Combined Heat and power technologies are the most common methods in energy efficiencyenhancement. Economic feasibility of such systems is complex because of uncertainties in inputparameters. In this research Monte Carlo method has been used in investment risk analysis. Usingelectricity and energy price statistics of last years, their probability distributions were calculated andtheir correlations were surveyed. In this work two different strategies were applied. First strategy is based on current prices and thesecond is based on cost price and without subsidies. In both of them price difference exerted based onprobability distributions that has been calculated using differential yearly prices of last years.Uncertainties of input parameters propagated end exerted through the model using Monte CarloMethod and the results were gotten in the form of payback period, NPV and IRR probabilitydistributions. The result showed that economy of cogeneration plans will improve with increasing ofenergy prices. Also regular increasing in energy prices can guarantee financial gain of energy savingplans Manuscript profile

In this research, energy analysis of a cogeneration cooling and heating systems using solar energy for an office building for two various climates, namely Tabriz and Zahedan was presented. For this purpose, first, on office building measuring 112.7m2 was simulated in Hap4.9 software and required cooling and heating demand was calculated throughout a year. Afterwards, in order to meet the building energy requirement in the aforementioned regions, heating and cooling performance of an experimental apparatus, located in Niroo Research Institute in Tehran, was investigated with regarded alterations. TRNSYS 16 software was applied to simulate the system and the annual outputs for the climates were presented to evaluate the system. Manuscript profile

One of the most suitable places for the implementation of cogeneration systems (CCHPs) are hospitals . The high and continuous of electricity, heating and cooling loads in these places have caused the use of this type of system to be of great attraction. The low tariffs for energy carriers in government hospitals have caused the private sector to refrain from investing directly in this sector due to lack of economic justification. In this study, which was performed in a typical hospital, as one of the most suitable places for construction of the CCHP system, the capacity has been estimated to 2.4 MW power plant based on two 1.2 MW gas engines. In this project, it is anticipated that by utilizing the waste heat of gas engines in the supply of heat and power to the hospital, the energy conversion efficiency could be increased from 42% to 56.4%. In this study, different solutions have been introduced in order to eliminate the obstacles of the ruler in attracting this amount of investment . Manuscript profile
