In the accounting literature, the decision-making approach as a dominant theory in accounting explains the theory of the company. The aim of this study was to provide a model of the effect of decision-making styles on scenario-based profit management by considering five personality factors in financial managers. Descriptive research method is correlation. Decision-making styles are independent variables and profit management is the dependent variable, and the five personality factors of Neo are the moderating variables. The statistical population includes all the financial managers of the member companies of the Tehran Stock Exchange in 1400. The total number of companies is 540 companies, and finally 120 companies were selected as a sample after screening (systematic exclusion). In order to measure the profit management based on the study of Klikman and Henning (2000), a scenario was first designed and then the scores extracted from the scenario were considered as the score of profit management. The tools used include Scott and Bruce's general decision-making styles questionnaire and Neo's five-factor questionnaire. Structural model with Smartpls software was used to analyze the results. The results showed that 45.7% of the changes related to scenario benefit management by decision-making styles interacted with extraversion personality trait, 51.4% interacted with flexibility trait, 42.2% interacted with adaptability trait, 6.6 46% is explained by the interaction with the characteristic of conscientiousness and 46.8% by the interaction with the personality characteristic of neuroticism. And due to the importance of personality traits in the decision-making process of managers, the implementation of personality tests during the selection of managers can be one of the most essential parts of recruitment and selection of human resources. The sample consisted of 210 physical education managers, that selected by random Multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data gathered by 3 questionnaires Ahvaz psychological hardiness questionnaire (Kiamarsi et al, 1998), coping strategies questionnaire (Billings & Moss, 1984) and public decision-making styles questionnaire (Scott and Bruce, 1995). The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation test and multivariate regression using SPSS software version 20. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between psychological hardiness and decision-making styles, as well as coping strategies and decision making styles of managers in general (P <0.05). But there were no significant relationship between psychological hardiness and coping strategies in general. The results of multivariate regression showed that we can predict decision-making in managers based on the psychological hardiness and coping styles variables (P <0.05). Manuscript profile

Considering the need to provide valid tools and test their usability, present study aimed to determine psychometric properties and factor structure of Persian version of regret-based decision-making style scale. The current research is an analytical cross-sectional study. The statistical population consisted of students from Kermanshah universities. From this population 400 people were selected through available sampling and they were assessed employing short version of the UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale, Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale, and regret-based decision-making style Questionnaire. Data were analyzed based on Cronbach's alpha test, Intraclass and Pearson correlation tests, and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and Mplus softwares. The findings showed thatinternal consistency reliability of the questionnaire was 0.85, its split-half reliability was 0.79, and its test-retest reliability was 0.80 for a three-week period. The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the one-dimensional factorial structure of the questionnaire (RMSEA=0.10, CFI=0.91, TLI =0.90). Furthermore, significant correlation between the scores of this questionnaire and impulsivity and emotional distress dimensions indicated the criterion validity of regret-based decision-making style scale.  It could be said thatthe Persian version of regret-based decision-making style scale has acceptable validity and reliability and it can be an appropriate tool for employing in cognitive psychology and decision making styles studies Manuscript profile

The purpose of the research was to relate the coaches' decision-making mode with the individual creativity of Zorkhaneh athletes and the intermediary role of sports obligation. Descriptive correlation research method that was done using structural equations. 396 Zorkhane athletes who participated in the competitions of 2018 completed the questionnaires of coaches' decision-making mode, sports obligation, and individual creativity. The data were analyzed using descriptive-inferential statistical methods such as kurtosis and skewness test, confirmatory factor analysis (construct validity) and path analysis (structural equation modeling) using SPSS and Lisrel software. The results showed that the coaches' decision-making mode and its components (democratic and authoritarian) have an impact on sports obligation and sports creativity of athletes. Also, sports obligation in general had an effect on athletes' sports creativity, and the effect of the intermediary role between coaches' decision-making mode and athletes' sports creativity was confirmed. The findings of this research indicate that the coaches working in Zurkhanei sports should use a democratic decision-making mode, which considering the role of the athletes' satisfaction in the individual success of the athlete and the team, it is necessary for the coaches to use the appropriate decision-making mode to improve their satisfaction. In this regard, the data of 530 consumers (selected by the convenience sampling method) of Sunich juices in Khuzestan province were collected. Afterward, the data were analyzed by ANOVA and T-test using SPSS software. The results revealed the demographic differences of consumers with different decision-making styles. Finally, the discussion and practical suggestions were presented based on the findings. The statistical population of the present study was 220 senior executives of Fars province, the sampling method was random and the sample size was determined through Cochran's formula to 141. In order to collect the desired information and measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The validity of the measuring instrument was confirmed by content and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. After making the necessary coordination with the relevant officials, the questionnaire was referred to the managers completely randomly and while explaining the type and the purpose of the study, the questionnaire was delivered for completion. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 26 was used to analyze the data. A p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that lifestyle has a significant relationship with the decision-making of executive cultural managers.
