The following article is a continuation of another article about genealogical legitimacy and its effect on the theory of Imamate.  While in the previous article, the inconsistencies between the pre-Islamic genealogical culture of the Arabs and the issue of the transfer of the Imamate of Ali and his descendants were investigated, in this article, the difference between the Imāmīyyah and the Zaidīyyah in the genealogical explanation of the Imamate in the period of the third to fifth century A.H. will be analyzed. It shows that those two groups, in an attempt to explain the chain of imams with a coherent theory, put forward different understandings of the genealogical legitimacy, and based on it, when interpreting the important texts of the Ḥadith of Ṯhaqlayn and the verse of Taṭhīr, as well as the story of Mubāhilah, presented various definitions of the genealogical terms Ahl al-Bayt and 'Itrat". Regarding the mixing of Mu'tazila with Shiites and their participation in these discussions, the opinion of Qāzī 'Abdul Jabbār Mu'tazilī has also been examined. Finally, it can be said that while in the general attitude of Zaidīyyah, the mechanism of inheritance was accepted based on the concept of Zurrīyyah as the basis of genealogical legitimacy, Imāmīyyah In order to explain the chain of imams, which usually but not always followed the paternal mechanism, also use the criteria of virtue and Naṣṣ. Maqātil al-Tālibīyyīn by Abul Faraj Isfahānī (356 AH), is one of the oldest and most prominent books of Maqātil. This article examines the historiography of Abul Faraj Isfahānī, especially where he dealt with Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH), tries to clarify some aspects of his historiography by evaluating and criticizing Abul Faraj's reports. Maqātil al-Tālibīyyīn is a source mostly relied on written sources and sometimes using oral sources. Abul Faraj compares and evaluates the narrations in order to measure their accuracy/inaccuracy and sometimes expresses her opinion, therefore, streaks of compound and analytical historiography can be seen in his work. Abul Faraj's tendency towards a group of Talibites has given a biased color to his historiography and has had an effect on the writing of the Maqātils. Despite this, his narrations were admired by the later scholars, especially the Imami Shia historians, and they found great value and credibility in the historiography of Ahl al-Bayt.   Manuscript profile

"Al-Tabyan Fi Tafsir Al-Quran", written by Sheikh Tusi, is the first comprehensive and ijtihad interpretation of the Quran in Shia. In this interpretation that a significant part of it consist narrations and interpretive sayings, quoting the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) has a different method from the period before and after it. This issue becomes more important due to the position of Sheikh Tusi in Shiite hadith as the author of two books of four hadith books. Most of the narrations narrated in this commentary are not reflected in the traditional way of narrating narrations explicitly in narrations and the principle ruling quoting narrations of Ahl-Albayt in "Al-Tabyan" refers to the narration in the issue of verses and avoiding direct quoting narrations. The author has also used different methods such as referring to the subject of the narration, mentioning the key words of the narration, using words indicating Shiite narrations and unknown words. It can be said that the motivation and temporal and spatial conditions of the author (discourse space) of this commentary have played an effective role in the quantity and quality of the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and the author has tried to write an approximate commentary. Abu al-Hassan Khaliei is one of the committed and obliged poets in Arabic literature, who has composed many beautiful poems in the praise of the Imams and the divine prophets; An idealistic writer who has always sought to realize the ideals of Islamic society and has included those pure concepts in his poetry collection. His poems have outstanding features in terms of content that caused us to consider Khaliei as one of the first-grade poets in committed literature. Khaliei in his divan describes the unique personality of Imam Hussein (AS) and Karbala and the events after it. The present study investigates the examples of Hosseini's poems in the period when poets at that time expressed their sincere feelings for the Hosseini's movement. In this article, the study of Hosseini's poems in Abolhassan Khali'i Divan will be performed by descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research show that Abul Hassan Khaliei found a safe shelter and full power in the character of Imam Hussein (AS) in order to express his sincere feelings for the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), especially Imam Hussein (AS). Radjaz, the epic verse, is one of the oldest forms of Arabic poetry which in the pre Islamic times included different subjects of priding on tribe or revenging or challenging someone to fight and the like.  By the appearance of Islam, there were other subjects such as eagerness for martyrdom and defense of the prophet Mohammad added to former aims of Radjaz. Thus the Islamic Radjaz was combined from meaning of Al-Jahiliyyah and sense of Islam.  It seems that the Radjaz of Ashura, the day in which Imam Hoseyn ibn Ali (peace be upon him) was martyred, is the evolution of Islamic Rajaz purified from Jahiliyyah meaning. It's supposed, in addition, to be the greatest model of Islamic literature of resistance in its time that influenced poems composed after.  In this article, we try to prove this thought by comparing some Radjaz in Islamic period with Radjaz of Ashura.  Manuscript profile

Nahj al-Balagha is the words of Imam Ali, a sublime person who is perfect in theoretical and applied mysticim. Indeed, Imam Ali’s all mystical teachings are not reflected in this great book. He says that we ( Ahl al- Bayt) are the origin of wisdom, so if there is any knowledge and wisdom in the existence or even there is any mystical ideas and thoughts, they belong to us tatally. Thus we can frequently find the virtues of Aha al-Bayt and their sublime thoughts in Nahj al-Balagha. In this article we study these great virtues by citation to Quran and Ahadith-e Nabavi and we also analyse deeply the meaning  of Ahl al-Bayt and one of the most verces of Quran which is called “Verse of Tathiir”. Many of the famous interpretations( Sharh va Tafsir) of Nahj al-Balghah are used as the authentic refrences in the present article. As a result we find that all the mentioned virtues of Ahl al-Bayt are originated and derived from their mystical aspect of life. A descriptive-analytical method based on library research has been used in this study. Manuscript profile

Inviting non-Shiites to the Shiite religion as one of the duties that is concentrated in the minds of the general Shiites, has a ruling from the obligatory Shari'a rulings. There are two types of narrations on the issue of permissibility or non-permissibility of calling to Shiism. Most of these narrations forbid calling to Shiism. But regardless of the narrations in this chapter, is it possible to make a rational argument to prove the necessity of calling to Shiism? The purpose of this research is to criticize and examine the intellectual grounds for proving the necessity of calling to Shiism. In this article, the researcher has explored the rational aspects that can be proposed to prove the necessity of calling to Shiism with a descriptive-analytical method. From the analysis of the data, it was concluded that calling to Shiism is an example of corruption; And tin, the material of corruption, is intellectually good, and this intellectual good is connected with the Islamic obligation. Other issues that can be raised in this issue were disputed. Manuscript profile

The Prophet’s (pbuh) Hadiths are one of the valuable sources in explaining the basics of Islam and its true interpretation. In the meantime, the hadiths that were issued in expressing the virtues and position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) have a special value and position, and it is necessary to study and examine them more carefully. A major part of these hadiths is collected in the book "Kifāyatul Athar of the Texts of the Twelve imams" written by Khazāz Rāzi, which unfortunately has been neglected throughout the history of Islam, and some even consider its hadiths to be weak. In this article, in order to validate the text and content of the hadiths of this book, using the thematic analysis method, we have tried to extract the themes and categories of the hadiths of this book and explain the network of their themes. The results of the research indicate the extraction of 575 basic themes from the 125 hadiths quoted in this book, which can be classified into five categories of organizing themes and two overarching themes: "explaining the general position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as)" and "introducing prominent imams". In the first part, the name, number and general characteristics of Ahl al-Bayt (as) are introduced; in the second part, some characteristics of prominent Imams such as: Imam Ali, Imam Hassan, Imam Hussain, Imam Mahdi and Lady Fatimah Zahrā (Peace be upon them) has been introduced, that the report of these cases is stated in the article. Qira’at and Rasm al-Mushaf are one of the factors of understanding, researching and reading the Holy Quran, that affect and effect on each other. They have always been considered as challenging subjects of Quranic sciences. Although, the Quran attributed to the Ahl al-Bayt (P.B.U.Th) are among Shawadhdh Qira’at, but because of their attribution to the Ahl al-Bayt(P.B.U.Th) and interpretive aspects are of particular importance. From the perspective of Ibn al-Jazari, one of the conditions of the authenticity of the Qira’at is the conformity of Rasm al-Mushaf with at least one of the Masahef al-Amsar, even if possible. The question is that how much the Qira’at attributed to the Ahl al-Bayt (P.B.U.Th) corresponds to this condition. The research method of this paper is descriptive-analytical- case study using written sources of these sciences. This study focuses on 500 Qira’at attributed to Ahl al-Bayt (P.B.U.Th) . At the first glance, among these Qira’at, 312 are completely in accordance with the Rasm al-Mushaf and 188 are considered as opposed to the Rasm . However, in re-examining through seven methods of achievement of this paper, 55 other Qira’at, according to the Ibn al-Jazari's viewpoint are considered in accordance with the Rasm al-Mushaf. The issue of historicity of Qur’an gained so much support that some deconstructive ideas were raised about Qur’an and the Holy Book was even called a man-made text. In studying the interpretational words of the Ahl al-Bayt (as), one can see that enough attention has been given to the issue of historicity so that it can be reconsidered as one of the interpretational principles with roots in the words and deeds of Ahl al-Bayt (as). The current research defines historicity before it uses a descriptive-analytical approach to distinguish between text historicity and understanding historicity in the view of hermeneutists. Then based on what has been said in the words of Ahl al-Bayt (as) about historical approach in understanding the text of the Qur’an, the history of people, history of conditions of revelation and the history of the environment in which Qur’an was revealed can be distinguished. The research then concludes that the Ahl al-Bayt’s way of dealing with historicity was focused on the understanding historicity of the Qur’an and not the text historicity of Holy Book. Making a reference to the words of Ahl al-Bayt (as) which indicate that understanding of Qur’an is beyond the history, the research seeks to further explain and elucidate that view. There are many narrations regarding the virtue and the command to mourn Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) from the Messenger of Allah and the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) from the two sects and the great jurists have always emphasized mourning for him. The scope of the narrations of this issue and the intensity of its importance and emphasis by religious leaders led to re-examination of the evidence of this issue with the aim of finding the real ruling on Imam Hussain against Islam. The results showed that the principle of believing in the legitimacy of crying and mourning for his Prophet is one of the essentials of religion, not religion, and doing it on the basis that it is generally an example of the verse of mawaddat and the obligation of tawalli, like other examples of obligations, becomes obligatory, and just as there is no example of Titles of obligations due to the fact that the example of that obligation is not limited to that case, it is not outside the scope of obligation and it is not recommended. The love of crying for him does not go out of the scope of duty. This is while many specific evidences from the innocents show that there is no example like crying over Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) for mercy and forgiveness (other than the principle of belief in the Imamate and the necessity of knowledge of the Imams and believing in the assumption of obedience of the innocents). It has not been established and the Shariah's insistence on making a prayer for him does not leave an excuse for the oblige of the believer. Manuscript profile

Esoteric approaches and methods of deep concern for the sacred texts and religious pillars of religion are the characteristics of mystical thinking, which of course never means neglecting the appearances of religion and Sharia and violating the rules of Sharia. This claim can be seen in the examination of the theories and teachings of mystics in all areas of religious pillars of Islam. In the correct mystical teachings, along with the explanation of the Tarīqat and the truth, it is clearly evident to preserve the appearances of the Sharia. One of the important issues in hermeneutic interpretation is paying attention to the specific language of the text. Knowing the language of the text is a kind of approach to the text to understand the author's intention. This is an emerging debate among Quran scholars and there are fundamental differences in it, but the linguistics of the text is considered "the model of human culture" in the eyes of many thinkers. By carefully interpreting the narratives, there is evidence of the Ahl al-Bayt's attention to this important element in understanding the Qur'an, and discovering its aspects requires scientific effort in this field. In this article, an analytical-descriptive method has been tried to analyze this topic in the commentary traditions of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) as those who are fully aware of the entire Qur'an from all aspects. For this purpose, discussions on the linguistics of the Qur'an have been discussed, and by stating the importance of this science, in the perspective of methodical hermeneutics, as well as the discovery and rereading of traditions with regard to linguistics, components of this topic have been identified and introduced in the words of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH). be made Manuscript profile

The epistemological explanation of the knowledge of God is certainly one of the most important and controversial in the philosophy of religion. One of the theories presented is primordial nature theology. The Imams (as) in their hadith family have largely spoken on the knowledge of God by primordial nature. The innate knowledge of God in the expression of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) is such that God has placed His knowledge in the institution of all human beings and they have no involvement in obtaining this knowledge. In addition, a large group of verses and hadiths have made statements about monotheism that are based solely on narrated sources. The purpose of this research and its innovation is to examine the epistemological validity of propositions related to the knowledge of God based on the Qur'an and the traditions of the Ahl al-Bayt. Accordingly, among the theories of justification, the selected theory of this study is based on the moderate fundamentalism. The method of this article, in terms of theological propositions, is the method of library study (study of documents) and the descriptive-analytical method when the epistemological justification is considered.    Manuscript profile
