          The purpose of this study was to investigate how colleagues and subordinates' personality affect supervisor and manager's appraisal. The method of research was correlation and the statistical population included all of the personnel of Esfahan Steel Company. Considering 360-degree feedback model, 82 employees were selected randomly as follows: 18 managers and supervisor, 29 colleagues and 35 subordinates. Assessment instruments consisted of the Five Big Personality Questionnaire (Costa & McCrae, 1992) and Performance Appraisal Questionnaire (Nouri et al, 1385). The data was analyzed by Pearson`s correlation coefficient using SPSS16 software. The results showed that there was meaningful positive relationship between total score of performance appraisal and neuroticism of colleagues (P≤0/05), and also there was a meaningful negative relationship between total score of performance appraisal and neuroticism of subordinates (P≤0/01).         It is undoubtedly, the today business world is the world of organizations and custodians of organizations’ creation, management and development, are human. Among humans, the role of managers as designers, navigator and administrators of the organization is no secret, so effective application of the system of selection, recruitment, retention, evaluation and development of them is important and special. This longitudinal and intervention study is based to determine the effect of 360-degree feedback evaluation in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences managers in 2012 and 2014. The study sample consisted of a total of 7 Managers and 418 questionnaires have been completed. Each manager were evaluated by himself, superiors, colleagues and subordinates. Data Analysis showed the status of each manager in the first and second stages. In first stage, results of one-way ANOVA test showed no statistically significant difference between the results of the managers and others, but in the second stage, significant differences were observed.         This study was conducted with the aim of designing a model of employee relations with colleagues based on a hermeneutic approach and in order to better understand the relationships and relationships between employees. Semi-structured interviews were used to answer the research questions and Strauss and Corbin model was used to analyze the data. Philosophical foundations of the present method are symbolic-interpretive paradigm, its approach is inductive and the quality of research is qualitative. The statistical population of the study is 15 university professors and specialists working in the headquarters of Yasouj University of Medical Sciences, which was according to the saturation rule and using purposive sampling method. The data obtained from the interviews during the open axial and selective coding process led to the development of theory and the design of a staff relationship model. The results of the study include: learning, improving behavior, joint efforts, empathy, reducing conflict and violence, satisfaction, team and group formation, increasing power and increasing deviant behaviors. It is expected that due to the existence of social and human interactions, indicators of substantive reason such as social responsibility, commitment, attention and care of colleagues and observance of ethical and human principles prevail over employees.
