structure of ecolodges are very different of rural houses. It not only means incompatibility but also can cause more attraction and satisfaction values. Manuscript profile
