One of MoreNowadays, sexual impotence due to increased heart disease, has led to rising in consumption ofsexual enhancing drugs. In heart failure, due to decreased blood supply to corpus cavernosum, complete erection does not occur, which can lead to sexual dissatisfaction. One of the mostimportant drugs which are used to treat this disorder is sildenafil citrate, a selective inhibitor oftype 5 cGMP. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term side effects of this drugon serum biomarkers of cardiac injury in the rat. In this study, 20 male Wistar rats wererandomly assigned into 2 groups including: control and treatment. In treatment group, sildenafilcitrate use at a dose of 100 mg/kg for 30 consecutive days in oral rout and control group onlyreceived Distilled water. At the end of experiment, the serum levels of cardiac troponin I,creatine kinase- MB, lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase were measured. Theresults obtained showed that sildenafil citrate has protective effects on cardiac enzymes whichmay be in association with releasing of nitric oxide (NO). Manuscript profile -

This is the first report of the genus, and species from Iran. This species belongs to the family Alycidae, superfamily Alycoidea, cohort Alycina and suborder Endeostigmata (Walter, 2009). Length of idiosoma 450.8 µm and its maximum width 264.6 µm; body colour white; prodorsum with 2 pairs of filiform trichobothria; cheliceral shafts abruptly tapering, all tarsi with paired claws and rayed empodium. One solenidion on tibia 1(length 10.5 µm); winding ridgs are long and parallel on dorsum (Uustitalo, 2010). naso redused; median eye absent; chelicerae each with 2 seatae (Moraza, 2008). The species has been found in coniferous and deciduous forests, and is possibly Holarctic. It has been reported from Italy (in moss of pine forest, litters, in Fagus valley, and under Robinia and Avena), USA (in litter dunes) and France (Uusitalo, 2010). Manuscript profile -

Since cardiovascular complications related to all three drugs have been reported, the aim of this study was to evaluate the serum levels of cardiac damage index enzymes and tropovinin I following co-administration of sildenafil with dextromethorphan and chlorpheniramine. Forty male Wistar rats were studied in 8 groups, one control group and the rest in the treatment group; Drugs sildenafil citrate (100 mg / kg), dextromethorphan (20 mg / kg), chlorpheniramine (20 mg / kg), dextromethorphan + chlorpheniramine, sildenafil + dextromethorphan, sildenafil + chlorpheniramine, sildenafil + rosemethor + dextrometer , Received food. The results showed that administration of sildenafil to rats did not cause statistically significant changes in serum cardiac injury indices compared with the control group (p < 0.05); The amount of CK-MB also decreased compared to the control group. On the other hand, following administration of chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan to rats, either alone or in combination, serum levels of AST, LDH and CK-MB increased statistically significantly. Administration of chlorpheniramine caused a significant increase in LDH (p < 0.01) and CK-MB (p < 0.001) compared to the control group and administration of dextromethorphan increased the activity of the studied enzymes which increased AST (p < 0.05). ) And CK-MB (p < 0.001) were significant. Co-administration of sildenafil with dextromethorphan and sildenafil with chlorpheniramine or all three together increased the activity of all three enzymes in the heart damage index. Maroon Dam with maximum volume of 1193 MCM was built on this river by Khuzestan Water & Power Authority [1]. The dam prevents from seasonal high flood damages and saves large amounts of water for agriculture consumptions. The river has flash floods with high peaks, so it seems that flood control and management are cases of high importance in this catchment and it's necessary to have information about flood volume for flood management, downstream programming and consumption estimation in a water year. Therefore, runoff data were calibrated based on the real precipitation data, using HEC-HMS Rainfall-Runoff Model and Schneider Method. Considering 12 observed floods in the past years, observed and calculated runoff values were compared and the best parameters were calculated for initial & final soil infiltration and time of concentration &Good results from this review were obtained Manuscript profile -

This is a practical goal that used a combined model to assess the strength of the Central Zagros region. First, ecological parameters were identified to assess the ecological potential, and then layers were prepared by georeferencing, digitization, and timing. The study used data from Landsat 7 and IRS satellite imaging images. The layers overlapped and classified in the ArcGIS software, version9.2. In the next step, SCORE technique and reference to expert opinions were used to formulate the strategies. The results showed that 20.9% of the region needs protection and 19.8% is suitable for forestry. The lowest percentage of suitable use for the region belongs to the protection of water resources and then residential development. Analysis of the internal and external environment of sustainable livelihood management in the study area shows that opportunities and strengths have a higher average score than restrictions and risks. Finally, 11 management and legal strategies for sustainable livelihoods were developed in the Dena watershed. Manuscript profile -
